Nice and comfortable apartment very close to the beach. Neighborhood is quiet. Restaurants within walking distance. Host was great!

We really enjoyed the stay in the apartment! It has a super view of the beach, is very well equipped and the best is that it is right next to the staircase to go down to the beach. Everything is very nice, Juan Francisco is super friendly and quick to respond! Really the depa is nice and very well located. I'll be back soon :)

Very good experience. The parking lot close to the apartment. The beach is a 5-minute walk away. A wine cellar quite close for shopping. The well-equipped gym. Even though the large pool was not available, my family had a lot of fun in the girl pool. It was a very nice vacation!

A great location close to the beach. We were made short on days of how well we had it considering that the area was quiet and had several restaurants nearby. The house was spacious and had the basics to be able to cook something rich. It is also important to rescue the kindness of José, the host, and his total availability to help us with any issues effectively. Surely we will return for more days and it is a nice place to spend as a family and be able to comfortably enjoy the beach.

Loved this place. In addition to being well located, it's well decorated with everything you might need for your stay in PH. I definitely recommend it and I would come back. Eduardo was super friendly and check in simple.

Saba was a very responsive host and always answered all my questions. The house is very nice, well equipped. The incredible view. To get to the beach you had to climb several stairs that we do not care about but it is good to know. Unfortunately the municipality has a somewhat primitive control as to what can be done on the beach, which spoiled the experience a bit. For example there was no one around (low season) however they did not allow playing with a ball.

The house is as shown in the photos, has the equipped kitchen, the beautiful pool and an excellent grill. Everything ok! We had no issues checking in as the communication was great! Yes, I would come back! Highly recommended!

This is the perfect place to have peace and relax. The house was perfect for us to have a good time as a family. Our kids loved the terrace and pool, also the walks on the beach which we basically had for ourselves. We were there over the weekend when it’s supposed to be the busiest days of the week during summer vacations in Peru but we only saw a small group in the neighbouring house and barely anyone passing through the beach. Luz and her family was very helpful whenever we needed something. Overall I recommend Luz’s place for a family group or friends that want to have a peaceful time.

The place was beautiful, very well taken care and perfect for special occasions. The host was very nice and easy to coordinate with. We have a really nice time with our family and friends at Rodrigo’s place. 100% recommended ☺️

The condominium is very nice with a large and relaxing pool, the super cozy house clean and modern, with a terrace on the second floor ideal for grill and with a spectacular view of the beach of Porto Viejo accurate for those of us who love surfing.

Great place to enjoy an ocean view vacation. This is the second time my family and I have spent several days in the apartment, and it's the best. The view is second to none, the way down to the playa chica is almost direct. Another advantage is the position of the apartment in relation to the sun, since from half a day onwards there is a nice shade on the balcony.

The condominium looks like a resort or a beach hotel, has many facilities, the restaurant in front of the pool meets the expectations of a good restaurant, and the sunset views are quite nice. The apartment is quite comfortable and complied with what was indicated. We had a pretty good time with the family. I recommend it
