Waterfront vacation rentals in Ceredigion

The apartment is in a great location. Very close to the beach, coffe shop, pub and pizzeria. The apartment is cosy, has all the basics and a very comfortable bed. A lot of equipment, such as travel cot, airer etc are stored in the wardrobes which restricts the space for hanging clothes if you are staying for several days. The hottub is a nice additional extra. Parking is a bit tricky as the car park nearest to the apartment is chargeable £15 for 24 hrs, and the car park up the road does not allow overnight parking. You can park on the main road at certain times of the year. Overall, it is a lovely place to stay if you like walking and being near the beach. We had a great time.

Lovely, well presented and spacious apartment in a fantastic location. We had a great short break here over New Year. Would highly recommend, we all loved the swing chair on the deck looking out over the beach!

We loved our few days in Aberystwyth. Sarah was incredibly helpful and proactive sending information over. The apartment was so easy to find and get into. The place was spotless, and furnished to a very high standard. We felt right at home. The bed was very comfy, the shower nice and hot, and the kitchen well stocked with everything we need. Easy to park outside and drop off luggage, and plenty of parking around. Fish and Chips on the pier were excellent, as were Ultra Comida and The Glengower. A lovely walk round to the harbour where the coffee at the Hut was great. The Starling murmurations were incredible just before sunset. Can't fault it, a lovely few days, we hope to return.

A quiet peaceful break, in a modern luxury apartment situated right on New Quay harbour with panoramic views of the coast line. Apartment was very clean and very well equipped. Pre information for the arrival was of a high standard. Would definitely return and definitely would recommend the host.

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful property. We were very pleased, among other things, with the beauty of the view of Aberystwyth's sea, with the range of lighting options for the living room, with how well-provisioned the kitchen was, and with the smart TV! It was both a luxurious space and an intimate home-from-home. It was a truly lovely place in which to spend a few days. Katrin was a very proactive, responsive and considerate host in the leadup to our stay and when we had occasion to message her. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property to those visiting Aberystwyth.

The apartment and area are a little piece of heaven. The apartment has stunning views and everything you could possibly need for your break away. Great base to explore the area around and I recommend a train journey to take in the stunning scenery.

Another wonderful break at The Lookout. We stayed in the Lower Deck apartment this time which was perfect for the two of us. Spotlessly clean, great shower and very comfy bed! Amazing views out to sea and everything you need just on your doorstep. The hosts provide you with a parking permit for your stay so that you can park literally opposite the apartment, so very convenient. Excellent communication from the hosts, Jules and Lisa, from the minute we booked until check out. We would thoroughly recommend a stay at The Lookout and can’t wait to return again. We wanted to start the new year with a wholesome welsh coast getaway and that’s exactly what we got! The lodge was ideal for the two of us but would be plenty of space to sleep 4 too. Facilities were great - all the bits you need in the kitchen and plenty of space, clean bathrooms & hot showers, comfortable beds and cosy living area with smart TV, board games & electric fire for extra warmth/atmosphere. We loved the hot tub, it was really clean, perfect temperature and felt really private and peaceful too. Location was great, small walk to the beach and to a pub (The Ship - great food and really nice atmosphere). We stayed in January so weren’t expecting it to be particularly bustling, but there were still alot of walkers and locals about. Lots of walks in the area and more places to explore, had we stayed longer we’d have popped to the brewery and into Aberporth. We’d love to come back in the summer!

I asked the family&friends who were with us in Christmas week at the cottage and the consensus is that it was ‘pretty damn good’! ☺️ lovely house and location. Very thoughtful host who went through trouble of decorating the place making it super Christmassy and left us a lovely gift too. Being with friends and family in such a lovely place is all we wanted for Christmas. 🎄 😁 thanks Anna and Glynn. Best wishes for new year. X

such a beautiful property, its had some refurbishment work since the last time we stayed and is even better, it's nice to see a host put some money into the property to keep improving it. as always Bev is super helpful and responsive, we can't wait to come back (again)

We had a lovely stay at Wendy's. Borth is beautiful and the view from Wendy's is stunning. It's a really lovely location, and it was great walking to the High Street to eat out in the evenings. Wendy also provided a great breakfast hamper every morning which set us up for the day. We found her very friendly and helpful. We were very comfortable in Wendy's beautiful home and really enjoyed our stay.

The house is immaculately presented, it is situated 2 minutes walk from the beach at the bottom of the street and local resturants and pubs which are close enough to pop into quickly for food and drinks but far enough away not to disturb. We recommend the Y Seler restaurant which is further up the street on the right, outstanding food, great atmosphere and lovely surroundings. The house has 3 very large double bedrooms, also a single bedroom and 2 beautifully appointed very large modern bathrooms. Kitchen has a fantastic range cooker which meant we were able to cook easily for our party of six. We loved the house and the local area.

Wow this was a perfect, peaceful Christmas stay. We made some lovely memories as a family and I would 100% recommend a stay. The house is perfect and we loved waking up to the views! Great local pubs for food and drink! Everyone is so friendly. Caroline was very helpful and so thoughtful. I must say one of my favourite places I’ve booked and I will definitely be looking at booking again. Thank you

We stayed at Luke’s beautiful house for new year, 4 x mid 40’s adults and 4 x teenagers 12, 14, 16, 17. The photos really don’t do the house justice, very well set out with everything you could need. The board games, the pool table and the hot tub were especially useful to keep everyone happy. Rooms were spacious, comfy beds and well set out. The house is easily walking distance from the pubs and restaurants. It was a shame there was a big storm whilst we were there and we didn’t get do some more exploring. All in all, a great stay. We were a family group of 4 adults. We really enjoyed our stay . The location is perfect , a very short walk from the beach , cafes , pubs, restaurants and parking . It had everything we needed and was very comfortable . We would definitely recommend .

I think Heather under sells just how lovely this appartment is. The view 5*, the location 5*+++, small touches like beach equipment, games, and decor 5*. There is no street parking, however the car park is next door to the building, so ideal for keeping all the beach stuff in rather than taking up the flat. I would recommend unloading from the front of the building rather than the back entrance, as the back is owned by the chip shop underneath and they have lots of deliveries/staff coming in and out from shifts etc. Also the chip shop underneath was Amazing (best value in the area)

Stayed at Liza's before - great location, comfy flat with all necessary amenities and Liza is very lovely and helpful. Will stay again!

Loved the Tabernacle - (and Aberdovey in November). It suited us really well. A big thank you too to Louis for being so kind and understanding, and rushing to let us in when we locked ourselves out - just to find we had found a way in! Would highly recommend and would love to come back.

Perfect location right on the beach at the quieter end of Aberystwyth. Huge apartment tastefully decorated and very clean. The beds were exceptionally comfortable; plenty of hot water; brilliant local food recommendations and responsive to messages. We had a fantastic weekend recharging our batteries and enjoying a beautiful sunset. Lovely little snack cabin just outside with gorgeous coffee, brownies and ice cream 👌🏼😊 Thank you both we’ll definitely look to stay again!

Dawn's apartment was really beautiful with a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable sofas, good hot showers and beautiful crisp, clean bed linen. We were very impressed can't wait to return. As a host Dawn was excellent and couldn't have given better service. We highly recommend this apartment.

Everything you could want in the flat, comfy beds, nice bathroom, all the stuff you could need in the kitchen. Best thing is the amazing view though - 100% worth it.

Great little apartment with spectacular views. The host was extremely helpful with a small issue with the water pressure in the evening and sent a maintenance person and plumber over to assist. Everything is as described and the check in was really simple. We particularly appreciated the parking pass which comes with the accommodation.
