Beachfront vacation rentals in Castle Forbes Bay

Beautiful home in an amazing location. We couldn’t have asked for more in relation to the accommodation. Clean and well set out. Seperate area for the late teens, comfortable beds and good linen. Views are excellent and the deck and veranda are the perfect place to unwind and relax. BBQ and kitchen were well equipped. Walking distance to cafe, shop and bowling club that all offer great food and are very welcoming. The beach is sheltered and a perfect spot to swim. Short drive to the Bruny Pub in Alonnah, the Bread fridge, Bruny Beer and Cheese and Bruny Honey. Lisa is the perfect host and we can’t wait to come back again!

Great stay thanks Helen. Very relaxing few days. Appreciated the well equipped kitchen every thing you would need. Days were spent enjoying the water view and the nights sitting around the firepit looking at the stars.

Perfect little place for a few days away. A couple of minutes and you’re on the beach. Comfortable and safe place. East parking at the front of the house. We’ll definitely return with our dog who also enjoyed his time at the house.

We had a great short break at Jason’s place. Loved the Kayaks and bbq. The views are spectacular!

Liz's place is even better than the photos! From the moment we walked through the front gate we loved it. The location is superb- the cottage looks out over the gently sloping garden, down to the water's edge. The gardens are the perfect mix of Tasmanian coastal plants, room for dogs to be happy. Lots of places to sit and enjoy the sunshine and view. Indoors- the styling is wonderful: very thoughtful and perfectly comfortable. Everything we needed was there. Liz was fast at communicating with us.

What a place and a location! This is a super comfortable beach shack with everything you need and the spot on Slopen Main is just divine. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Fantastic place to stay. Easy access for elderly mother. Plenty of room to spread out with bedrooms seperated nicely. Great for family to come over and also bring their dog as he was allowed. Close to a couple of great cafes and easy walk to beach. Have found a gem.

We loved staying in this beautiful cottage (situated below the main house but completely private). Everything was perfectly inviting. We arrived late and the cottage was ready for us with wine, bread, cheese and berries. The linens were top notch and the setting is private, quiet, and very beautiful. We easily could have stayed for a week. Our host Nicholas was very helpful when a small issue arose. We loved driving down to the Hastings Cave area and even all the way down to the beautiful beach at South Cape. The drive along the river when you come and go from this location is very lovely with black swans swimming and adorable local animals hopping along the road (although one must drive carefully as to not drive into them!). There is nothing that could have made this stay better. We love forward to coming back again one day to take a river cruise.

Absolutely stunning Airbnb. This accomodation was extremely spacious and clean. Anna and Tim were both very responsive and friendly hosts who provided clear communication and instructions. The views were incredible to wake up to each morning. We highly recommend booking this accomodation!

Hands down one of the loveliest locations and Airbnb’s we’ve ever visited. The area is exceptional - the beach and cliff walks gorgeous - and the house is the perfect beach front cottage. Tons of windows, sparkling kitchen, great bathroom, truly comfortable bed and snuggly bedding and linens … it’s a difficult place to leave! And Claire is kind and responsive in her communications. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

Farida was a very professional host with a place that had everything we needed. I will definitely recommend the place to others and stay there again if I come back to Hobart.

this place honestly was so amazing especially for the price. you could see the water and watch the dolphins swim from the deck. we all felt so at home there and the deck opening into the house made the space so perfect for us all to have some quiet bevs on the deck while having dinner. Debbie was so flexible with check in and offered her help for anything at anytime. would love to return x

Words can barely describe how elated we were with James property. Our sons wedding so we were looking for a special location. The house was amazing in every way & all the little extras provided made us feel like we were at home. An awesome stay.. FIVE Stars.. only because we couldnt give SIX. Me and my whole had a great time together in Tasmania. Specially our stay in 124 spitfarm road, opossum bay made a holiday more special. The place itself is well made and thought of, having indoor and outdoor experience under one roof. And our trip ended with a barbecue night outdoor enjoying the ocean view and later in the evening we witnessed great Tasmania cruise from our place. Thank you Connie for everything.

Beautiful townhouse in Blackman's Bay perfect for our family group of 7. Beautiful living area with ocean views. Great having 3 bathrooms too. Kitchen and bathroom had lots of little extras also. Would definitely return.

We stayed at Tricia’s for 5 nights. We used it as a base for day outings and it was perfect. Coming back each day to the best view was so relaxing. The house is old but extremely comfortable. Spacious kitchen and bathroom. Super comfortable queen bed and a large combustion heater that warms the whole house on cold nights. We can definitely recommend this air bnb property.

Ben’s place in Deep Bay is wonderful, the location is truly stunning. We stayed there for three nights for a family reunion and loved it. Some of the elder family members did have a few issues, such as Ben lives on site and came into his office at 10:30pm, shining a light into the bedroom. There are a few little quirks such as no coffee, sugar, or oil, and an oven that doesn’t fit a lot of the dishes available, but it was still a wonderful stay.

We were traveling as a family group of ten and this house accommodated us so well. The location is so beautiful and we loved exploring the local region and then coming home to wander the beach each evening. It was so peaceful and relaxing. The host was friendly, responsive and helpful

Marks place was amazing in every way! A perfect retreat for those wanting space and serenity! Would highly recommend and will stay again next year
