Paola's place was just wonderful! It is on a perfect location, overlooking the small but cosy bay of Morcone with its clear blue water. The beach can easily be reached via private stairway. The apartment has all you need for a comfortable stay, including A/C. Most of all, it has a great outside area, including a BBQ area. We especially loved the big terrace where it is very nice to linger in the soft sea breeze at sunset. The beautiful and lively town of Capolivery is only a few minutes away by car and there are plenty of nice beaches around.

Francesca’s place was everything we wanted. We simply could not have found a better place to enjoy the city during non-tourist season. Francesca was incredibly helpful and the place was just as described. And what an amazing view of the city and sea. Thank you. We will come again.

Everything worked out just fine. Location is great, close to the large, wide sandy beach. about a 10-minute walk to the center of the marina. Shopping and restaurant visit are easily possible without a car. Larger shopping centers/ attractions for alternative programs easily accessible by car. Apartment clean and well maintained, in a quiet residential area with lots of green space within walking distance. Everything necessary is available in the apartment. We had a perfect vacation, with a three-month-old girl everything was very simple! Convenient location, Cleanliness and TOP-NOTCH hospitality! Ilaria takes care of every detail. Rooms equipped with every comfort. It's like being at home and especially with the family, my little girl didn't miss anything, a bathtub, changing table, crib, and even a pillow to breastfeed! So many small details that make a difference. Iliaria truly an exquisite person, never found a host like that!

Great location on one of the most beautiful beaches. You don't need a car to get to the beach or downtown. The warm outdoor shower was our highlight after a long day at the beach.

beautiful house in a unique location, overlooking the very clear sea and the village. The area is very quiet and well located to also move around. Good restaurants within walking distance of the house. The guest was very welcoming, waiting for us long and patiently due to traffic problems along the highway. He gave us directions to the nearest shops and supermarkets. He showed us the whole house in detail, indicating where to find everything we could need to live very comfortably in the following days. The condominium garden is really nice with magnificent plants. In short, a very pleasant stay and place.

Davide welcomed us into his little slice of paradise from where you could admire the beauty of Capoliberi overlooking the sea in absolute tranquility. We were located in a strategic point 10 minutes from Capoliveri, Porto Azzurro and not far from Porto Ferraio. The apartment was very well organized with spaces, bright, clean and equipped. We got to meet Davide personally, a sunny and exquisite person and together with his wife they really take care of making a vacation a very pleasant memory. What can I say, Isola D Elba is a real surprise!

We spent two weeks in the house while our friends with two small children (1.5 and 5) stayed in the house next door. The property is fantastic, the garden and the view of the sea marvellous - a little paradise. There are plenty of cosy spots and numerous sun loungers. In autumn (October) the hours of sunshine are shorter, partly because the house is on the north side of the island. However, the mornings were sunny and warm and I could imagine that in the summer months you would be very happy about the many nice shady spots. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need to cook simple things. there is also plenty of storage space for groceries or personal items. The bathroom is spacious and very nice. Everything was very clean and the flat is lovingly and cosily furnished. We would book again in a heartbeat and hope it's not the last time we stay there.

We found a friendly and helpful host. The apartment is not very large, but enough to spend relaxing moments in the house. It has a spacious living room and an open kitchen equipped with all the necessary accessories to make your vacation carefree. Great opportunity to have private parking and a condominium pool. Beach and restaurants are very close to the apartment. It was a really pleasant vacation, we felt right at home.

Nice, bright apartment, with a beautiful view of the sea from the balcony. A very big advantage is the proximity to the beach (about 300 meters walk) and a restaurant serving delicious seafood. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Flexible check-in hours, easy and fast communication via Airbnb and What's Up. The kitchen in the apartment is fully equipped, but you should stock up on your own with a few small things (dishwashing liquid, cloths, etc.). In conclusion - we heartily recommend, we will certainly return here more than once : )

The place is an absolute place to yearn. The view of the sea priceless. We were lucky enough to stay alone on the property almost the entire time. The amenities are functional and you have everything you need. Everything was clean and tidy, there is nothing to complain about. The decor is familiar with personal things of the family but that's exactly what I love about AirBnB. I was very reminded of my former family weekend house. We certainly weren't here last time and I thank Fabio&Valentina for sharing this wonderful place with others.

