Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Cebu Metropolitan Area

It is a high floor corner room, and you can see the sea from every window!　The interior of the room was lovely, well cleaned, and it was a very comfortable stay. Sharon was happy to check in early, and welcomed us with a friendly smile and polite explanation. There are also delicious restaurants, supermarkets, convenience stores, and drug stores nearby, and at night you can hear nice music from nearby resort hotels. It was a great time to stay here for a long time.I'll definitely be back!　Thank you very much.

My mom, friend and I had the pleasure of staying at Lee’s cozy unit for a month. We appreciate Lee’s communication throughout the whole process, along with his prompt responses to any of our inquiries during our stay. Conveniently located among many great restaurants, malls and coffee shops, the central location allowed us to go to different places with ease! Having a washer/dryer in the unit was also quite convenient, as we were staying for quite some time. Thank you for a wonderful experience and I highly recommend Lee’s place if you’re looking for your next stay in the city!

We felt right at home. Everything we needed was there. The LG television we enjoyed the most because its 4k. We watched a lot of our favorite music videos and watched Netflix a lot 😅 the unit is in 5th floor so there’s quite a view from the bedroom. We tried the pool in the 28th floor and enjoyed it too. It was an indoor pool so I was able to enjoy swimming even if it’s around noon time. I liked that. The condo is inside Cebu IT Park which is walking distance to basically EVERYTHING! We liked it so much we almost considered moving there permanently! 😆 Thank you Annie for a stress-free, smooth overall experience and stay.

I stayed comfortably with my children with the host's kindness and quick response. As expected, since Korea is a host, I am satisfied with the bedding and various amenities ^ ^

This is our second stay with them, and the place and hosts did not disappoint. Very accomodating and patient with our inquiries. We booked another room on the same day of our stay, and unfortunately our family did not get the same experience. If what you're looking for is a comfortable, quick get-away from the city, then this is highly recommended. We'll surely be back.

The host was incredibly accommodating and responsive. She will respond to all of your inquiries. Everything you need is already in the venue because it is well furnished. Despite being somewhat remote, the location is incredibly peaceful and comfortable. You really get what you pay for. It has the impression of being your own home for your entire stay. Cozy house in the middle of a busy Philippine neighborhood. The house had a stove which is rare in homes ive rented in my previous trips. the living area had a nice couch that can be converted into a bed if you want to stay at home and watch movies. i was able to get grab food, groceries and a ride with no trouble. the air conditioning was available in each room which made the warm weather bearable for someone from the colder climates. the refridgerator worked well and the bathroom was stocked with everything i needed. will stay again when i come back.

This condo unit is perfectly located in ayala, we love the easy access to the mall. Great space, love the bathroom set up. Having a water dispenser is also a plus. The concierge and all staff in the building is very polite and we noticed the building is very well maintained. Will definitely recommend this place.

it is more convenient to have a car. since it quite confusing to find the exact loc. but the place , the host are perfect!

The house owner very kindness and gave a lot of helf to us. There had a house caretaker who called Neil also friendly and willing help us. To the house, we had a bound of people joined this travel and everyone they all like this lovely and clean house. To sum up, it’s a precious travel to me and our friends the main part of reason because we lived in this house. Thank you very much🌹🌹🌹

Very satisfied. The host is friendly and clean. The location of the entrance to the village is not exactly coming out of Google, so it would be nice to adjust it a little bit.

Staying here was easy, the host was responsive and flexible with check-in. The pics were accurate. Good value and neighborhood had friendly gate guards. Nearby tricycle drivers are available. If you want to park your car, it is available for a small fee. The laundry was very useful and I was able to use the kitchen to use cook a few things. Place was a little hard to locate once inside the subdivision, especially at night. Would recommend this place to others. Thank you for the good stay.

This was the first time staying in Jann’z condo but I hope I have the opportunity to stay here again. Jann’z insured I was comfortable and didn’t have any problems. The unit was pristine it had everything I needed to be comfortable. I love staying in Sunvida Tower because of awesome staff and convenience to local services. I would recommend this particular condo to anyone.

There were many special touches; French Press coffee, ease at feedback and quick turnaround times. Best cooking devices of any place I’ve stayed in Cebu. The complex is growing, yet relatively quiet (normal locals blasting music, sometimes it’s quite good), fires burning at times, and truly the only times I closed windows for A/C over fan and awesome breezes (higher corner unit). The grounds have some places to eat near Towers 203-205, a 7-Eleven, spacious grounds, pool never too crowded (mornings-weekday). My tower’s 1st floor people sell larger weekly water, return for your deposit. No complaints!! Jhoana and Saekyung Phase 305 was the BEST!!

The place was convenient for us since we wanted to be closer to the Pier since it was a quick stopover to refill provisions on our way to Bohol. The place was as advertised and appreciated the service provided by Roy.

Clean, quiet and in a convenient part of Cebu.

This woman did an amazing job at designing the inside of this affordable little Airbnb condo. It has everything you would ever want as a westerner. It’s a small space but it’s super comfortable with 2 sources of wifi.. and the fiber is extremely fast 500mbit. The bed is comfy and we had zero issues. It’s In a quiet condo complex so you don’t hear barking dogs and chickens or crazy karaoke parties. There’s a 7/11 right below it as well, you could throw a pebble off the balcony and hit the 711 it’s so close. Guards are friendly. I’ve stayed at airbnbs all over the Philippines and this one is a good one.. the best bang for your buck you’ll find. It’s also in a great spot close to the airport, close to the bridges crossing over to cebu. Grab from here to a seaside was 6$ after tip. This place is great

We have stayed in this apartment four times already, and everytime, it's amazing! For us, it's one of the best Airbnb's in One Manchester Place. What we liked about this place: *amazing views. this is one of the bnbs with nicest views in One Manchester buildings. *very clean! This place is one of the cleanest bnb we stayed in Cebu *free drinking water! We drink like cows, so safe drinking water is very important for us. Not all bnbs in Mactan Newtown offers free drinking water. *enough sleeping options. There's a pull out couch, and there's another couch, should you need more sleeping space. *smart lock - we don't have to carry a key all the time. Very handy, especially when you're booking with more people, as you don't have to go in or out all together. You can come in at anytime. Also, the lock number changes with every guest (which is secure) and is very easy to remember. *dryer! this is the ONLY one in all of the bnbs with a dryer *very responsive hosts! they reply fast!
