Vacation rentals with a patio in Central New York

Stayed for 1 night after spending the day snowboarding at Hunter. Amazing location, less than 5 min walking distance from main street in Saugerties. The driveway is a big plus. Heating was good. Very comfortable living room with a huge television. My only minor complaint was that there was no hand soap in the bathroom. Other than that, would 100% stay here again. Also, the outdoor area in the back is a nice feature!

Our stay at Linda’s was amazing. Her home is very clean, tastefully decorated, and comfortable. The location was perfect for our trip plans. Highly recommend and would definitely book again when returning to the area.

Great spot - 15 minutes to Lake Placid, a couple minutes from Saranac Lake town. Close to a lot of hiking spots. The place was well stocked with plenty of extra blankets, many towels, kitchenware, coffee, tea, and oatmeal packets. Thank you for a cozy stay!

Very clean space in a great location. The actual space was just like the pictures showed. I had a little problem with the Wifi and they were very understanding and responsive. I would definitely recommend to anyone and if I ever need to stay in Webster again, I would want to stay here.

Our stay at Annette’s beautiful Victorian home was nothing short of magical! Nestled in a quiet, quaint village, the house exudes charm and character, with every room offering a glimpse into a timeless, elegant past. The interior was immaculate, with thoughtful decor that made us feel right at home, and the cozy, inviting atmosphere made it the perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Annette went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience. She was incredibly helpful and attentive, and was quick to respond whenever we needed anything. Her warm hospitality truly made our stay memorable. I would highly recommend this gem to anyone looking to experience a charming, peaceful getaway!

This is a great place to stay! We extended our initial stay and cannot say enough good things about Kathleen & Rue (resident pup!). The area is incredibly walkable and the apartment is really well taken care of. The kitchen is awesome with a full size fridge and dishwasher! Being able to have our animals is the ultimate plus! The fenced in yard is awesome as well.

This is our second stay and we would definately rent again. Very clean, quiet, and feels like home. I would definately recommend to anyone.

My family of two adults and one 4 year old stayed at Teresa’s while visiting family for the holidays and it was a great place. It’s well and thoughtfully stocked, and was beautifully decorated for the holidays. The porch was very helpful for having Wegmans groceries delivered. It was plenty warm enough for us Californians in December, and Teresa responded right away when our jet lagged brains couldn’t find the toaster (it’s in the lazy Susan). Would definitely stay here again, and highly recommend it.

Thanks so much, Merry for letting us stay at this place. The house is amazing, it's clean and peaceful and has everything you would need to make the stay wonderful. We had our 10 month old baby with us, and Merry made sure there's a high chair and a pack n play for the baby. The house could use a refill on some coffee and some bath essentials, but overall I would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for an accessible and beautiful place to stay near the finger lakes! Would definitely stay here again if I am visiting finger lakes, thanks again for hosting us!

I would highly recommend Beatriz’s house! The property was just as described online. We enjoyed the cozy fireplace. Easy checking and check out. The location was perfect, with nearby shopping centers, restaurants and grocery stores. It is very close to the highway. Our flight was canceled on the last day of our reservation, Beatriz was very responsive and gracious to extend our stay. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. Thanks again Beatriz!

Angela was a fabulous host! We had a great 4 day trip and the place was cozy and we felt right at home. It was easy for our dog and had a perfect backyard for him. The fridge and freezer were spotless and stocked with ice. The kitchen was stocked with dishes and coffee and we had plenty of towels for our stay. 10/10 We will definitely stay again!

This house was perfect for our group of five! Spacious, cozy, and fully equipped for a comfortable stay. We loved the proximity to the slopes – just a short drive to Windham Mountain. The host was friendly and responsive. Highly recommend for a ski trip in Windham!

Jason was a great host. The unit was exactly as advertised, clean, nice, easy. Jason communicated well and was responsive. All went according to plan and we would stay again. The unit allows ski-in and out ability, which is great.

Great location. I was in town to attend my granddaughter’s Christening. Took in the casino as well. Enjoyable stay.

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay. We hiked the devils path trail and Dimitry’s place was perfectly close to the trail and the restaurants around it. His place was great to go back to with a great shower and bath, a beautiful view and very cozy place, with coffee and a coffee maker. Very clean and Dimitry was responsive the whole way through and checkin and out was very easy. Would highly recommend and would stay again.

Great location and property. It was well appointed, comfortable and had many cute ADK touches - moose culture :) The communication was easy and fast with the property manager. We would 100% stay again.

The “Traditional” apartment was great. Everything as described, pictured, and expected. We felt at home immediately. Such thoughtful surprises every corner in the apartment. Washer and dryer in bathroom was very convenient. Enjoyed dinner downstairs with our grandson. Great food and spirits! Slept like a baby in the comfortable bed. Ear plugs for me helped with busy morning traffic from the stop light corner outside; husband said he didn’t hear a thing! Loved seeing the neighborhood renovations; look forward seeing the progresses made in the future. Felt very safe walking our dog, even in the wee hours of night. Enjoyed window shopping; picked up some antique treasures from store next door. Look forward returning for more stores nearby. Truly a peaceful balcony seating, stargazing at night. Came for family Thanksgiving; will love to experience The Garage coffee shop outdoor seating in warmer season. We both really enjoyed our stay and will be back!
