Wow! Just wow! This place was amazing. Clean, absolutely perfect location, and so spacious!! We loved it! Maria Elisa was absolutely welcoming and a joy to talk to, one of the better hosts I’ve ever had. Walking distance to essentially everything, the location couldn’t be better. The view from the rooftop terrace is also amazing and great for family pics. Out of 4 Airbnb’s we stayed at in our Italy trip, this was our favorite and Maria Elisa was also our favorite host. Don’t hesitate, this place is a gem

Eddj was one of the friendliest and most accessible host. He even offered to pick us from Firenze SMN. He picked us and brought us to this lovely apartment minutes from the station. The apartment is on the first floor ( no lift) and very tiny stairs but Eddj even helped us to take the luggage up which was a huge help. The place is amazing functionally- gadgets appliances and amenities are as described. He even presented us a bottle of Rose and some munchies. The apartment matches the description and the photos. Addj was always available for any queries and overall a great experience. we will be back Thanks

Great apartment clean and everything you need. On a dead end street so it’s quiet. A bit of a walk to the center but lots of bicycles around so that makes it easy. The host was extremely responsive, answered my texts within minutes. Note that it’s a second floor (usa first floor, 1 flight of stairs) so if you’re older with heavy luggage or have difficulty climbing stairs with suitcases it may be a challenge. I’d definitely rent this place again.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Stefano’s apartment. He was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Florence, with all the major attractions just a short walk away. The only thing worth noting is that it can be a bit noisy at times, as the apartment is situated in a lively part of the historical center. However, this didn’t take away from the experience at all, and I’d highly recommend this place! :)

Comfortable apartment, hosts available.

Loved staying at this lovely and very clean apartment, a nice mix of modern and historic architecture. Many nice places to have coffee in the morning and dinner at night. Hosts were friendly, and helpful with cleaning and coffee supplies. I hope to return again and stay longer next time!

Geart place and location

Absolutely stunning views in the town and old world tuscan decor in the very private Villa. Amanda was an excellent communicator and helped with planning details about places to see as well as facilitating our very own private chef for pasta making/a dinner for our family of 5. The entire home was spotless and had every amenity you can think of. We even made cinnamon rolls for Christmas Eve in the incredible kitchen. Our stay in the Villa was the highlight of our family trip during Christmas! Thank you for your beautiful hospitality. 5 stars!!

Marco is excellent, always available to help us, no communication problem, he was there at check-in, he gave all the important information. The place is perfect for a long stay, fast internet, easy to get to, now with the Tram via T2 it is easy to get to the Santa Maria Novella train station or the airport. And Florence? Magical for 500 years !!!

Highly recommend this place! It’s cozy, clean, comfortable, and the view is absolutely breathtaking. The location is also very convenient for exploring other beautiful highlights of Tuscany. We truly enjoyed our stay, and the kids loved it as well. A special thanks to Francesca and Ivan for the thoughtful welcome message and the goodies—they made our experience even more memorable!!

We felt it like home, it was clean, good location, the outdoors were pretty picturesque, Stefano And Pamela were very hospitable, they helped us with many things including food and clear instructions. We will definitely visit again if ever in Italy and suggest others as well.

Absolutely brilliant place to stay. We came to catch the November truffle festival. Close enough to town for a 15 min walk, but far enough to enjoy the scenery and the hills. We stayed for a week and we enjoyed it thoroughly. The villa is so tastefully decorated with interesting paintings and whimsical items both contemporary and ancient. The house is bathed in natural sunlight. Lorenzo is a wonderful host and his cleaning lady is equally gracious. The property is absolutely spotless, the kitchens are fully equipped, and the beds are so comfortable. Very quiet. There is a small garden that my son just loved traipsing around, smelling the rosemary, oregano and picking random olives. Lorenzo also had a guide book that he had created, and it provided some excellent suggestions in terms of itineraries. Lastly there was one really sweet outdoor cat that we loved seeing daily. Highly recommend staying here!

Nada's place will hold a special place in my heart, it was the highlight of our trip through Italy. This is a one of a kind BnB! The cooking class with Viola and Ramondo was an unforgettable experience! Very helpful host, you could feel her love in the apartment. Generous accommodations, clean and cozy. Stunning views and though a little remote, close enough to restaurants and markets. pisa and Florence are a very easy day trip and everything from the hosts recommendations were incredible, she even saved us when I couldn't seem to book a reservation! Can not say anything negative about this amazing experience! I'll be back.

Absolutely beautiful 3 level condo on the top floor of the building with water view of the Arno from the rooftop balcony. We are a family of 8 traveling together and this spacious apartment met all of our needs - we were not on top of each other. Very centrally located to my daughter, who is studying in Florence for the semester. There was someone onsite to let us in and provide instruction. Would definitely recommend to anyone travelling to Florence!

Darko was very responsive and helpful on our arrival which was delayed due to trains delays. The apt is so nice, clean, has both common area and privacy for bedrooms. The location is also great, a few minutes walk to restaurants, market, cafes and also a walking distance to the Domo. I highly recommend. Thank you Sarko for a great trip to Firenze.

I loved Ilaria's apartment and we had a lovely stay there! It's a beautiful space that feels so homey. It had a washer-dryer, which is relatively rare in Italy, and the shower was perfect. The apartment was warm (it's winter), and we loved the location close enough to the attractions but far enough to where it's much more quiet. Ilaria kindly left a guidebook inside the apartment with FAQs and instructions, and even great restaurant recommendations! My one warning is that there is no elevator, so if you have a lot of luggage it can be cumbersome. Otherwise, this is a great choice!

The stay was perfect. Meeting our expectations. The location was good for both train and walking to the main attractions of Florence.

The place is exactly the same as shown in the photos, all very clean! Even the moka coffee makers were clean! Well-equipped kitchen. Heater and air conditioning running super well and the washing and drying machine was very useful. Sabrina was super kind all the time, taking our doubts aside and responding quickly. The location is great, it has everything close to everything from restaurants, market, cafeterias to even the sights. We loved the site and would come back for a next chance!

This was me se one time staying at Fabrizio place . And felt right home. Fabrizio amazing person, always available. The plane is in the middle of everything. As a lift , I never travel light .. that help so Much ! The apartment was spotless clean. The most comfortable bed . Slept like a baby! Bathroom full of you need , nice sops and more. Nice size shower . I can’t wait to go back again . And want to said thank you to Fabrizio again! And if you want a place we’re you need to fell home away from Home . This is the place ❤️ Hope to go back soon!

The Air BnB was beautiful. We stayed for 2 days in one and 2 days in the other (also under same owner). Both were incredible. The Casa De Delizi house was immaculate and well worth the stay.

Lorena is a very considerate host! Received us with great affection, allowed the early check in, always responded to us quickly. The apartment is well located, near the Duomo, with several restaurants around, including I recommend the restaurants located on the same street of the building, the two nearest. Clean apartment, clean bed linen and all comfortable! It was a great stay! Highly recommend!
