Beautiful view, amazing private deck, gorgeous interior, lots of games and water toys. We really loved our trip!

Immaculate home! Everything was clean, tidy and orderly - easy to enjoy, and easy to clean away when checking out. It truly felt like our own home whilst there. Michael was the perfect host too, responsive when needed, but respected our privacy to enjoy the home. We’ll be back!

Our stay was wonderful. We've been going to New Braunfels for years and this has been a favorite stay. Check in was easy, the house is in a great spot, has easy river access, and we loved that there was plenty of space for the entire family to spread out and be comfortable. Our one year old grandson had plenty of room to play in a safe place. The sunroom or the screened in porch is a perfect spot for coffee in the morning and having the chairs and BBQ pit were perfect for the evening. We floated twice from Little Ponderosa and got out right at the house which was great especially since some chose to just hang out in the river by the house. We will definitely look into staying here again. Thank you for being great hosts!

Great little cabin with a boat slip. Just what we were looking for. Great area in the Hill Country with lots of restaurants and wineries close by. One word of caution if you are bringing a boat: I have a fairly shallow draft ski boat (1991 Prostar 190) and I drug the prop a few times on the shoals in the channel. There is a very particular route you have to take to avoid them. Entering the channel, stay to the right at the new concrete bulkheads, then stay left all the way to the slip. And go REALLY slowly. My depth finder was acting up so partly on me. Hope that helps someone in the future!

Absolutely Perfect Stay! Melinda is truly an amazing host! From the start, her communication was excellent, providing clear instructions and wonderful recommendations for the area. The house has fantastic amenities and a breathtaking view that made our stay unforgettable. The home was well-equipped, especially the kitchen, which had all the accessories we needed to cook delicious meals. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, the perfect place to unwind and enjoy quality family time away from the hustle and bustle of the city. If you're looking for a cozy, clean, and well-located home, Melinda’s place is the perfect choice. She’s definitely a super host!

Great location on the Guadalupe, tons of wildlife to view from inside or outside. Robin has just about every guest convenience covered — including outdoor equipment, indoor games, USB-C plugs 😀, and seasonal decor — and went over and above on guest service. Rooms are very nice, clean, and well laid out.

We stayed here for a sister’s trip which was a group of 4. We had plenty of room and the location was perfect. It was about a 10 min drive from New Braunfels main stores and 25 mins from River Rd. We enjoyed going in town/being on the river and then back to peace on the lake without the crowds. The place was clean, and kitchen had everything we needed to take turns cooking. We’d stay again!

Awesome location, you can walk to a lot of different places in town from here. We were there when it was extremely cold outside (out of the ordinary) and the heat struggled to keep up, but we survived and all in all was not too bad.

Stayed with family and a dog; even had friends over. The place is very cozy, thoughtfully decorated, and convenient. The hot tub made the chilly December evenings very pleasant. We visited during Christmas, so stores were closed. But we brought our own food and the kitchen was well equipped enough to cook it. There were both gas and charcoal grills on the patio. Charles is a caring and very responsive host. It's a short walk to Canyon Lake; sadly it was too low for kayaking but one was available just in case. Would be nice to revisit when it's warm and the lake is back to normal levels.

Great little house to stay for a quick valentines trip with my wife! The property was great ! Just wish it was a little warmer to be able to swim in the clear river.

I had the pleasure of staying at this Airbnb for a second time, and it was just as perfect as the first! The location is ideal, especially being close to our job site, which made everything so convenient. The hosts were incredibly accommodating, even with our crazy schedule. They truly went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and stress-free. The property itself remains a gem. Highly recommend staying here—you won't be disappointed!

Amazing stay! Travis was incredibly responsive and proactive, regularly checking in to make sure I was comfortable. The cozy room was exactly as described, and the riverside property is stunning, full of trees and wildlife. Hope to visit again soon!

I can’t say enough good things about this spot and stay. Incredibly peaceful and private. Our dogs loved the fenced in property and my boyfriend and I fished and kayaked everyday. I should actually say my fiancé as he ended up proposing to me on the dock!! 🥹 The hike reminded me of growing up on my dad’s ranch. This is a must stay place to recharge Thank you for allowing us to stay! It’s not a trip we’ll soon forget.

This was our second visit to this place. We enjoyed it just as much as before. The host was extremely friendly and responsive to any questions we had. It did rain on two of the days we were there, so it was rather muddy, but that is natural and beyond their control. The photographs do not do this place justice; it is even more breathtaking in person. There are so many things to see and do. I would recommend to everyone.

We had an awesome stay there was something for everyone. Brought my grown teenages they had a good time as well. The house had everything you would need to feed an army. Everything worked the hot tub was amazing. Check- in was simple. The host was awesome was well. Was well worth the cost. The house smelled great and the house was very clean. Amazing stay. Erin met us and gave us a tour of the property. There’s kayaks, swimming, games, etc. Tons to do. She was available to answer questions we had if we couldn’t find something. 10/10 would come back⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The cabin is very old and yet is very clean and comfortable. I fell in love with the place very quickly. The Guadalupe River and Lake Ingram is just below. The property actually has waterfront access to the tail end of Lake Ingram. The history of the cabin and the property is well documented in a book on the coffee table in the living room. It was very much worth the money spent on it. I wish we could have stayed longer. Tom was very friendly and proactively communicative. He also supplied far more than what I expected to make our stay a very positive experience. You cannot go wrong booking this place. We will be back for sure!! Thank you Tom for being an excellent host!!
