Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommend! We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Johnny and Chloe’s apartment! From the start, they were incredibly accommodating and responsive, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. The apartment itself was spotless, beautifully set up, and had everything we needed – truly well thought out and well equipped. It was comfortable, cozy, and felt like a home away from home. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area! Thank you, Johnny and Chloe, for being such wonderful hosts!

The apartment has a great location, easy to get around anywhere, only a few minutes walk to Queen Victoria Market where we can go there in the mourning to get some freshly baked breakfast. It’s clean and well equipped as well, Joanna gave us very clear guide on how to check in & out. A nice short stay for our family of three!

A fantastic stay in a lovely area. Great view, and fantastic amenities! Access is a bit of a mission the first time, but all of John’s instructions are super clear and easy to follow!

Great location and accomodation for our family get together away from home. The onsite pool was a great asset. The children loved the nearby climbing playground. Great views from the balcony.

A great location within walking distance to Central Melbourne. The apartment is in a relatively quiet neighbourhood just across three street from a park and a full-size Woolworths, which was very convenient. The apartment was airy, spacious, quiet and well equipped, and the on-site pool and gym were great amenities. We would be happy to go back to Mary's place.

The apartment was fantastic, just what I needed for attending a conference at the Melbourne convention centre. Super easy to get around the city and to and from the airport as well as the apartment was right in front of a Tram stop. Great hosts, so helpful, with lots of great local info.

If I had to use one word to describe our stay it would be generous: Thank you so much for allowing us to use your lovely house as our base: It's gorgeous, roomy and homely. It's also well placed for getting around Melbourne. Griselda is also the most generous and responsive of hosts with lots of supplies for us when we arrived that were most were most welcome. The house is also very generous with all the space and things that make it feel like home. The house is much bigger than it appears on the photographs and has lots of different living areas internally and externally. We couldn't have been happier during our time here. It really was a home away from home for the weeks we have stayed. Thanks again and lovely to have visited:-))

This is our second stay but our first in summer. The balcony was great for breakfast with birds in the trees behind. The air con was great in each room and every guest had room for privacy and comfort. My youngest son used the weights room often and noticed a broken weight had been fixed. The second floor kitchen was used extensively and well equipped. We would highly recommend.

Will definitely rebook when I come back to visit family. Very comfortable family home. It was home away from home. Thanks guys 🥰

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Heidi was the perfect host and her responses to a couple of issues were prompt and effective. The house had pretty much everything we needed for our long stay. Location is excellent for restaurants and beach in Mordialloc and the relative proximity to the station meant that it was very convenient for getting around the city.

We enjoyed our stay with all amenities provided. House was clean, fresh & spotless. Location is well serviced by light rail # 109, bus route, restaurants & cafes and local pubs. Port Phillip Bay is walking distance from the house. Emily the host is a local identity and is well liked by the neighbours. Communication from the host was excellent & efficient; she was fantastic. Emily has an enhanced sense of customer service. The house is compact and has character and was recently renovated to a high standard. Definitely would stay again and recommend to other guests.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Tanja's house in North Caulfield. It is a beautiful comfortable and spacious house (terrifically cool even in summer), with the bonus of a wonderful garden! The house is in excellent condition and had everything that we could need - lots of the appliances and facilities seemed brand new. Tanja has also been such a friendly and helpful host. We will be recommending to family and friends, and we hope to return some day!

Extremely well maintained space, lovely and proactive host, very responsive on the chat. Fresh linen and towels were provided. The place has 3 bedroom, with beds in 2 of the bed rooms. Has an outdoor dining table, and 2 indoor tables. The longe room has air con and heater. The couch is one the most comfortable ones ever. Plenty of plants in the backyard that are well maintained. 1.8km drive to the Sanctuary lakes mall. Will find everything there. The reason to choose this place was for its quick access to the freeway and the best value for money places on offer in the surroundings. Washer , dryer, free Wi-Fi, microwave, dishwasher, adequate cooking utensils and dinner ware, It was nice to have been provided with basic seasonings, and olive oil in the pantry for some basic cooking. Will definitely return for our future Melbourne visits.

Stjohn showed great hospitality for our stay at his house. The little personal touches that he provided were very much appreciated. He had great communication about all aspects of our stay and was very accommodating about us having a later check out.
