We had a fantastic stay at this home! It was clean, quiet, and perfect for our group trip to Disneyland. The location was convenient, and the house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend, and we’ll definitely be coming back!

We had a great stay for our family trip to Los Angeles. Very close to Santa Monica/Venice for lots of activities. The pool and hot tub were nice although we didn’t get to utilize them very much. It was nice to have a parking spot within the property. The only slight feedback that we have is the price being very expensive, but we had a great time. Also, very responsive hosts willing to work with you around guests and visitors although we ended up not having any extra people over. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place! Actually, it was much better than I expected, which doesn’t happen often. Large and spacious, tastefully decorated. Quiet and clean. Gal was easy to work with. Quite close to most things in the Valley. Just great for a centrally located space for several people at an affordable price.

Barry and Van were great hosts, and very accommodating to our family and pups. We felt right at home, and would definitely stay again.

The house was perfect for travelling with 2 kids and grandparents. There was enough room to play around. They also enjoyed the front yard with a play house and all the sports gear. The kitchen has everything you need. The locaties is also good. It is a very quiet place. Many things are nearby. we really enjoyed our stay.

Excellent place, great for a big group. It's close to many LA attractions and there are many cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Norvell was a great host, quick to respond. We highly recommend!

We had a great stay at this cozy oasis! Hal was very communicative and responded to questions - he also provided detailed information & instructions as well as restaurant recommendations.. As a former long-time Angeleno, they were great recommendations too! Street parking can be a bit of a challenge - I planned accordingly;)

Jorgen was a great host and extremely accommodating and helpful when we had some last minute illness and had to change our stay duration. The backyard is 10/10 amazing. Beautiful and surprisingly private for the area. We thoroughly enjoyed spending time outside. Thanks for the stay!

David and Ginger are good hosts. They allowed us to get in earlier than the stipulated time. We made good their home and the easy access to Long Beach. They were flexible to us in exiting the home so we could wait there instead of the airport. Thank you

Overall a great stay and home base for exploring the area. We stayed with our toddler and the bin of books and toys was awesome and kept him pretty occupied. I also appreciated the easy checkout and not having to do a billion things before leaving because its hard enough to get a 2 year old out the door! The host was responsive and let us check in a little early.

Funky but cozy spot right near the beach. Had everything we needed for the weekend! The washer is the style that plugs into the kitchen sink and is really loud, heads up for any families with infants that need to do laundry during their stay :)

Every thing was good and perfect. We enjoyed and sure we came back again because we had best time there.

If you're looking for a wonderful stay in Lawndale, this place is a gem! Anna is an incredibly kind and welcoming host who goes above and beyond to make guests feel at home. The apartment is beautifully furnished with stylish and comfortable decor, making it a perfect retreat. The garden is a lovely bonus—a peaceful spot to relax and unwind. Highly recommended!

I stayed with my husband and family and it was a really great space. Deborah was a great host and very responsive with any questions I had. It’s a great location on a quiet street. Would stay again.

This Airbnb was our savior. We stayed for two weeks while we were displaced from our Pasadena home due to the Eaton Fire, and I cannot tell you how much we appreciated being in a place that truly felt like a home away from home. The fact that it is sooo dog friendly was a HUGE plus for us, because we evacuated with our little dog. The Airbnb is in a great neighborhood. Beautiful homes, neighbors out walking their dogs, families playing basketball in the alleyway... it felt very safe and welcoming. The Airbnb is also a stone's throw away from a super good restaurant (Ubuntu Café) and Colorado Lagoon, and a short jaunt to Rosie's Dog Beach plus all the great businesses along 2nd street and 4th street. Kate was SUCH a gem of a host. She is extremely responsive and friendly. She also acted quickly when we noticed a few issues in the Airbnb. (Super minor! ie. the entry lightbulb was burned out and something needed a battery replacement.) All in all, I can highly recommend!

Fantastic space. Easily walkable to coffee and restaurants and great bars like Akbar and El Cid. Quiet and cozy. Would stay again!

Was a very cozy stay and didn’t use the pool but definitely a nice place to stay at and had a beautiful walking path and even the neighborhood itself is very walkable!

Absolutely loved the trip.Camille was very welcoming and friendly, not only helped me print out the documents and materials I needed many times, but also sent a little gift from a little friend during my stay to let us taste her own soups and bakeries made at her home. The household commodities are very well stocked, large and small towels, comforters, pillows, blankets, bath products are all very well stocked.The kitchen supplies are also very complete.We only bought a few pairs of slippers, personal items such as toothpaste, toothbrushes, etc. The location of the house is also good, the environment is good, and the air is fresh in the mountains.Great wolf louge is also close to Disney.It is also very easy to go out to eat, lots of restaurants down the hill.There is also an AMC nearby where you can go to the movies when you are free. Anyway, it was a great experience.Will definitely have another appointment at Camille's house if I go to LA again

This home is in such a cute neighborhood. it's an older home that has been fixed up and is very charming. We chose not to pay for the pool to be heated, because we were just staying for a few nights and planned to spend most of our time in disneyland...as a result the pool was cold! It was February, so that is not a complaint, our son got out as quick as he got in it. The beds were firm, and everything was very clean. The showers had good water pressure and the plumbing all worked as it should. The driveway was plenty big to park two of our cars, it could have fit a third car if needed. The kitchen had good pans to cook our breakfast, and also was very clean. We did a test walk over to the parks when we first checked in, just to make sure we wouldn't get lost early the next day. It is exactly 1.5 miles to the entrance of either Disneyland or California Adventure. Great place to stay, I would book again next time we're going to Disneyland. Thank you Susy!

Great location!! So close to Disney. You can see the fireworks from the window. Very convenient. Will definitely come back.

Nice home in a quiet neighborhood. Open floor plan is good for family engagement. Spacious kitchen. Readily accessible to local restaurants and activities via car. Enjoyed the pool table. Did not use the swimming pool or hot tub due to cooler winter weather, but these would be very nice amenities as the temperature rises. Furniture is typical of what is expected for a vacation rental unit but is clean and comfortable. The bathrooms and kitchen are in very good shape and have modern finishings. The refrigerator is immaculate. Modern/clean washer and dryer. Johnny is an excellent host. Communication was great and on point. He checked in on us and let us know he was available but otherwise gave us our space to enjoy our family time over the winter holiday. Thank you for the full rack of K-cups. We put them to good use. We would definitely stay with Johnny again.

Had everything we needed and enjoyed our stay. Neighborhood was fine, but not pleasant to walk. On the other hand, enjoyed Thai food cart plaza nearby and traffic was easy.

My 4th time staying here, I'm usually vacationing during Summer, my first time staying during February for Valentine's Day weekend. My friend Cat was very impressed, I made her visit to Hollywood special and took her out on the town before we headed to the house. She loved everything about it. I'm already looking forward to staying again when Summer arrives! 😎👍💖💯
