Vacation rentals in Cenote Kin-Ha

This is a great place to stay while you on Playa del Carmen area, I stayed with my daughter for 5 nights and the place has everything we needed to enjoy our vacations. Near enough to Playa del Carmen, secure and private, clean, loved the communication with Francisco, he was always responsive and helpfull.

Excellent house with spacious spaces for a family stay. It is located on a very quiet closed street and a 10-minute walk from the beach

This place was so cute and quaint the directions were precise and it was easy to get in .The host was wonderful and kind and even extended a little bit of a late day if we needed... Can't wait to be back to this place!! Was so great.. Perfect for couples and small families...

Perfect location close to town for an easy walk to restaurants and the center but far enough out to not be crowded. The space is large and comfortable with a great kitchen, well equipped for cooking and meal prep. Clean and comfortable furniture and beds. The place doesn’t have a brand new feeling, but is beyond lovely and comfortable. The pool and beach were amazing. Cathy, the property manager on sight was very helpful, responsive and kind. Access to the washing machine and easy, safe parking was a bonus. Pro tip- go to the roof for some amazing views!

This spacious home worked perfectly for us to visit our friends in the same housing complex. Very clean and well-maintained. There were some issues with the door lock and the laundry but these were attended to straightaway.

Great attention from the host (Alejandro) at all times, he was attentive, the place is very nice and has what you need and is clean. I would definitely stay here again

Hiccups! What hiccups?! was their response . meaning how quick they would respond to any of my unforseen encounters. I would recommend this rental to anyone. I stayed here for a month. The only time I started to get sad was when I only had 3 days left. The property was clean(unit and grounds) The dwelling was perfect. You will need nothing. Just come and enjoy yourselves . I wanna once again thank all the participants who was apart of making this month of my life filled with good memories.

The place has a lot of security and the place is very safe... Everything is very nice and clean. We really liked everyone and we had a great time, we would definitely come back
