Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Central Finland

I had spent one week in February with my family at Reijo's place. He was awaiting us at arrival and we were given instruction how to handle with everything, though I don't speak finish we managed to sort out main topics :) Place is nice cosy with everything you need, warm with A/C and good internet connection. Located in a beautiful area in the middle of forest, few lakes in a walking distance. No people at all if you look for peace and quiet. Highly recommend for family visits. We think about coming in summer time. Tomasz

An easy work traveler's stay. help and desire was found to solve different wishes. Got a car for charging (1*8A, they said they'll update in the future) However, it worked out! the house is old and has a great history! Thanks!

Riikka's cottage has to be one of the best cottages in Finland considering the location and affordability. Cottage is big enough for 6 people to sleep easily and has all the utensils and basic amenities. We enjoyed having breakfast in the terrace with lake view. Also the location of cottage is private and perfectly tucked away in nature. Lake near by for swimming, barbeque place and even a small row boat can be used on the lake. Separate house for wooden sauna is a great addition. I will definitely visit again.

Heidi is a great host, communication is great, I thank her. The house is comfortable and really nice. We admired the sunrise from the deck with childish eyes. We were amazed. We are delighted to have a night at Heidi's place for our return.

Lovely hosts and an all-around home! Very clean, no small items or dishes, but genuinely cozy and functional spaces. Great location. I recommend wholeheartedly if you're looking for a well-stocked cottage on your own beach. There's also a neat hut in the yard where the possibility of cooking was a nice addition!

Beautiful lakeside location right on the lake. Close to town although it would be a long walk. That the only shower is in the sauna building a dozen or so metres away from the main house is mentioned in the listing but missed my attention and mid-winter made it extremely hard to convince our children to use it. The only double bed is in the same space as the kitchen and there’s no way of closing it off from the rest of the house. It’s in a little town and there’s nothing open after 9 pm in winter so be prepared.

Cozy accommodation in a very good location. Marko gave us clear instructions on how to arrive, and he was friendly and flexible! It was a short trip from the stay to shopping, etc. The photos matched the listing and the place was clean. 😊

Right in the city center, close to the train station. The flat has all that we needed. Veera is also super responsive and proactive host so communication was very smooth!

Very good and tidy small apartment with central location. A functional kitchen and dining space, as well as a working table. Separate beds comfortable. Clear instructions for arriving guest. Recommended.

This was my third time staying at Lasse's but first time in winter. The property is super cozy and luxurious. The sauna is fantastic and its proximity to the shops is a plus.

Great place to stay, it was easy to find. Host friendly. Plus free parking and comfortable bed. A 1-year-old traveler was wonderfully cared for in the outfitting of the apartment. This is where we could stay another night:)

The accommodation was perfect for us. We only stayed for one night but we still had a good time. The Sauna is great and Niko is a really good host.

Just perfect!!! The only small minus is that the view from the balcony chair can't be seen terribly because of the railing, but the width of the balcony made the extra mattress and pillows on the floor that made the experience even better. I recommend 100%

Great host. Seppo was friendly and very accommodating. Love that the check in happened in-person, as we didn't have to worry about finding the keys, entrance, etc. We recommend this place.

We found everything we needed and more in the apartment. Cozy, homey, spacious, quiet, great location. The host was friendly and flexible. Families with children were taken into account, would definitely work well with a toddler.

An old place with all the comforts of home, refurbished with all the amenities. I can really recommend.
