We had a wonderful stay in the apartment. We especially loved the pool, partly because of the beautiful view. The apartment is richly equipped and is in an ideal place to explore surrounding villages and cities. In short, recommended!

Marco's house is in a very central area, close to Pincetto station. Convenient for those arriving by train but also for those who want to avoid the climbs of Perugia, thanks to the presence of escalators and elevators nearby. Fully furnished and matching the description, as well as very clean! Good communication with the host. Thank you for everything!

Cristina is an ideal host: kind and helpful. The house, very spacious, is tastefully furnished but at the same time is practical and comfortable. The cleanliness is impeccable. It is located in the center but you can park nearby and it is also very quiet. Highly recommended!

Very beautiful apartment ! Spacious for 7 adults

We visited from California after traveling throughout Europe for 2 weeks. We were pretty sick of rubbing shoulders with other tourists. Our stay at this residence completely recharged us. The staff is wonderful, the pool is so nice (especially in this heat), delicious dinner, and all is in a secluded, magical location. The spa was a real treat at the end. Never experienced something like this before, it was amazing. Totally a five star experience.

We loved our time at L’Assolata! It’s a beautiful spot, within close driving distance to many towns in Tuscany such as Pienza, Siena, Sarteano, and Montepulciano. It’s a bit farther away from Lucca, Volterra, and San Gimignano - so just plan for longer drives if your itinerary includes these places. It’s a serene place to both relax and explore. The views are INCREDIBLE! Even though the weather was cold and rainy a lot during our time there, we had a nice day sitting by the pool and it was the best! It’s just down the hill from the village of Radicofani. We loved walking around there and going to the bakeries and butcher shops. The cottage is clean, beautifully decorated, and just as described. Sara was very helpful! We had the best time and hope to return again someday!

We had a great time. The accommodation is very nice, with all the essentials including breakfast and very close to the center. Chiara was very kind and helpful in recommending places to visit and restaurants to eat. I highly recommend it

We needed a place for one night and we came across this apartment. Already in the conversations prior to the day of check-in, Valentina was helpful, polite and proactive. Upon arrival, we are greeted by Manuela's mother, who welcomes us in an extremely nice and thorough manner. They made us feel right at home. The apartment is large (even larger than what we needed) and includes every comfort. Small detail that I really liked are the hand-built boats. Very very nice. Overall, definitely recommended also for the location because I discovered that Umbertide is really a beautiful town. Thanks Valentina and Manuela

We stayed with Sonia and Roberto for two days on the occasion of New Year's Eve 2025. Before our arrival, they were kind enough to make sure we didn't have any food allergies to prepare a welcome kit and left us their phone numbers for any reason. Upon arrival, we had difficulty finding the accommodation and they were so kind as to meet us on the street. In addition, they have always been responsive, flexible and provided us with all the necessary information about transportation and taxis. Roberto was so kind as to personally accompany us to the station on our departure. The place is very tidy and clean, but a bit far from the center if you want to walk around (35 minutes). It is well served by public transport, available until about 8:30 pm.

We had a perfect stay at Paola‘s apartment. It is very cosy , smart and quiet and it was easy to get to and from the centre. Check in was very easy. Facilities and amenities were excellent and everything worked perfectly. Wifi was good and we liked the work space as we needed to study some of the time. Shopping was easy at the nearby supermarket. Paola was very helpful and gave us good tips and was very welcoming. A charming host. Would definitely come back and we felt it was very good value for money.

We had such a wonderful stay! The location is truly idyllic. Unfortunately weather was not on our side and we’ve had some storms. Nonetheless there was enough to do around. The villages in the surrounding area offer great restaurants, bars and cultural activities. I can confidently recommend it!

Great family run place! Welcomed and greeted by Robert’s mother with a glass of wine that Robert made himself. Robert’s mom doesn’t speak any English but she was just so sweet and welcoming. The view is gorgeous and this place is a true agritiursimo with active vineyard and olive farms. Highly recommend.

Awesome choice of house in the countryside of San Quirico in Val D 'orcia, although there are villages more advertised like Pienza or Montepulciano, feel free to choose the stay in San Quirico, nice house cozy and city close to the village !!!

Our family loved staying in Fernanda’s apartment! My husband and I had visited Montepulciano two years ago, stayed at Fernanda’s place and loved it so much we came back with our three boys. Everything is so lovely and welcoming and Fernanda is the best hostess. She even made local dinner reservations for us. Thank you for everything, Fernanda!!

Beautiful modern apartment - we loved it.

This is a jewel of a property. We were looking for a restful and relaxing place in the Italian countryside and this is it!! The amenities are great, Ilario and his wife and their son, Ricardo are lovely people and they are so grateful for your business and make you feel right at home! Our rental unit was spotless and the kitchen has everything you need to cook meals in house of which we did. The bed is very comfortable!! Even though you are out in the country you are still close enough for many of the beautiful sights of this part of Italy. We will definitely return!!

House just over a 10-minute walk from downtown Perugia. 5 minutes away there is a fabulous pastry shop, where the host has also arranged discounts for his guests, as well as in many other clubs and shops in the city. Giuseppe is a fantastic host, he was always available and responsive in communication, he made us find what we needed for breakfast and a gift for my partner's birthday. In the house there is everything you need for the kitchen, pots, dishes and even oil, vinegar, salt, coffee... a microwave, a pizza warmer, another oven, gas stoves... in short, really everything! What can I say about the fireplace and the fantastic spa area with Jacuzzi, steam room and shower with chromotherapy! A dream! Even the heaters work perfectly, which is important if you go in the fall - winter. The house is tastefully furnished, very quiet, and surrounded by greenery. Perfect for visiting Perugia both by car and on foot. Thank you for everything Giuseppe!

It was so clean, and the welcome drink and coffee were so good. The bedding is clean and the bathroom is so clean. The food and wine I had at the restaurant they run was the best. I definitely want to stop by again next time I come to Italy.
