Mirko is a kind and helpful person, the apartments were clean and tidy with everything you need for a stay, the garden is large and tidy, in the evening there were also lights above the outdoor benches for those who want to stay out and eat with plenty of seats.

We were very satisfied with the stay. We can highly recommend the place.

We had an awesome time. The house is beautiful and the view simply stunning. It is very well equipped and the communication with the hosts was very straightforward. It is a few minutes walking from the parking spot to the house, but that didn’t impact our experience.

We felt very comfortable in the house Everything as on the pictures , pool was also great , barbecue was available , enough space to park. Andrea was very friendly, the communication was excellent and otherwise we were also satisfied.

First of all, Casa Mafalda is a beautiful home and was the perfect place for our holiday. The amenities in the home were great, the pool would have been perfect of the weather was warmer 😅, the outdoor dining area is a dream, the bed was comfy and the location was fantastic. A very peaceful village just short walk from bus stops and train station to get wherever you need, supermarkets, café's and of course Lake Maggiore. We had a car, but i would highly recommend using the train as it was all so easy. Elena is a amazing host. Her communication was fantastic, making it very easy to check in, even though our flight was delayed, nothing was a problem. She was on hand with recommendations for local spots. Overall, we loved staying at Casa Mafalda and would highly recommend it to couples and families. We hope to come back one day!

There were some problems with the check in, as it was not ready in due time (which is already quite late) and no one infirned us, but I suppose this is not always like this and there are possibilities to drop your luggage in advance.

Markus was a very pleasant and friendly host. He was very quick to respond to inquiries and also very proactively gave tips and information... also on excursions and the surrounding area. He was very flexible. Be this when moving into the accommodation or also when extending it by one day. Thank you! The house is in very good condition and you can tell that Markus it is important that the guests feel comfortable. This is also noticeable in the interior design. Very nice how everything is well maintained. And of course, the location also contributes... with the view of Lake Lugano. We were allowed to spend great days with a wonderful host in his magnificent house. We felt comfortable and would recommend the place at any time. Thanks for everything.

We had a wonderful stay in Fiorella’s home! Comfortable and cozy, matched the description. A very quick and easy walk to cafes and restaurants, as well as Lake Maggiore. Fiorella even provided a crib for our baby, which was so helpful. We would absolutely stay here again!

Wonderful few days staying at Luxury San Rocco. Eros & Dani were super helpful with our enquiries whilst here & even picked us up and drove us to Bellagio one morning when the bus didn’t turn up. Even though it was October my husband went swimming in the lake and my son kayaking at 7:30 in the morning. We visited Bellagio, Varenna, Menaggio and we also visited Villa Balbianello which is opposite the Villa over the lake. A wonderful few days with the family and would highly recommend x

Very nice apartment, small but intelligently arranged on three levels, suitable for a couple with a child of school age and tastefully furnished. Even on winter days of discreet cold, the accommodation was very warm. Easy check-in and checkout with good flexibility from the host. Great cleanliness. Parking space practically one minute from the house. Enviable location, the apartment is in fact in a very quiet alley, but it remains a few dozen meters from the center of Santa Maria Maggiore and therefore also from shops, restaurants, etc. Thank you Wally, recommended stay!

Staying in the house in the forest was very pleasantly prepared by Naomi. In the house the wood was stocked for making fire and the whole house was very clean. We got time to slow down and relax in the secluded place. The communication with Naomi was always timely and very pleasant. We can't wait to see you again with the cottage!

We stayed at Benedict's place for 3 nights and it was a great stay. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and is even bigger than it looks on the photos. Above all, we also enjoyed the sunny terrace, where you can have breakfast even at the end of October overlooking the lake. The driveway is a bit hidden, but Benedikte sent us detailed directions and personally waited for us in front of the gate, although we arrived a little later than originally planned (thank you for your flexibility!). On the first morning we were pampered with fresh baked goods from the village, Benedikte sent us tips and information about the area and booked us a special dinner in a village nearby - a great service! You need a car, as the accommodation is so high on the mountain, but for that there is a wonderful tranquility and you only hear the animals of the village. Thank you! We will be happy to come back.

Very clean accommodation and everything was correct according to the listing. 2 small fenced gardens where the dog can walk around safely. Close to the dike where there are many cafes and restaurants. Small supermarket nearby, Large supermarkets 5 min by car. Host responds quickly to messages. We have had a pleasant time there.

If you are looking for the extraordinary, you will find it here! A church from the 18th century, located in a small valley cut between two village parts. Attached to it is a multi-story residential building from the same era. So the accommodation consists of 5 rooms on 3 floors connected by a high staircase: a spacious kitchen, 2 bedrooms, one with a large view to the lake and on the ground floor another room; to use for working or as an additional sleeping space and a living room with sofa and great views. The church room must only be entered with permission. But then a beautiful little church building opens up in Baroque style. The whole place is woven in sacral terms with the three crucified ones of life who look right behind the church into the valley, far visible. The house is supervised by Gian Domenico. He was immediately available for all questions, concerns and requests. THANK YOU!

We have spent about a week in Casa Edera. We were a group with different ages. But everyone was comfortable in this house. The garden is very well kept and having meals in there or in the Rustico can be a very pleasent experience. This place is well equipped for any circumstance. Also in a rainy day, it is pleasent to be inside or have a nice walk in the rain in that quiet area. Priska's suggestions for trips are very helpful. You can easily spend a week by doing different things every day. The area is very quiet. The road beside the house is narrow, but it is not so difficult to get out of the parking lot. Casa Edera can be a very nice place for a family vacation and have very nice memories from it.
