Emily is more than a Super Host...She goes above and beyond to make her guests feel welcome and appreciated. Emily responds quickly to any questions or requests, has great recommendations for area features, is extremely flexible with any situation that arises, and maintains a beautiful guest house with all necessary amenities and plenty of privacy. I plan to stay here each time I visit the Austin area (this my second stay) and highly recommend this beautiful guest house and Emily as a Super Host! Sincerely, Ricky Kim Wrinkle Silverton, CO

Can't say enough how nice this property is. Located in a secluded neighborhood, there are 2 HEB grocery stores within a 5 minute drive as well as restaurants. Hosts couldn't have been more accommodating. As nice as the pictures and description are, we really felt like home during our stay. Thank you Todd and Darlene for sharing such a nice place

Airy, Light-filled Guest House

BeckyRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Monica was EXTREMELY ez to work/communicate with, we choose her guest house as it was a ez walk to our daughters home. Lots of street parking in a quiet & safe neighborhood w/ ez access to freeway PLUS excellent food, coffee + cocktails within walking distance. We stayed over 30 days and the 1 bedroom (comfy bed) guest home served our needs easily. Nicely appointed open kitchen leads into sitting area, bright space with large windows, French doors & plants made me feel more at home. Appliances all CLEAN, as was the entire unit!!!! Extra sheets & towels, the walk in closet + stackable w/d were a blessing too~ all cleaning supplies, laundry & shower gels lasted for our entire stay~Monica added a full cleaning during our stay which a WONDERFUL bonus!!! We wouldn’t hesitate to stay with Monica again ~

Sunny Backyard One Bedroom Apartment in Hyde Park

DanielRating, 5 stars1 week ago
The guesthouse is a comfortable space in a nice, walkable neighborhood. At first the outer room - including the bed and curtained bathroom- feels a bit like a porch. But with the blinds down the bed is very cozy, and the bathroom has its own heater in the ceiling. The main room is nicely decorated with lots of plants, a fancy TV and a well appointed kitchenette. We had a great weekend in Austin staying here and Vanessa communicated well at each step.

Austin Cabin

AndreaRating, 5 stars4 weeks ago
I loved this place! It’s not close to many things if that’s what you’re going for. For me, it was near several friends I was in town visiting so exactly what I needed. It was very easy to find, quiet, and clean. We had an issue with the deadbolt from the inside and got stuck inside when our DoorDash arrived, but Chris was there within 5 minutes to fix the lock. He was super apologetic as he took the lock apart. He offered to replace it that night but we were fine with him doing a temporary fix and waiting until checkout to replace it. The place felt very safe and secure. It was a basic room but had everything we needed. I didn’t use the outside fire pit but it looked like a cozy spot. I’d highly recommend this one.

Catalina Guesthouse w/ Hot Tub and Pool

AnneRating, 5 stars1 day ago
This cottage was absolutely beautiful. The neighborhood was quiet, the kitchen was beautifully stocked with high-quality cooking supplies. The beds were really comfortable and the linens and towels were all high-quality. I don’t think I’ve ever stayed in an Airbnb with attention to detail like this. It doesn’t feel like an Airbnb. It feels like you’re staying in somebody’s brand new home that they have decorated and set up perfectly. The hosts are very responsive and friendly. I will definitely be back next time I am in Austin.

We loved our stay here! We felt right at home and our only regret was not being able to spend more time enjoying it. Several food spots within walking distance and very accessible to the rest of the city. Also one of the most restful sleeps we have had at an Airbnb because the bed was wonderful.

Stroll to the River from a Serene Home in Holly

AnthonyRating, 5 stars3 days ago
I stayed here to work at our corporate headquarters. It was fantastic to come “home” at the end of the day and not feel cramped. There is plenty of space to host some guests, or even spread a family out. I will concede, I thoroughly enjoyed the kitchen. Lots of room to work and free of clutter to easily cook my own dinner to stay healthy and instead of eating takeout. When I had questions, Amina responded with helpful answers. She even apologized for needing to enter the property to maintenance the water pipes in order to prevent freezing damage during major winter temperature blast. I mean, come on in and make sure I have a place to stay with anything.🙏 I was appreciative of her attentiveness to insure my comfort and business trip was maintained. I’ve recommended Amina and this unit for future corporate stays. Tony Mirones latakoo

We absolutely LOVED our stay here. This place is so cute and quiet. It’s exactly as described. Ana and her family were so welcoming and kind. She proactively reached out to ensure we had what we needed and if there was anything she could do for us. The location was super close to all of the restaurants, things to do, etc. Perfect spot for a visit to Austin. I would definitely recommend and would stay again!

Guesthouse w/ Pool and Spa

MatthewRating, 5 stars2 months ago
Had a wonderful stay at Kristin’s place! The unit is exactly as pictured—spacious, spotless, and in a fantastic location. As some reviews mentioned, it’s close to a highway, so there’s some noise at night, which might be a consideration for light sleepers. However, it didn’t bother me, and I’d happily book again on my next trip to Austin.
