Vacation rentals with a pool in Central Visayas

Glad to find a place where we can bond with families while in Bacolod. The place can accommodate up to 12 persons. My nephews and nieces enjoyed the night swimming at the community pool in the subdivision. We enjoyed our stay this house❤️😊

Very warmly hosted by the owners, the accommodation is perfect . Large bedroom, A/C,kitchen and independent bathroom. We were with friends who were in the other cottage . Barbecue at our disposal between the 2 houses. The environment is quiet .

David was very accomodating and responsive. The place was perfect. It was very clean and had everything we needed. It was very cozy and felt like home. We enjoyed the pool as well. Over all, it was worth the price. PERFRCT!

best place for its cheap rent. the owner is very responsive. Gave us what we requested even on a short notice. definitely will go back and will recommend to my fam and friends.

The place is wonderful and has a cozy, homey feel. The caretakers are friendly and approachable. However, the pool needs repairs, the tiles are damaged and removed, which makes it unsafe for swimming. The kids got cuts on their feet while using the pool, so the tiles should be replaced for safety reasons. Overall, we had a great stay there.

The Terrace house was perfect for our large family get together. The pool was amazing, cleaned daily. We were welcomed by the host and made very welcome. Nothing was a problem for the on site host who catered to every need if anything was required. The stay was an exceptional experience.

It's a really, really good place to stay~~ The location, price, and safety of the area were so good. I'll go again if I visit again. The host responded quickly and communicated very well. However, the overall brightness of the accommodation is a bit dark. ~~ If you replace the light bulbs, it'll be the best accommodation~ For reference, the staff is also very friendly.

We had an amazing time here! The place was spacious and had everything we were looking for. The surroundings were beautiful, and the view was absolutely breathtaking. We definitely enjoyed our stay! It’s peaceful which makes it the best place to relax. The room is super clean. My favorite thing is the shower and the bed. Sadly, the pool is under maintenance. Will recommend this to my friends!

LOCATION: It is near the IT Park which is very accessible to many shops. CHECKIN: Hassle-free. You just need to show ID to the guard for processing and you’re good to go. PLACE: Very clean and a nice home to stay. The key provided is very handy which is good. HOST: Very responsive and is willing to cater to your requests if possible.

I like the place because it feels homey. It’s also close to the school where I took my exam and near several restaurants. The area is very safe and quiet.
