Spacious apartment, equipped kitchen , comfortable rooms with bathrooms , television space with Netflix. Privileged location, close to the historic center walking , very safe neighborhood, near near a 17th century square and church… it has nearby TIA supermarkets… Less than 10 minutes walking metro station San francisco that makes it easy for you to go to many places in Quito .. memories in Plaza Quitus - Universidad Central , the Carolina and the shopping centers. Very friendly guards and very safe building, easy arrival, easy departure and ubers arrive easy. Highly recommended to have a very good stay.. Maria was very communicative and left everything ready.

Really great Airbnb right next to Parque La Carolina and the Quicentro mall. Safe area. Great internet for remote work. Very comfortable bed. Jose was very friendly and responsive. I would definitely stay here again. It has a lot of value for the price.

It was great staying here for four weeks. The house is comfortable and the location is very peaceful, but still close to everything. Nice garden and patio. Also very affordable. Would definitely stay again.

The house is dreamy just like in the photos, I made a small mistake at the time of booking but the host was very empathetic to me and helped me at all times I really highly recommend this place, it feels like home, it has all the comforts you can imagine and the attention of the host makes the experience even more beautiful.

The house was beautiful, clean, spacious, and well equipped. Loved that they had a lot of paid movie streaming services. The host was very friendly and very accommodating. We were greeted, shown around the house and given the ok to grab any of the fruits around the property! The game room is full of fun games and activities for everyone. Had a great stay at David’s place- super nice and close to the square. He helped me fix a hot water issue and when I had difficulties finding the building. Highly recommend!

Franklin is an amazing host. when I asked for something he went above and beyond and in a very timely manner. the house is in a very safe area, which was important to us. the yard was great for our 2 dogs. the fireplace was awesome and wood was supplied. there are little restaurants close by or you can taxi for $1.5 into the town of Cotacachi. there is also a tienda close by for bread etc. we were not used to barking dogs in the night, but that will not stop us from returning. definitely recommend Franklin's place.

Patricio’s place is close to many restaurants and shopping. The apartment itself is very nice and clean. Highly recommended, I’ve stayed there twice and it’s well worth the money. For light sleepers, the bedrooms face the street, so that’s the only negative.

Everything was excellent, from the host who always had the opening to answer my messages and doubts, from the beginning to the end. the place as shown in the photos, excellent location, you have everything nearby.

Definitely a 10/10. The apartment is very nice, complete and above all clean. I loved that it is Pet Friendly and the view from the windows is beautiful, mainly because it is located on a high floor. Silvana is very friendly and always responded in time to our concerns. The building where the apartment is located is new, modern , has many amenities for guests and its location is great, close to everything literally and 1 block from La Carolina Park. Definitely when I return to Quito it's going to be my first choice to stay.

This place is gorgeous. The view alone is worth the price, and the apartment is perfect for a couple or 1 person. Will book again!
