Ski-in/Ski-out vacation rentals in Cattaraugus County

The location and quality of the accommodations were we’re better than expected. The kitchen had everything we needed, there was a great coffee station, everyone had private areas, including private balconies. An added bonus was the shower/body spray station in the master bathroom. Highly recommend this location to anyone that is looking for a place in Ellicottville. Thank you Annamae

Great location! Located at the bottom of the Firecracker, for easy ski in / ski out. The condo has everything needed for an awesome get away.

Susan’s place was an 11/10 for us. Check-in was flexible and at check-in we were greeted with so many great things. The house was impeccable, a friendly note left in the kitchen with clear instructions, a new bag of Dunkin coffee was on the counter with an unopened bottle of half and half and a six pack of local drinks in the fridge. There were brand new blankets available and not a spec of dog hair on the furniture even as a dog friendly home. The best part was Susan’s proactive efforts during the lake effect snow we had every day of our stay. We arrived to 8”+ with snow still heavily falling and the driveway was freshly cleared and the sidewalks shoveled. If that wasn’t enough, the plow truck stopped in several times a day for our entire stay to keep the driveway cleared. Our daughter said “I hope we come back to this house next year” so now we patiently wait for bookings to open. Great job Susan!

They aren’t lying when they say this is the best ski in/ski out condo! Our group loved our stay and the ease of going out for skiing and coming back for breaks. The place is spacious and cozy with plenty of amenities, ie cooking utensils, blow dryer, laundry supplies etc. to make it easy. Lisa was responsive and helpful as a host. We’ve already talked about coming back to stay next year!

Location and amenities can't be beat! Everyone is friendly at the desk and check in/out is a breeze. Zero complaints. Clean, spacious, comfortable room. We have stayed here twice now, and will be back again!

Normally we stay around the town of Ellicottville but this was the first time we stayed right at Holiday Valley and we would absolutely stay here again. If you are here to ski, staying slopeside is the best choice. Lynda's place was comfortable, clean and super convenient to the slopes. Access to the parking garage and storage of our skis right in the building was extremely convenient. We would definitely stay here again.

We go to Ellicottville twice a year, and this was our first stay with Melissa at our favorite place! We loved it! Will absolutely book this resort again!

Awesome place, awesome stay! We walked to Holiday Valley to ski but also some in our group drove and dropped off, easy both ways. The space was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and so were the bathrooms. The beds were extremely comfortable, great after a full day of skiing. We will be back to Joshua’s place!

This place was beautiful! The beds were super comfy, the overall place was very clean and welcoming. The punny decor was my favorite touch of the place! The main strip of ellicotville was less than a 5 minute drive, super walkable if needed. Would definitely stay here again!

Had a fantastic stay at this cozy condo with our family of 4! The decor was stylish and welcoming, making it feel like a home away from home. The location was incredibly convenient for ski-in/ski-out access, which made our trip to Holiday Valley even better. Stephen was an amazing host—very accommodating and attentive. Dean is an exceptional host. We came in from Ohio to 2 feet of snow. He gave us early access due to weather which was much appreciated. Home is pristine and feels homey. The kitchen is incredible. Definitely everything you need to cook at “home”. Heated floors are incredible. Perfect spot for my family to meet Thanksgiving weekend. Close to downtown. Dean has great info binder with clear instructions for heat, FP etc. Would definitely come back.

We had a great stay at this condo with our small family of four. The ski-in, ski-out access made getting on the slopes incredibly convenient, and having ski check in the building was a nice bonus. The condo was very clean and well-maintained, though a bit dated, but that didn’t take away from our comfort. The on-site restaurant was great for a quick and easy meal, and the underground parking was a huge plus. Overall, a solid place to stay, and we’d definitely return!

Overall good stay. Joseph is good host and responsive. The condo is in the midst of some renovations. This is stated in the guest book upon arrival. While it didn't negatively effect our stay there were few items in disrepair and the hot water is sparce. We let Joseph know this. March 2024 was a miss for the ski in and ski out amenity of the condo as there wasn't much snow with 65 degree weather and the lift near the condo was not running. This location is Definitely worth the money if there is snow!!! We would definitely consider staying here again and would like to see how the renovations improve the condo. Thanks Joseph!

Julie and Tom's Airbnb was absolutely perfect. The location is awesome! You are right by the major skiing, close to town, and the community is very quiet. It was really cozy, had everything I needed, and I felt right at home. Julie and Tom were extremely communicative, quick to respond, and answered all my questions quickly. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great location in Ellicottville.