House, location: seafront, fantastic views, spectacular sunsets, large house with special architecture offers plenty of space and privacy, ideal for a large family. Various garden terrace areas. Everything very well maintained and well equipped. Camilla is a very warm and knowledgeable host. We will be happy to come back!

It was a pleasure to stay at the property, the highlights are the pool, access to the sea with private sunbathing dock and hot shower even by the pool . The house enjoys a great view, large and super equipped kitchen, comfortable and livable terraces, comfortable and new bathrooms. Really great experience!! Thank you to Daniele for your time!

A beautiful little cottage with a fantastic view of the sea. Bedroom, kitchen and bathroom are small but nicely furnished and you have everything you need. The terrace is very large with plenty of sitting places and nice tables. From there you have a wonderful view of the sea. The surrounding area is made up of a few other cottages and is very quiet. There is a swimming pool that you can use and at the end of a long staircase an access to the sea (not a beach but rocky but still great for swimming). Around the cottage is a small garden and many beautiful trees. Giovanni's father Eduardo welcomed us, showed us everything and was very friendly. If we had a question, we got an answer quickly. For shopping, you can drive about 10-15 minutes by car in the next town. In summary: a very nice quiet place with perfect views with friendly people. We will be happy to come back.

Host very attentive to the needs of the people, kind and helpful; impeccable accommodation with level services (on all the tennis court and the pool), located a stone's throw from the sea. It's a really good experience.

The bay where the apartment is located is very nice, and during this very quiet time; the condominium complex is cozy. Nice stay and above all a lot of availability and kindness from the host. Il Giglio, a pleasant discovery for winter walks.

Tommaso is a lovely and accommodating host. When he greeted us, he gave us a basket of products from his organic shop. He has made every effort to make sure that guests are well in his house. He changed us the gas bottles for the hot water and set the heating on request and asked us several times about our well-being. We liked the cottage very much, a great location directly on the sea. The large terrace and dining area invited us to linger. In the house, everything is conveniently furnished in the country house style, the kitchen is small but nice, the bedrooms and the bathroom met our requirements. We felt very comfortable and were able to enjoy our vacation. We are happy to come back to Castelioncello. Thank you Tommaso for all your efforts and your suggestion. Maria was the perfect host. She picked us up from the train and dropped us back when leaving and was always available if needed. Her apartment is beautiful, absolutely spotless and very well equipped… we even had a first aid kit and sewing kit. It’s a very spacious apartment and the beds were soooo comfortable . Two minutes from the beach with miles and miles of beach to walk, which we did every morning and watched the sunset in the evenings. A bit further away is the centre, approximately 15mins walk. Many lovely shops and restaurants there. But closer to the apartment was our favourite restaurant, the Mum and Dad restaurant (cute name) . We had two balconies which we used frequently to chill out and read. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The place is perfectly equipped, there's really nothing missing: from the full kitchen to the small details that make the environment comfortable. I felt right at home, in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. It was the ideal place to relax, immersed in tranquility and comfort. Amazing villa with beautiful sea view. The villa is located in the one of the most amazing beach in the island. The drive is difficult, but it’s well worth it. The road on the island is not wide, similar to the Almafi coast, but the view is amazing. We walked down the village road to the beach each day, it was a great work out. We enjoyed our stay very much. There is no air con in the villa. The owner has send us some fans to help to cool down. It was hot and not easy to sleep at night when there is no wind at all. But each season and weather is different, so it’s hard to say. Otherwise, there are plenty of restaurants in the area, all walkable or short drive. I would recommended renting a boat to travel around the coast line to experience the amazing clear water that Elba has offered.
