Very good stay of 4 nights, for New Year's Eve. Excellent outdoor Jaccuzi!! When we arrive, discover little touches at the top. The beach is a 5-minute walk, great. We will definitely come back. Sylvie and Christophe.

We had a pleasant stay with friends (6 adults) at Béatrice's. The house is well equipped and has several sunny and shaded outdoor areas. Great for a stay with friends and families. In addition, Béatrice was very available before our stay and caring about the smooth running of this one!

Nice mobile home very well equipped which makes it possible to lighten up by car. It also has convenient covered terrace when there is wind and a small garden area with sunbed. Clara is responsive, she takes the time to answer any questions you may have before and during the stay. Close to Montpellier for visits or walks around the campsite or a little further. As per Clara's description. We'll be happy to go back.

We had the pleasure of staying at Yann's house which is situated in a very lovely and quiet neighbourhood which was a nice change for us from the hustle and bustle of London. The home is beautifully maintained, sparkling clean, and thoughtfully decorated. The living area, with its comfortable seating, is a large open space with access to a beautiful garden equipped with table and chairs where we had our meals and a spacious jacuzzi where we relaxed after a day at the beach and visits to the area. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals. Yann was an exceptional host always available to answer our questions or offer local recommendations. Together with Marie, his warm hospitality made us feel welcome and at home. Overall, our stay excellent and if you're looking for a peaceful retreat or a base to explore the region by car we highly recommend this property.

Warm welcome in a cozy place and a beautiful environment

The villa is perfect for gathering in large numbers. The living room is very bright and spacious. The location close to the sea and in a quiet area (December) is perfect. Sète s easily access by car but also by bikes. Lots of leisure amenities are available. Some work /repairs are planned on aging equipment, it will be even more valuable for future tenants. The apartment is conveniently located in the city center in a quiet pedestrian area,with many shops and restaurants. We were able to pass our car to unload our luggage, upon arrival ,and then park at the parking lot of Les Halles located 150m away. Lucile is a friendly and caring host,attentive and responsive. We had a pleasant stay.

We felt good in the apartment. it is comfortable and what is really nice is to be able to bring our dog. Nathalie and really very nice and responds very quickly to messages which is very appreciated 😁 it was perfect thank you very much.

We really enjoyed the place. A quiet place, everything was clean, great hospitality and responsiveness from our really efficient host whenever we needed anything. I would recommend it in a second.

We have had an amazingly lovely holiday in Montmirat. The house is exceptionally charming and decorated with good taste. It's spacious with room for a big family. Both the pool area and the terrace are cozy and shaded. We drove to Nimes on a day trip a few times, which is recommended. Laurie and her family have made us feel welcome. We'll send our top recommendations.

Incredible property and garden. Totally magical, our two year old was blissfully happy here as were we! Great location with a short walk to town full of lots of things to do and great places to eat. Christine and Jacques were so incredibly kind, communicative and helpful, letting us do our washing, taking us to the train station and letting our very enthusiastic toddler help feed the animals! Our only regret is that we don’t speak better French to be able to chat to them more!

We had a wonderful stay. There was plenty of room to relax. It wasn't warm enough to use the pool, but the area around the pool and terrace was very inviting and comfortable.

Clara was available, very responsive, sincerely looking for us to have a good stay. the listing is absolutely as described, and located at so that while being 10 minutes from Montpellier, we forget the city, in total immersion in the surrounding nature. the pool is better than all those generally offered in rentals: clean, accessible only to tenants, shaded by large barnums, with very comfortable beach beds. i already know I'll go back.

Super nice place to stay. Located in a small private forest and right on the beach. Very quiet, beautiful garden with pool. House also top notch. Each en-suite bedroom. Overall, a clear recommendation.
