Villa vacation rentals in Central Abaco

Wonderful stay, very clean, comfortable. Loved that it was so close to the beach. One suggestion would be to provide a wine corkscrew. But overall we had a great time.

Bimini Villa was great! It had everything we needed. Beautiful location, easy to get to the beach. The golf cart made it really easy to Get around too!

nice place very clean. The neighborhood doesn't have a lot going on, but the beach is very wide and clean.

Claudio and Barbara were super responsive and helpful! This is a second trip for us to Abaco and the first time in the Villa! The beach access is perfect, the people were very helpful and friendly. Treasure Cay is hands down one of the most beautiful spots in the Bahamas and the villa was exactly what we needed. An excellent shared space with separated bedrooms and baths, beach toys that we utilized daily for sand castle building, space for us to store our SUP’s, a well appointed kitchen that we cooked dinner in 4 of our 7 nights. If you’re looking for a relaxing spot to enjoy yourself, this is your spot.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Treasure Cay!!! The house was nice and clean, had a nicely stocked kitchen for cooking, and was a short walk from the (gorgeous!!!) beach. We were there toward the end of November and it was a quiet neighborhood which is what we prefer. We took some snorkel gear but appreciated having more sets there as well as life vests for four. Our host gave tips before we got there about the area attractions which was helpful. He was also quickly responsive to any questions we had. When we inadvertently left the lights on in our rental car and had a drained battery Brian was understanding and helpful and soon had someone show up with a charger. It's a laidback area with friendly people, we spent hours walking and sitting by the beautiful water. Check out Florence's Cafe, and take a ferry or boat to some of the nearby cays. We explored Green Turtle and Elbow Cay/Hopetown lighthouse. The long dock in Cherokee is also worth visiting. 10/10 recommend!!!

Loved this place! Very clean, spacious, and ideal location. My only disappointment was that I didn't get to go to the beach :-( this was a business trip and time didn't permit. I'm looking forward to booking with Jill again!!!

Beautifully furnished, very, very clean. A very nice white sand beach with beautiful water is 1 minute away. Keith was very communicative; he is a wonderful Host!!! Well worth the price. Dan

This is a lovely home very comfortable with great access to the beach has a relaxing nice size pool area, a covered deck area over looking the ocean and a short walk to the mini market that also has a liquor store and cute cafe that serves breakfast & lunch. We also stumbled upon the farmers market that happens on Saturday mornings just in front of the cafe area with music and lots of goodies. Truly a great location and relaxing time ! Thank you Yvette you were very accommodating and it was much appreciated !

Sharon was very responsive. The villa is exquisite. Gorgeous view of the teal waters of the Sea of Abaco from the deck. When we arrived we had no issues with self check-in and getting acquainted to the property. The house is extremely well-appointed. It is fully equipped for cooking for large groups and has higher end appliances and a wine fridge! Don’t bother bringing spices as there is a full spice drawer! The crew did a fantastic job cleaning as the rooms are immaculate. Each shower had a bar of Dove soap still in its box and other amenities. For the area, only about half of the restaurants have reopened since Hurricane Dorian so a stop in Marsh Harbour for provisions is a must. Great stay! Great hosts.

Nice place close to the beach and very clean. The shampoo, conditioner, and body soap were all great quality and everything was very clean. The beds are very comfortable. Would highly recommend.

Bungalow 909 was absolutely lovely! It was very well appointed and just footsteps away from a beautiful, clean beach. The owner, Nancy, did her very best to make sure that we would had a fabulous vacation by providing information about area excursions and activities. The neighbors in the area are very friendly and some are a good source of local information too. We can’t say enough good things about our experience! You won’t be disappointed if you stay here. One suggestion is to make sure you go to the grocery store and pick up meals to prepare in the beautiful kitchen. There are not many restaurants to go to in the area and those that are open are pretty expensive.

I had a wonderfully relaxing month at the Beach Villa gated community in Tanae’s well equipped home. The only thing I had to buy was a wine bottle opener! :) The house was so conveniently located within a one minute walk from a pool that was consistently heated to 86 degrees F or higher, and one of the top ten beaches in the world - with an amazing sand bar within a 25 minute walk. The gated community offered some great facilities including reverse osmosis purified water that could be purchased at an affordable price, token operated washers and dryers, and periodic catered or potluck pool parties that ensured plenty of opportunity to mix and mingle. Nearby, there are some great places to eat including the bakery directly across the street from Tanae’s place, the Bahamas Beach Club beach bar, Sunset Pizza and also nightly entertainment from Wed through Sun at Coops on the main highway. This was a super place to stay on my first trip back following Hurricane Dorian. :)
