House vacation rentals in Cathays

The place was beautiful and the hosts were very responsive. The cinema room was a hit with us all - watching Lord of the Rings from a hot tub was amazing! The rooms were all comfortable, the animals were all gorgeous and the fairy garden was adorable. It felt like a real hideaway, and we'd be delighted to visit again. Thank you ever so much!!

His home is a brilliant location to get into the city, with roath park lake a short walk away. The house was absolutely beautiful, with amazing styling and all the comforts of home. An unforgettable stay for a special occasion! We booked this house for my sisters 40th Birthday celebrations and it did not disappoint! About a 20-minute drive from Cardiff which was convenient when venturing out for food and drinks (I would advise pre booking travel as we got stung on return taxis) The check-in was very friendly and informative. The host made sure we had all the details we needed, and the process was smooth and hassle-free. We felt welcomed from the moment we arrived. The accommodation was just as described in the listing with plenty of space and thoughtful touches that made the stay even more special. Everything you could need was provided, including a well-equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, and toiletries. The place had all the essentials, and it was clear the host put a lot of care into making sure everything was available. This place was perfect for us staying just down the road from bike park Wales. The place was full of everything you needed and we had plenty of space. Nice size garage to store 1 vehicle in and storage for bikes. Would 100% book again

A very enjoyable stay here. Kitchen was fully kitted out with everything needed. Location is a short walk to the town centre. Short drive to Pen y Fan. A lovely house and was a very fair price. Would recommend!

Great stay and wonderful host

I came here with my family. It was genuinely a lovely stay. The place has 3 bedrooms, a bunk bed style room, twin room and a double bed room. The downstairs is cozy but very comfortable. They provided games for us to play (my family and I got very into monopoly), and a tv there where we watched movies. It is very close to a waterfall, and has beautiful walks (the 4 fall walk being only a 15 min drive, and a very close waterfall about 5 mkn walk). It’s a lovely stay! I would definitely recommend this place!

Absolutely fantastic, very comfortable, plenty of space, really enjoyed our stay, would recommend and would stay again.

Ideal for a few relaxed nights in South Wales. The place was a taste of luxury whilst feeling very cosy and comfortable. Good distance to access Cardiff, Swansea and the coast. Cowbridge as a place impressed us with plenty of amenities, nice vibe and a good sports centre.

The house is as described in the ad and was clean and comfotable.

Will stay again next time that I’m in Cardiff

This is my second time staying with Sarah, she is an amazing host and the property is everything you could want. It is literally home away from home. The cleanliness is outstanding, and the home has everything you need for a short stay. It is close to local amenities and lots of places within a short drive that would suit couples/families or solo travellers. The house is in a residential area and there is lots of parking available. I cannot recommend the property enough, I will definitely stay again.

Amazing house for large groups. As a group of women we felt secure in the property. Jamie was really responsive and when we had a small issue with the heating he came round and had it sorted the same evening. Great property, perfect host, thanks!

The house was perfect for our family weekend away. It's bigger than it looks in the photos with lovely high ceilings. Wonderful to have a downstairs loo, bathroom on the middle floor and ensuite for the main bedroom on the top floor. Essential with 3 teenagers in tow! Also excellent TV and WiFi. The beds were extremely comfortable and all rooms a good size. The house was lovely and warm. Great location with a Lidl nearby and easy access to lovely walks via the Heads of the Valleys road. The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful. Recommend :)
