We had a great stay here! We came for NASCAR weekend and the location was perfect for the race! Took us a few spins around the place to find the unit but we were a bit tired from travel all morning. The place was big, spotless and had everything you need. The bathroom was huge! I would recommend if you are cooking to buy some oil/salt/pepper as there was none available but not a big deal! 10/10 !

Jays was a great host! The unit was clean and comfortable. Friendly staff and neighbors. Enjoy the pools and workout areas. Short drive to shopping centers and restaurants. Will definitely rent from Jay again.

I Loved Dana’s place. Beautiful view from patio, especially at sun down and sun rise. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. Lots of room and right across from the liquor store. I had a tiny issue locating the lockbox but Dana was really responsive and helpful. Will definitely recommend or stay again when I’m in town.

Great location with a fantastic vibe inside. Perfect city apartment with all the nearby amenities.

This seemed to be a fairly new complex. Ideal location for us going back and forth to the Marriott Desert Ridge and Canyon Villas where family was staying. It was about a 2 minute car ride. Monica was always responsive to any questions asked. Everything was fresh and new.

Had an amazing stay at the Residences. We enjoyed to have so many restaurants walking distance. Thank you so much!

Linda’s place was great. Plenty of places to eat within walking distance. Great building with lots of amenities. Would definitely come back.

We spent almost 2 weeks there and we felt right at home! It has everything you need and it was clean and tidy. We really loved being able to play Gallega every day 😂 Alex and Nicole respond right away if you need anything. We are heading back to Tempe in 2 weeks and will be staying there again. Thank you!!

Lili's condo on the lake was spotless, fully stocked with the necessities, quiet, peaceful, and located close to restaurants and other shopping. Lili was great to work with, friendly, and she quickly responded to my questions and comments. I would definitely rent this place again.

I went for a week for Spring Training. The location was perfect for the games that I wanted to watch. Grocery store and restaurants nearby. Pool was great for relaxing after returning from ballgames. Condo was perfect for me

It was very nice. Not too far from downtown! It’s about a half a mile away . You could walk or uber easily. Well stocked and the pool looked very nice.

Great location in Scottsdale. Spacious for the two of us. Well stocked. Comfortable bed. Appreciate the shower which had good water pressure. Very detailed instructions regarding using the amenities. Parking was convenient and easy. We used the laundry which was easy helpful on a long trip. Even though it was unseasonably cold we used the pool because it was heated. Recommend!

The listing is accurate and the place was clean and spacious for the two of us. Access to the unit was easy and the covered parking spot was conveniently located near the door. Highly recommend if looking to stay in Scottsdale.

Nice location, walkable to old town and shops. We would have used the pool but it wasn't warm enough. Hot tub was a nice feature.

Stayed six nights in Scottsdale. The condo was in a great location, close to restaurants and shopping. We really enjoyed the pool every afternoon to cool off. The unit had a view of the pool which gave it that resort feel. We would not hesitate to stay here again on our next trip to AZ.

We had a wonderful stay at Carla's during spring break. The house was very clean and fully stocked! It was very spacious and we enjoyed hanging out in the backyard/pool. Carla was very responsive, which was appreciated. We would definitely stay here again. 2 minor things that should have been mentioned in the listing; the house does back up to an elementary school. The noise of the kids during recess didn't bother us, but I would imagine that this is something that should be mentioned for those that would like a quieter stay. The second item that should be mentioned, is that if you want access to the community center, you have to ask for the key fob before your stay. Which we weren't aware of. We did communicate this to Carla and she did schedule someone to stop by to drop it off. Overall, we had a wonderful stay, felt like home and would stay here again.

I was visiting the area for hiking and spring baseball, so wanted a reasonable price and a clean place. This home fit that need. There were 2 in our party, which was perfect for the space; you could easily have a family of 4 stay here. Everything was clean and tidy. Very easy to work with hosts.

Very clean and looked like the pictures. We were able to walk to restaurants & the grocery store. We really enjoyed the pool and the great weather was a plus.

Wonderful Stay for a Family Reunion! We had an amazing time staying here for our family reunion! The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, which made it the perfect spot to relax and reconnect with loved ones. The spacious backyard was a huge highlight—we enjoyed BBQs, outdoor games, and the pool was incredibly warm. The home itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for a large group. It truly felt like a home away from home. If you’re looking for a fun and relaxing stay, this is the perfect place. Highly recommend!

Kate’s place was super cute. The backyard area is definitely the standout. Fun little areas to hang out in. I wish we could’ve used the pool and hung outside more, but the weather was unpredictably cool! The beds were very comfortable and Kate is quick with responses to questions.

What a wonderful home! It was a perfect home for our vacation week. Gail’s place makes you feel right at home the minute you walk through the doors. It is stocked with everything you would need.
