The newly built house is located in a quiet location 20km outside of Linz. The best and easiest way to reach it is via the motorway A7 exit Engerwitzdorf or by train from the station Lungitz. You have the whole first floor to yourself: The bedroom is lockable. You have your own bathroom with a bathtub and your own living room with a desk and TV. You can also use the pool. Apartment at the Hermit

Apartment 5 km from Cesky Krumlov, designed for undemanding clientele ,has its own entrance and my mother lives in the second half of the house. The apartment is ideally located as a starting point for hiking , biking , swimming in Lake Lipno and skiing in winter. The advantage is a nearby railway station for trips to Šumava or to visit Český Krumlov. Animals are not welcome- we have a dog.
