Absolutely LOVED this place! So tranquil and loved the little hut, we sat there reading all day and didn’t wanna leave! It’s very basic but so so comfy, the best sleep I’ve had in Indonesia so far! Something just magical about the place…

We, a family size 5, spent New Year’s Eve in Xavier & Kenzies Villa and would suggest you look no further. The pictures are a true, almost understated version of the villa. It is beautiful, clean, safe and superbly located close to the beach and two restaurants in walking distance distance. The secret sauce to this property is the experienced team that actually is running this effort: Kamal, Johan, Rizal… everyone is at the ready to make your stay as memorable and enjoyable as you like. English is not a problem at all, and you get the combined experience from all prior guests that go into making your stay an exceptional one. Sure, you can organize your own drivers and trips… but why would you when you have the benefit of their network of trusted providers, negotiated (real) rates? This came in handy on our surfing lessons and snorkeling trips in the rainy season: is the weather safe? Can we actually go? Etc. I recommend you give this villa a try - we loved our stay and will be back

MyHomestay is a true gem!! Upon arrival I was immediately treated as a member of their family. Sukry & Anaa are really nice to hangout with and make a great effort ensuring you're comfortable during your stay. The room is newly built and has a very high standard. The bed is huge and very comfy. There's both an AC and a fan for you to control. The bathroom had a really cool design and was spacious. I didn't get any hot water from the shower but that didn't bother me as I enjoy a cold shower in this hot climate. The food is REALLY good! Sukry's older sister is a pro in the kitchen and I ate almost every meal at their house. They also offer some exciting adventures in the Tetebatu area. I went on the rice field & monkey forest one with a private guide (Andy, who's one of their neighbors). He's an AMAZING guide and we had a lovely day together (even though it was raining). If you're looking for an authentic experience living with the locals (with a comfy room) there's no better place!

Wonderful stay in a peaceful villa! This villa is absolutely lovely, and the host, Tohir, goes above and beyond to ensure a great experience. Check-in was seamless, and Tohir was always available, kind, and quick to respond if we needed anything. The villa itself is spacious and well-equipped, with a good selection of kitchen tools and even free coffee provided. A nice surprise was the yoga mat, which added a personal touch. The bedroom is large and comfortable, and the private pool is a definite highlight! Do note that the road to the villa is a bit bumpy, especially after rain, so keep that in mind. However, the location is perfect for those who want to be away from the hustle and bustle—it’s peaceful but still only a 5-minute scooter ride to restaurants and attractions. Highly recommend staying here for a relaxing getaway!

Great location. Nearby everything and walkable to town. Very glad I stayed. WiFi was fine, air con was powerful, and space was large. Construction ongoing during day, but wraps up by time you’re back home from surfing.

What a little gem. Great location and excellent cafe attached! Good food great service and what a coffee! Place was so clean and comfortable. Best sleep with beautiful linen and pillows. Paul and Kaz are amazing and so are the staff. I would recommend!!

Located perfectly in the middle of Kuta, the villa is just a short walk away from the main road. The villa is conveniently set up with different rooms (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living/kitchen and tv room) that can be closed from one another. Convenient if people want to do different things. The bedrooms have very comfy beds and a lot of storage space. The bedlinnen is top notch and also very clean, 5 star quality. The neighbour’s roosters and the town’s Mosque do start the day early so if you are a light sleeper bring some earplugs. The bathrooms are (fortunately) not open, like most island villas have nowadays. This means they are dry and clean regardless of the weather. They are convenient and clean Slight downside is the poor drainage (due to heavy rainfall) and lack of mechanical ventilation (which can be solved by opening a window). Finally, the host deserves a big thumbs up. He goes out of his way to answer all questions and fulfill all requests (like buying a baby cot).
