Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Cayuga Lake

My second time staying. Quiet place near downtown Ithaca and the colleges. The addition of a tea kettle made the basic kitchen even more useable. Perfect for a longer stay - in unit washer and dryer and a kitchen appointed with the basics you need when you want to be able to make a few meals for yourself. Would happily book again.

We had a lovely stay at this Airbnb! The hosts were incredibly welcoming and personally explained how everything worked and made sure we had everything we needed. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the welcome of Christmas cookies and wine and thoughtful decorations for Christmas. The space was exactly as described—very clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect, with restaurants and attractions nearby. There was the added bonus of visiting deer to see right outside the window. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area. I would definitely stay here again!

Everything was great at this spacious three bedroom, three bathroom, squeaky clean and comfortable, Airbnb! We enjoyed using the gym and if we had more time we would’ve loved to play in the games room. The location was central to downtown Binghamton where we enjoyed a tasty dinner at the Lost Dog Cafe before heading to the university for an acapella competition. We were a 10 minute drive from IBM trails for a nice hike with our dog. Our host was a great communicator. We would highly recommend this newly converted dorm style Airbnb to others!

Dennis had great communication and I enjoyed staying at the apartment. It was perfect for what I needed and in a great location within walking distance of many restaurants / shops.

This was our most amazing stay ever at an Airbnb! The location on the lake is incredible and there are a lot of nearby paths to explore. You're within an hour of pretty much all of the Finger Lakes so there's an abundance of hiking trails that are accessible. You're also a quick 5 min drive to Wegmans so that was convenient for groceries. The Airbnb itself had so much natural light in both bedrooms and even with some cold weather, the insulation in the unit kept us very warm. The decor was very appearing, yet minimal so that made the place feel super homey. Everything looked EXACTLY how it did in the pictures, if not even better. The host was extremely helpful and kind during our stay. We loved it so much that we extended our stay twice! Would absolutely visit again and looking forward to coming back in the future!

This home was beautiful, as described and shown in the photos. Amy, the owner, was superbly responsive and friendly. It was such a pleasure to stay there and she did everything to make my stay easy and comfortable. Thank you Amy!

Although the weather wasn’t ideal during our stay, we were thankful to have a nice place to escape the cold and wind! The condo was in a great location and a short drive to downtown Canandaigua and a reasonable drive to some wineries. The space was pristine, the couch and beds were very comfortable, and we loved the complimentary k-cups! The instructions to find the key were clear and the elevator was right inside the doors at the entrance where the lockboxes were located on the railing. (we watched the YouTube video but found the written instructions more accurate). We would love to come back during another season to enjoy the lake and scenery in better weather conditions. The frozen lake and snow was beautiful though! Overall a great stay.

This was an amazing place where we felt right at home. The view was breathtaking taking, the pictures didn’t do it justice. Overall this was a great place to stay and we would definitely come back.

Jennifer’s place was phenomenal from start to finish. The residence was exactly as described, arrival instructions were clear and her directions to the home were spot on. We arrived and found a beautifully renovated home which was well equipped for us. The home was spotless and included the best creature comforts - a fireplace, great eat-in kitchen with complimentary coffee and ice which was much appreciated after a long day. There are large flatscreen TVs in the living room and master bedroom complete with YouTube TV subscriptions. The home is perfectly located at Greek Peak and a short drive from Cortland and Homer where we were visiting family. The area the home is located in is quiet and serene, a great place to relax. Jennifer was ultra flexible when our group expanded for the first night unexpectedly and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. We’ll definitely stay again!

The house is beautifully renovated and very high tech!!! The kitchen is a dream. Loved the furniture and fire pit on the deck. Convenient to Ithaca and many restaurants/ hikes. Master bed very comfortable. Love that each bedroom has its own bathroom. We all took turns with the massage chair every night - it was a big hit! Lorena was very kind and responsive. Would definitely stay again!

Amazing home. Pictures do not show this homes beauty. You must see it in person. It is full of amenities and has everything that you could possibly think of. The home smelled amazing throughout and it was spotless.

Amoreena's place was the perfect stay for me, my wife, daughter and dog:) She was responsive, and things were just as advertised. We will certainly be back in the future!

My family (6 adults and 2 kids) spent 3 nights at this beautiful house on Lake Canandaigua. It was the perfect lake house with an incredible view and lake access. The house is extremely comfortable with multiple common spaces (including a fun game room and TVs in virtually every room) and is well equipped with everything you could need. It also has great outdoor spaces, with comfortable seating, huge hot tub and two fire pits (gas and wood). It is located in an idyllic and private setting, but is close (15-20 minutes) to Canandaigua, wineries, breweries, parks, etc. Bill was very responsive to any questions and a very good host. We had a wonderful time at this lake house and would love to return.

We had a wonderful stay at Aaron’s place! The house is beautiful and spotless, the beds and furniture are comfy and cozy, and it is filled with great amenities. The view is absolutely stunning! It is a quiet and peaceful location, but close enough to the quaint town of Skaneateles. Aaron was a fantastic host! Communication was always super fast, and Aaron did everything he could to ensure we had a great stay. We would definitely return to this beautiful property!

Jacci was a great host! She was filled with details, flexible to attend our requests, mindful of our arrival and diligent to address any need. The McCalister house was simply outstanding! Location was beautiful, the house had plenty of history and you could see how this place has created memories for the lucky ones that have stayed. Aurora is such a lovely town with the Inn and the Spa. And Cayuga lake welcome all the brave young ones that dared to jump into the cold water. We will always remember it and we will come back!

Had an amazing stay! The home was incredibly clean. Location is very private with great views. The hot tub was a highlight, perfect for relaxing and taking in the scenery. The basement had so much to offer with different entertainment options like board games, ping pong, and poker, which kept everyone entertained for hours. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the cooking equipment we needed, making meal prep a breeze. Overall, this place exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a relaxing chill getaway!

Denise's home is charming, beautiful, cozy, and perfectly located. With eclectic decor (furniture, art, and collections), comfortable beds, and all the amenities you could ask for during a visit to Ithaca, the house is a rare gem. You can tell that Denise has carefully curated each space and at the same time, we felt completely at home here. Responsive and kind, Denise is the perfect host. We loved our stay, thank you!
