We had an awesome time. The house is beautiful and the view simply stunning. It is very well equipped and the communication with the hosts was very straightforward. It is a few minutes walking from the parking spot to the house, but that didn’t impact our experience.

We felt very comfortable in the house Everything as on the pictures , pool was also great , barbecue was available , enough space to park. Andrea was very friendly, the communication was excellent and otherwise we were also satisfied.

Surrounding by the forest in magical place, we found a warm house that felt like home. Luca was very helpful, and did everything he could to make us feel comfortable.

We were there in October with small children. The accommodation offers everything it needs and is very warmly furnished, with a lot of attention to detail. Right on the first day, Alessandra's father came by with a welcome gift. He was very warm and helpful. The large garden with the fireplace and a breathtaking view was the highlight. The kitchen is very well equipped. We cooked delicious dishes every day. There are a lot of toys in the house, for children of all ages. The village is very and authentic. We were able to see various wildlife in the area. A beautiful valley that has something mystical about it at this time of year. The steep slopes with countless waterfalls, the colored leaves and the morning bubble rising out of the woods. Scenic villages on the southern slopes. Perfect to get away from the hustle and bustle. Markus was a very pleasant and friendly host. He was very quick to respond to inquiries and also very proactively gave tips and information... also on excursions and the surrounding area. He was very flexible. Be this when moving into the accommodation or also when extending it by one day. Thank you! The house is in very good condition and you can tell that Markus it is important that the guests feel comfortable. This is also noticeable in the interior design. Very nice how everything is well maintained. And of course, the location also contributes... with the view of Lake Lugano. We were allowed to spend great days with a wonderful host in his magnificent house. We felt comfortable and would recommend the place at any time. Thanks for everything.

Paul and Silvia's Airbnb is fantastic. The kitchen has everything you need, the bathrooms work very well, and the four bedrooms are comfortable. The living area upstairs along with the patio have incredible views too and plenty of space for four climbers going to Brione and Chironico. I highly recommend it. The internet speed/connection leaves something to be desired though.

We had a wonderful stay in Fiorella’s home! Comfortable and cozy, matched the description. A very quick and easy walk to cafes and restaurants, as well as Lake Maggiore. Fiorella even provided a crib for our baby, which was so helpful. We would absolutely stay here again!

Wonderful few days staying at Luxury San Rocco. Eros & Dani were super helpful with our enquiries whilst here & even picked us up and drove us to Bellagio one morning when the bus didn’t turn up. Even though it was October my husband went swimming in the lake and my son kayaking at 7:30 in the morning. We visited Bellagio, Varenna, Menaggio and we also visited Villa Balbianello which is opposite the Villa over the lake. A wonderful few days with the family and would highly recommend x

Grazie Marco for an exceptional stay in Orta San Giulio! This was one of the best experiences (from Airbnb or even hotels) we’ve had. Marco was incredibly responsive and communicative, and very kind. He picked us up from Malpensa airport, and even drove us to Milano after our stay. We were travelling with our toddler and Marco very kindly coordinated with the child car seat rental provider to have the seat ready for us. The apartment is in a quiet area that is super close to the piazza. Upon arrival, Marco provided water, local beers, and local biscuits that were delicious. The apartment was incredibly clean, tidy, and nicely decorated. The kitchen was equipped with everything you might need, and the coffee was great! Details like the lovely bath products and slippers, really made our stay stand out, as well as Marco’s hospitality. We would absolutely recommend Marco’s place for your stay in Orta. We would love to come back and stay in Marco’s other property! Grazie mille!

Very nice apartment, small but intelligently arranged on three levels, suitable for a couple with a child of school age and tastefully furnished. Even on winter days of discreet cold, the accommodation was very warm. Easy check-in and checkout with good flexibility from the host. Great cleanliness. Parking space practically one minute from the house. Enviable location, the apartment is in fact in a very quiet alley, but it remains a few dozen meters from the center of Santa Maria Maggiore and therefore also from shops, restaurants, etc. Thank you Wally, recommended stay!

We loved the apartment, even better than in the photos anyway. Check-in via lockbox was perfect. The apartment is very large and clean and has everything you need. Towels, sheets and various toiletries were also plentiful, which is not always the case in other apartments or costs extra. Alexander always responded immediately to questions and helped. Also convenient was the very large garage to park the car as it doesn't really have parking in Corrido. You are quickly on Lake Lugano, Lake Como and Lake Maggiore is also only an hour away by car. We also loved a shopping day at the huge Foxtown Outlet Center, where you can make great bargains. It was a great vacation in a very nice apartment and we would book it again anytime.

Warm welcome by Fabrizio. Good explanation of what to do and where the dog is welcome. Very clean accommodation and everything was correct according to the listing. 2 small fenced gardens where the dog can walk around safely. Close to the dike where there are many cafes and restaurants. Small supermarket nearby, Large supermarkets 5 min by car. Host responds quickly to messages. We have had a pleasant time there.

We have spent about a week in Casa Edera. We were a group with different ages. But everyone was comfortable in this house. The garden is very well kept and having meals in there or in the Rustico can be a very pleasent experience. This place is well equipped for any circumstance. Also in a rainy day, it is pleasent to be inside or have a nice walk in the rain in that quiet area. Priska's suggestions for trips are very helpful. You can easily spend a week by doing different things every day. The area is very quiet. The road beside the house is narrow, but it is not so difficult to get out of the parking lot. Casa Edera can be a very nice place for a family vacation and have very nice memories from it.
