Fabulous place to stay. Spotlessly clean and in a lovely location. Ideal for our needs as we were visiting family nearby. Nice pub, The Trout, a ten minute walk away for good ale and nice food. Sally and Steve were the perfect hosts. Friendly and easy to communicate with. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Amazing break away. Peaceful setting, stunning views. A great place to switch off and relax. Nick was a great host from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble. Definitely recommend the breakfast box.

We absolutely loved our stay here. It was peaceful and private. I can’t express enough how gorgeous it was with beautiful scenery and the cosiest place to stay in. Cannot say a bad word. Lovely hosts, would highly recommend to anybody!!

Loved Dawn’s cottage, ideal for walking the Cleveland Way and for visiting lovely places along the coast. The hot tub was great , it made the holiday.

What a fantastic stay! A couple of days of calm in beautiful surroundings after a chaotic Christmas. Our 3 year old loved feeding the animals and splashing in the hot tub. Steve was super friendly with great recommendations. We’d love to come again and explore the area….Whitby and Robin Hoods Bay were a hit but Steve said there’s loads to do! 10/10!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I ended up doing a solo trip with the dogs and I felt very safe and comfortable on my own. The cottage was clean and cosy. The large Porch is a great design to have an area for drying off coats / boots and with the hot tub. Love the field walks, it’s so nice to be able to have somewhere just a short walk from the accommodations where dogs can be let off lead. Very satisfied with this stay, would recommend to friends and family and I would definitely like to visit again one day. Thank you for a pleasant stay x

we loved staying at this amazing home. the games cabin is a perfect place for socialising and relaxing. a very well equipped kitchen. comfortable beds and a great host who was extremely helpful. highly recommend and we are staying again next week

Perfect location with amazing views of Whitby from the house and from the hot tub. Would maybe usually expect some additional basic items such as milk and shower gel. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return in the future.

Richard and Kim were amazing hosts, we had a few problems before arrival and they were understanding, accommodating and offered to help us with a solution, although this wasn’t needed in the end. Richard was very responsive with any questions and helped make our stay easier with information on local taxi firms. The cottage was beautiful and peaceful and we had everything we needed. A really lovely cottage in a beautiful fishing village. Close to the beach and easy to get to Whitby and the moors. Worked well as a winter treat but even better in warm weather, I’m sure

Thank you Lisa! From the moment we arrived we settled straight in. Everything we could possibly need from all kitchen utensils, cooking equipment, plenty of extra towels, bedding, cleaning products, toilet rolls, even a toothbrush in the little bathroom drawer! We loved the garden and even enjoyed picking apples from the tree and cooking them. I have already recommended your lovely house to other people and would definitely return if in the area. Thank you

amazing house right in the heart of whitby (our favourite place)! we wanted to spend new years eve in whitby after seeing some pictures of people doing it last year on west cliff, this property was within walking distance to all that we wanted. Zoe was always helpful when ever I needed a question answered regarding booking or anything else. the property it's self is great it's very welcoming, quirky, homely and has everything you need for a great stay. we will definitely stay here again 😀

I have to say the Coach House was remarkable and the atmosphere of the place isn't really fully captured in the photos; it has so much warmth and character, which is conveyed not only by the age and general look and feel of the rooms, but also by the many artefacts that were strategically placed around the house. Having said that, we had access to all the modern amenities we needed. Needless to say, we had a very comfortable and pleasant stay. We would highly recommend it.

Lovely house, clean and tidy. Perfect location for me with shops, town, bars, sea all within walking distance. Instructions were super clear and they provided me with contract details just in case.

Thanks so much - my parents really enjoyed the cottage - we were staying on a different cottage on The Bay and booked them this one. They said it was their favourite one so far (I think their 3rd visit to The Bay now). Loved the beach walks and a joy to be in Filey again.

What a beautiful cosy cottage this was…It is beautifully decorated and had lots of homely comforts. We spent our days walking on the wonderful sandy beach to Filey and back and our evenings dining at the pub then playing family board games… absolutely perfect family getaway.

Lovely cottage, spotlessly clean and everything you need for your stay provided. Ideally located for local amenities and nearby resorts with added bonus of onsite facilities, gym, pool and pub. Hosts were really helpful and would gladly stay again.

Rockpiol cottage was absolutely beautiful- in the most gorgeous area and was so peaceful. This was for work purposes but I would definitely go back with my family! Victoria was amazing and checked in on us throughout and made sure we were comfortable and settled. The home had all the little touches that made it so special! Thank you so much x

We had a lovely weekend at Lee’s place. It was clean and comfortable. There is plenty to do around the area and a short walk to the beach.

Wonderful cottage with everything you could want. Jenny’s comms were first rate, responsive and informative. There is an excellent online welcome pack and the place absolutely lived up to it. Can’t recommend Bumbletree cottage or Jenny highly enough.
