We were very comfortable! The house is very well decorated and has everything you need. Eric met us on arrival and was waiting for us with the heating on and everything ready. He lives right next door and if you have any problems he comes right away. Being able to park two cars inside the plot is a big plus. Parking is inside the property, but the house and garden are totally independent. The room is large, very comfortable, has everything and is tastefully decorated. The sink is separate from the shower and it's appreciated so as not to have a single bathroom occupied.

Everything as we expected, Esteve is a hospitable and kind person, the house was perfectly in order, we will return for a longer stay if possible

I think it's the best accommodation I've found on this platform, it has absolutely everything you might need, it's beautiful, cozy, in the middle of nature but within a beautiful development on the beach, Vanessa was always attentive to anything you might need and she was incredible with us because of a situation we had due to a storm, everything was impeccable, organized and easy to use, many positive details… without a doubt I've never felt better cared for!!! We are already looking forward to coming back!!!

My family and I had a very nice stay here!The host gave us a lot of convenience, especially when the vehicle malfunctioned on our original dates, and gave the utmost understanding of the check-in flexibility.The house faces a wide field of grass, and snowy mountains can also be seen in the distance.The house is also very clean and spacious with convenient parking.The neighbors next door are also very welcoming, adding a warmth and a touch to this place, we love it, we would still choose to stay here if we come back to the south of France, highly recommended

We had a couple of days, which were very lovely. The place was spacious and peaceful plus very suitable for working remotely. The Wi-Fi connection was stable and we never had issues. The location is very nice and peaceful plus not too far from the beach. Carlos as a host was just great! every time we had some questions or we needed something he was replying super quickly and in a friendly and service-oriented way. fully recommendable!

2winter months in a lovely house. The house is spacious, perfect for a few grandchildren to visit. Nicely decorated and cozy. Everything works. Lovely garden with large terraces. The house is close to shopping and the Mediterranean with cafes and restaurants. I'm a 75 year old woman from Denmark who travels alone. I was completely comfortable in the house with good neighbors and a quiet environment. Thank you for a wonderful time.

Sophie is a very pleasant and welcoming host, the small touches in the rental touched us, as well as the balloons hung for my brother's birthday. 👌 We had a great weekend in Sophie's villa, very cozy where you feel good or everything is thought out for the children too, we enjoyed the pool and the outdoor facilities.

The apartment is large. With two bedrooms and two bathrooms, it offers enough space for larger families. With a separate garden and parking space in the underground parking, don't worry about where you can park. The hostess is very communicative and helpful. She answered our questions quickly. She welcomed us at check-in and gave us great tips and advice. The city center is about 8 minutes away on foot. After 3 minutes you reach a mini supermarket. Everything is great

Perfect! If you want to unwind in a beautiful area, within walking distance of the beach, private swimming pool. Our dog loved the garden! Excellent stay at Francine's, flexible arrival and departure, impeccable and well-appointed accommodation, beautiful outdoor space with beach and green spaces nearby, exactly what we wanted for us and our dog! We'll be back in the summer to enjoy the pool that we really wanted right in front of the accommodation. 😉

Hello, we had a very pleasant stay in the accommodation offered by our very welcoming and available host Arnaud. The accommodation is very well arranged, very clean and very well equipped, which is very nice. The heated pool with a dominant view of the sea gave us an exceptional weekend. We had a great time at Pierre's and his family's. The accommodation was clean, well-equipped and ideally located close to shops but also monuments and places to visit in the area. Pierre gave us valuable tips to make the most of this beautiful corner of France. Special mention for the area in which it is very pleasant to walk and for the two family dogs who are adorable (and who we miss!!)

Beautiful place and view and area for a large family. We stayed with 6 people and it was still spacious. Good kitchen and fully equipped nice garden and terasses to enjoy the outside everywhere. Plentiful space for multiple cars

What a pleasure to stay at Denis's! An entire apartment, very bright, tastefully decorated, with the essentials, not to mention the sunny terrace with full lounge. All this, for a more than reasonable price. Everything is clean and it smells good. In every room, details that reflect Denis's purpose: he wants us to feel good. Do you like to read? A whole cabinet full of books; and for TV fans, a second one in the bedroom, this one, romantic with soft lighting. You're so relaxed that you'd almost hold back from going out. But the sea a few minutes away calls to us and we are very happy on our return to find the cozy nest. Denis is a charming host, who smells very good (note!!!), very considerate, discreet and attentive and he generously offers his time and advice. He knows from experience what makes a building a "home" and he did everything he could to honor his guests. Sure, a must-see!

Perfect place to stay in Perpignan, very close to the train station and not far from the center. The apartment is really beautiful, with this huge bay window opening onto the garden and its blackbirds. With a great library as a bonus. Recommended!
