Great, convenient apartment

Our stay in Florence was part of a surprise 15-day trip to Italy for my husband’s 50th birthday. I can’t think of a better place to have started it than at Lorenzo’s charming, warm, and utterly unique home. It was a 25min walk from downtown Florence. As New Yorkers who are used to a walking city, we were thrilled as it required no car rental or many taxis. And each walk took us across Ponte San Niccolo with its dazzling view of the Duomo in the distance. Our eight-year-old daughter loved the house and felt immediately at home. Highly recommend it and hope to someday stay there again.

We really enjoyed Elba and this place was perfect for us, we felt right at home! We stayed here for a week and rented a bike for 4 days and did the rest by bus. Elba has a good bus system to easily explore the island! Maria Luisa is by far the best host, sweet, flexible, helpful and she provided the house with snacks/food upon arrival, which was great after a day of traveling. We would love to come back some day!

Everything about Carlotta’s home is perfect! We are a family of 5, with 3 young kids, and we found Carlotta’s space so comfortable. The location is perfect, Carlotta is so helpful and kind, and her apartment was absolutely spotless. She also included snacks, laundry soap, and all other daily housekeeping amenities which is so nice when you’re traveling. The view of the Duomo was magical as was the use of the patio. We will return!!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Casetta Melograno. The location is perfect for visting Florence or other Cities around. The equipment of the accommodation is more than adequate. Everything is also very clean and lovingly furnished. We felt completely at ease.

How to be at home ! Impeccable experience. In view of the next Lucca Comics, it will definitely be our fixed destination!

Absolutely worth the extremely generous price. Simonetta was very kind and generous, serving a delicious and nice breakfast every morning. She had tips about the train and always made sure we were being taken care of. The place is absolutely charming and comfortable. The view - it was misty while we were there but breathtaking. It was absolutely my dream location. She has a sweet and adorable dog who stays inside but I requested to meet. What a sweetheart. But she won't be a problem if you're not a dog person. As far as accessibility to the city, we took the train once into Florence and it was great once we figured it out. There was a wonderful restaurant nearby in Fiesole that we are at twice. Perseus Fiesolano. Please try the meatballs. You will not be disappointed. The place is charming and very friendly. Make a reservation - it can get busy. I just can't say enough good about Simonetta, Florence, the rental and the food. Great experience.

If you’re staying in Lucca, the location is great. Free parking just on the outside of the wall. The bed was comfy and the shower had fantastic pressure. Washing machine was an added bonus.

A small apartment in the historic center of Piombino, a stone's throw from the sea and a great restaurant. We were in low season in early March, so we had no difficulty finding parking near the waterfront. Good for short stay and a couple. The host left everything you need, in addition to a breakfast, the various accessories in the bathroom, nothing is missing.

I love this Airbnb and will recommend it to my friends. It's clean and comfortable. The location is near to the landmarks and easy to walk to.

Easy to get into the apartment. Security is very good. Very nice interior with good quality furnishings. There’s a “library “ of materials on Florence including a Rick Steves’ travel guide. This was a real bonus! Lorenzo was friendly, easy to work with and proactive with information. Appreciated the washing machine and dryer which were handy. Kitchen had all the basics as well as a bowl of portable snacks. Right on the bus line. Overall an excellent place to stay.

We stayed here with our family for two months. In the meantime, the host was very kind, thoughtful, prompt, and accurate in responding to our needs. That made our life in Siena very peaceful, relaxing and stable. In addition, thanks to Nadia and Alexandro, who always kept the house tidy and clean, we enjoyed the comfort of checking in for the first two months. I was so grateful that I felt at home for two months and was able to stay without lacking anything. Also, as described by the host, there are supermarket conad 2 minutes away, delicious pizza restaurants and restaurants, and places to shop nearby. There is a taxi stop right in front of the house, and there is an intercity bus stop 7 minutes away, so it was very useful. We are looking to book here again next year. ♡ I'll never forget the beautiful and lovely little garden.

Angelo‘s flat is nicely located across the river in the less touristy part of the town. It was quiet with a supermarket and great bakery close by. At a 5-10 min walking distance you can find great restaurants and cocktail bars. The flat was clean and had everything we needed. The communication with Angelo was easy at all times. Definitely recommend!

The apartment was beautifully appointed and had a lot of charm! It’s extremely spacious and and comfortable. The washer dryer combo was a life saver! The private parking was a bonus. We would definitely stay here again when we’re in the area.

We had a very pleasant stay with Adam. Everything was taken care of by the host to the last detail. It is a beautiful house with nicely decorated, comfortable rooms. This is where truly Tuscan elements come back. In the morning we enjoyed a nice breakfast outside in the garden! In any case, we found a wonderful address for when we go back to Tuscany 👌🏼

There is a house in a quiet village where you can get to and from Florence by bus. Puppy cats greet me. The host informed me before leaving that I had to pay a separate tax of 8 euros on the 3rd day of the 2nd night, but I almost forgot to come out. You can also pay with a card. Breakfast is delicious and hot water works well. It was also fun to take the bus to Piesjole and go to the mountain village. It's a great place to feel the quiet countryside.

Selene was proactive with all communication, including great recommendations for the area. The location of the B&B is very close to the Port/Centro Storico. The space was welcoming, tranquil, and clean. Nice shared spaces, decent breakfast included, and the private bedroom and bathroom were both perfectly comfortable and clean. Great for couples or friends looking for a peaceful “home base” while venturing around Elba.

Absolutely stunning accomodation in traditional Tuscan style villa. Surrounded by beautiful Cyprus trees and a lovely natural pool to swim in. The breakfast was great. Would highly recommend staying here for a local Tuscan experience.

George is a kind and helpful person, he assisted us from the first minute we arrived in his accommodation. He accompanied us everywhere and explained the history and peculiarities of the city. Staying at George's is like staying at home, his place is a small oasis in the middle of other buildings. Super recommended!!

This is probably the most positive and honest review I'll ever write on airbnb. It was really a pleasure to stay with Massimiliano! First of all for cleanliness, which I'm never satisfied with, but in your place you can't joke! I immediately felt at home for the atmosphere, the room that was beautiful, the light, the surroundings, breakfast, the vintage bikes available for guests, chats and good humor! Really super helpful, generous and kind. Great tips for food and the sea, among other things. I really have no words to describe everything, except that the hospitality of Massimiliano and Alessandra makes me think that there are people who are best suited to do this work and people who are not. Here, they're perfect! My solo vacation was relaxing and full of love and care. Thank 🥰 you very much for everything, it was what I needed 🥹

We were in Cecina for a few days and had a good time at Benedetta's. We spontaneously arrived earlier and were then allowed to check in with self check-in - it was no problem at all. All the rooms were very clean and everything was furnished with attention to detail. The breakfast was delicious and we got great tips on what we could do (even without a car). The other guests were also really nice. Thanks for the stay!!
