Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Centre Historique, Montpellier

The location of this apartment is perfect! Easy walking to everything, including the marché. We can't say enough about the terrace, where we spent hours every day. The garden furniture is good, the terrace is private, the landscaping is charming, and there is plenty of shade: it is the standout feature of the property. At night you can see Les Arceaux, with their magical blue lights. We loved the elegant building & traditional design of the apartment, and appreciated how cool it stayed--even during a heatwave. The A/C, when we used it, worked very well. The kitchen was as advertised: well-equipped with lovely dishes and silverware and good cooking equipment, with "American-sized" appliances that all worked reliably. The presence of both a washer AND a dryer was also convenient There are three bedrooms. The two we used were great: large, with plenty of storage. The third is small, dark, and doesn't have A/C. Both the owner and caretaker were responsive, friendly and helpful!

We had a great time at Zine's place. Everything was perfect, very clean, quiet and well located apartment. friendly and very responsive host. We'll be happy to go back.

The apartment is centrally located in the new Port Marianne neighborhood. Nearby you will find a supermarket, good restaurants and the tram station to the old town is around the corner. The apartment is very nicely decorated and has everything you need for a short stay. Audrey explained everything to us at check-in and very kindly.

I had a lovely stay at Nadine's studio. I stayed a full week to attend the tennis tournament that was taking place at the Montpellier Arena. The apartment was perfectly located (you can walk to the arena, which is rather convenient late at night or on Sundays was given that trams are much less frequent). The apartment is super cozy and new. It should be noted, however, that it is not equipped with wifi and that you pick up very badly (or not at all) inside. Nadine is a welcoming and super accommodating host, I highly recommend it:)

I highly recommend this place, everything is perfect, the decoration, the brightness, the location, the cleanliness, the view, the calm, the well-equipped and so on. Marion will know how to welcome you very well and thanks to her accommodation we can only have a good time in the south!

Wonderful stay. In a quiet neighborhood and ideal for traveling with our baby and his cart. Families are highly recommended. The apartment is ideal!!Simon provided a baby and high chair which lightened our luggage. I forgot one thing in the apartment and the management that is being done to get me back is admirable. We will definitely repeat and tell our friends!

We had a great stay with the family! The house is spacious, clean and decorated with great taste, with superb antique objects that bring a unique charm. The bakery and supermarket are a short walk away, as well as the nearby sea, perfect for enjoying the beautiful sunny days. Communication with the host was smooth and prompt. This accommodation, where we stayed for a week, is really of exceptional quality, quiet and relaxing, functional and pleasant, convenient and comfortable. Nothing is lacking, you put your suitcases down and you are on vacation! Close to the Camargue, Thau pond (Bouzigues museum, and discovering oyster parks), Valmagne Abbey (great hostel )... In short, everything is there to have a great stay, not to mention Valèrie, a smiling and radiant host, attentive if you need it, but also discreet if you wish...

Laurence was very understanding. I had to book his apartment urgently to help an acquaintance in difficulty. Laurence has done everything she can to make things easier for us. We had trouble returning the keys in time but Laurence was very understanding. A great host!

Great stay at Véronique's, everything was perfect. The accommodation was very clean and well equipped. Perfect location to discover Montpellier.

Excellent two week stay with our 6 year old daughter in Eric's apartment which is perfectly described in the advertisement. It is well isolated from the noise of the neighborhood, the terrace is well separated too. The Tourist Offices of Palavas-les-Flots and Carnon-Mauguio offered many activities for children during the school holidays, varied and of good level. Very good organization and relationship with the co-host at check-in and check-out.

Sandrine's place exactly matches the description: spacious, clean, quiet, tastefully decorated accommodation located very close to tram 1 which allows you to go to the city center. In addition, the bedding is of quality. In short, we had a great stay. We would recommend this listing.
