FALL GETAWAY-Stayed Oct 18-20, 2024 with friends. The surroundings at this cottage in the fall are absolutely beautiful lots of fall colours and wildlife. There's a lovely beach just down the road we had great weather so it was nice to go for a walk, very peaceful not allot of people this time of year. We had dinner at Macphersons on Friday night which was very good and pizza the following night at Grogs which was also very good. Host Rebecca was wonderful, helpful, very worry free experience. Great cottage very clean had everything you would need to enjoy your stay. Fantastic getaway to unwind and enjoy the outdoors would highly recommend.

Chrisoula was very helpful and on top of everything. It's a fantastic place and we're looking forward to coming back!

This place was beautiful to stay at. The convenience of having two houses together was amazing for my family of 9 to attend. The accommodation and flexibility to have the option of two places. Ahmed was extremely helpful during my stay and responsive to any questions I had. Thank you once again, I look forward to coming back.

It was the best R&R Christmas we've had in yrs. This place isn't Cuba at Christmas but if you're looking for a place just as relaxing, home-front feeling, and as outstanding as seeing palm trees within snow, this is it. We loved it. Loved the decor, loved the space, the kitchen was well equipped, the coffee bar, the Air Fryer was a bonus for left-overs, the linens both bed and bathroom were above average. I would actually like to know where they purchased their pillows? Wonderfully friendly neighborhood. Very clean. If you want the best of the best in a rustic/relaxing setting place for getting away for a few days, I highly recommend this place. It's within town but feels and sounds like you're away from it. 5+ Josef, and Thank You Very Much for opening up your home to us.

This house is at a very good location. Walking distance to Costco and TNT. It’s very comfortable and good to stay a few days and have a rest. Filip and Kasia are both great for answering my questions quickly and detailed. Especially, my younger brothers like the board games that the house provided. The beds were also really soft and comfortable! I really enjoyed this stay!

We enjoyed our time at the Shoreline Beach House. We were looking for a quiet place to rest and rejuvenate after the busy holiday season and that is exactly what we found at Andrea’s house. We went for long walks at the Pinery, sat in the hot tub everyday while snowflakes fell on us and took in the various colours of the lake, read and played loads of board games. We’d love to check it out in the summer when we can use the beach!!

Eugene was a fantastic host. The house was perfect for 5 couples. Comfortable beds and a great living area which worked well for a family get together. A special thanks to Eugene. We visited in February and a winter storm developed resulting in massive road closures. We had to extend our stay and Eugene was incredibly helpful in accommodating us for these extra days. We highly recommend this home.

We had an amazing weekend getaway thanks to Krista and her lovely family's airbnb. The space was bright, beautiful, and open. We had all necessary amenities. The communication was quick and helpful. Krista was quite accommodating especially as we were travelling with an infant. We already miss the place and are looking forward to coming back!

Steph’s place was very charming and comfortable. The place was exactly as pictured and had parking and a great location. Steph was really friendly and made sure we had every thing we needed. A great value for New Year’s Eve! Thanks Steph.

Christopher’s place was fantastic! So clean and comfortable, I felt right at home and slept great in the very comfortable bed!! Went fur a great walk to the beach and had a great dinner out, less than 2 miles away. Christopher was so kind and helpful!

Charlene was a great host. She took our last minute booking, communicated very well and fast, met us when we go to her place and then made a beautiful breakfast. we are very happy with our stay and would recommend anyone to stay here.

We had a wonderful stay at Heidi’s - the loft is clean and cozy, and the surroundings are calm and peaceful. We loved that there was a wood-burning fireplace to keep us nice and toasty. To top it all off, Heidi even offered us some delicious carrot cake. Thanks Heidi, Rudy, and doggo Max - hope to stay again in the future! :)

Fantastic experience!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Derek, was absolutely amazing at communicating, always ensuring we had everything we needed. With all the snowfall, they went above and beyond by allowing us to park in their garage, which was such a kind and thoughtful gesture. We had a truly wonderful stay. Everything was perfect, and my kids absolutely loved every moment, especially the access to their backyard. The space was not only beautiful and welcoming but also incredibly comfortable,clean and well-maintained. We are so grateful for the hospitality and would love to return in the future! Thank you!

The place is as good as it is described and especially the host was super super nice. We booked it for a day and there due to bad weather conditions, we were stuck there for an extra day, she did not charge us for that, she offered us upfront to stay for an extra day as the weather was very bad. 100% recommended to everyone and we will come back in the summer as well.

Roland is a wonderful host! we stayed at his cottage during a snow storm and he was so accommodating about changing dates, early check-in and he offered that we can go back if get stuck in snow! we really appreciate that! the cottage looks waaaay better than the photos! all bedrooms were so spacious and the beddings were super comfortable! the whole cottage was at a super comfortable temptemperature aall the time! we had an excellent experience and we would recommend this cottage 100%!

Margo was an incredible host and we loved our stay. Will definitely be back.

My bestie & I celebrated our 40th Friend Anniversary and it was perfect. We had a bonfire, which was set up by Yvonne’s son, roasted marshmallows and had a really peaceful night. In the morning we spent time feeding the Alpacas, took a walk with them and looked at the little shop. It was a wonderful stay and we will be back.

Thoroughly enjoyed a long weekend at this beautiful, cozy, private and peaceful log cabin. Everything you could ever need is available at this property, and our host Susan was incredibly accommodating, friendly, helpful, and responsive. Beautiful, quiet area, short walk to the amazing beach, and hiking/walking trail very close by. Highly recommend this wonderful property for a relaxing getaway!

A small group of us (6) stayed at Emily's place for 2 nights while snowmobile in the area. It's a beautiful old farmhouse with many updates and excellent hosts that are on top of supplies and anything you may need for your stay. I've traveled all over Canada and the U.S and stayed at over 30 different Airbnb's, Emily's place stands out as possibly the best equipped yet! It's a great area to get away from the city. Close by but felt like a different world. You won't regret booking here!

What an unbelievable oasis! We husband and I had our first little romantic getaway since having our second baby and it was exactly what we needed in the midst of a busy season of life! the surroundings were stunning, the space was so cozy, not to mention the stove fire added a special touch to the whole experience. The front room was worth every penny. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend! Alanna was incredibly responsive and quick to answer questions, she was also really understanding after a plate was broken by accident. She was a great host! Only negative thing to note was that the water tasted quite unusual (pretty sure it's well water). It had a bad after taste. I would not pin myself as a water snob and nor would my husband and neither of us were fans!
