Apartment ideal for couples only. Yves is before arrival until departure very available, attentive and understanding. Its guidelines are extremely clear. He was able to arrange the checkout time and it's a pleasure. Awesome location, on the 1st floor facing the Mediterranean, with the beach at your feet and very quiet (paseo used only by pedestrians and cyclists). Terrace with very pleasant exposure, because sunny in the morning. All of these reviews are the result of a winter experience and can be outdated in other busier seasons. Amenities nearby: many restaurants on the seafront avenue, shops in the village and large area less than 5 km away. Aside from the unsightly industrial side of Port la Nouvelle, a canal and many ponds for beautiful walks, with Sigean, Gruissan and Narbonne in the East (not to be missed at the Grands Buffets, book well before) and Leucate in the West for oysters.

We are very happy with our stay, apparently very clean, impeccable hygiene and super well equipped, free on-site parking, sea view in the early morning is great. I would highly recommend it. Thank you Jennifer, hoping to be back soon. kind regards Philippe and Claire

We had an excellent week in Sylvie and Didier's Hacienda. Although some finishes are not finished (plastered, tile) outside the villa, this does not affect the quality of the stay in any way. The interior of the villa is very clean and functional (kitchen, bathroom, toilet), all with white columns that give a real charm to the house. Finally, the summer terrace as well as the pisicine are superb and we enjoyed it! As for Sylvie and Didier, they are very friendly, natural and warm people.

We had booked the Casita de Lili for 3 days. We needed calm and comfort, Lili had everything planned, we were welcomed in a beautiful very clean and cocooning space, the location is great, the casita is a short walk from the sea and many activities on site. We felt out of place all weekend, to our delight, we did not lack anything. Lili is a really caring, pleasant and caring host for your well-being during your stay. My mom and I had a great stay in Gruissan in Bruno's cozy apartment, peaceful and with stunning views of the sailboats. Bruno was always kind and very responsive. Everything is accessible, by foot or by car. From the village market, to Salins St Martin, pearl Gruissannaise, Chalets beach, port, good restaurants, Narbonne nearby... it was nice My mom who didn't know Gruissan was delighted. ... Now, I want to clarify that to access the 2nd floor of the accommodation, there is no elevator but the stairs are wide. It must be specified to organize a possible stay with an elderly person. We stayed at Paul's place as a family with 3 children (9, 7 and 2) for 11 nights. We felt very comfortable there and used as a starting point for many activities in the area and on the coast. The apartment is very modern in the pictures and was nice and clean upon arrival. The air conditioning kept the apartment to a pleasant temperature even though it was above 30 degrees outside throughout. The only small flaw for us was the equipment of the kitchen, but Paul pointed this out to us in advance, so we still packed necessary kitchen utensils for us. Communication with Paul was very good and responded quickly to our inquiries and excursion tips. The region is highly recommended with its picturesque places. We were often in the linear markets and for cooling off (bathing) in the river Orb. Also to the beautiful sandy beaches on the coast you don't have it too far, 30-40km depending on the beach

Unforgettable stay!Everything was perfect!Beautiful accommodation and environment,even more beautiful than imagined.Christophe was very responsive and Delphine was very available and very warm welcome. The apartment was splendid and impeccable,also very nicely decorated. Unlimited access to the jaccuzi is a real plus.

We would have stayed longer in this home facing the sea. This is the first time we have been on the front lines and it changes everything from being able to see and be so close to the sea. The terrace is huge and you can both eat and relax on the sun loungers. It's in front of the parking lot but there weren't many people when we were there so we didn't mind it. We'll be back!
