Caroline was a great host, when we had questions she responded very quickly with clear instructions, the place was perfect (clean, tidy, close to everything) We had a great and very pleasant stay. The apartment is in a good quiet location, an easy walk to the town centre, shops and tram system. It has a small but well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. The living room has big double windows with great light and a nice outlook over st etienne - better than shown in the photos. The entry stairs and stairs to the third bedroom are not suitable if you have mobility problems or large heavy luggage. Our host responded quickly to a few questions we had. Paid parking is available on the street.

Very pleasant stay at Alexandre's. The apartment is spacious, tastefully decorated and very well located (close to the city hall with the tram at the foot of the building!). It has all the useful amenities for cooking. We'll be happy to go back!

The accommodation is very well arranged and the advantages such as the parking space or the washing machine are a real plus in everyday life. I would this property.

Very responsive and understanding host. My daughter forgot something, we were able to get it back easily. Spacious and pleasant accommodation, be careful however, there are bcp of stairs and some are steep/narrow

We spent a very pleasant week in Isabelle's house from where we were able to shine to discover the many must-sees of the region (Gorges de la Loire, Puy en Velay, Mont Mezenc, etc.). Isabelle is very friendly, considerate and helpful. The house is clear and spacious. As for the pool, it made our children happy.

The listing was perfect as described. Jacques was very responsive to our needs with a gesture for our arrival. The village was quiet, very good time spent with family to recommend thank you for this stay

This is an amazing gite and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Dominique is a kind, thoughtful and friendly host and super helpful. The gite is situated in a very peaceful and beautiful area and there are many things to explore within a few minutes. The gite is exceptionally well-equipped and has a lovely terrace for taking in the view! We would love to stay here again and highly recommend Dominique and his gite!

Very clean and very functional house, 6 bedrooms, 5 showers and 3 toilets. TV room and foosball table, small living room, kitchen and dining table. This accommodation is atypical for me by its 5 showers in the basement and its 2 toilets, it is quite confusing but very convenient also to several. We spent 3 nights in Saint Étienne, and we are delighted with our rental. We slept well in a good clean bed and a clean house too. I recommend if there are several of you on St Étienne

Quiet pied à terre at the Porte de Saint Etienne Nord. Nice and quiet accommodation. Nice on your own or as a couple. To be booked for mobile people due to small internal stairs that enhance and make the listing atypical, but which could be a disability if you have mobility restrictions. The location is pretty convenient, with space to park inside the property. Whether you're coming for a business trip or visiting the area, you'll be welcome.

We had a pleasant stay at Dominique's. I know the neighborhood well, and it's quiet and safe, so even if you can't always keep yourself in the parking lot, leaving the car on the street isn't a problem. The apartment is very well arranged, and comfortable for 3-4 people without problem. The sofa bed is comfortable (which is not always the case!). As the other tenants have said, be careful with the climb if you are on foot, but the bus is direct from Perrache and stops very close to the apartment. I highly recommend this place (clean, quiet, very far-sighted host).
