Vacation rentals in Castelo de Vide

Our stay at Rosa’s place was beyond perfect. Rosa was incredibly kind and thoughtful. The house was super comfortable and beautifully decorated, with each and every detail cared for. Breakfast was delivered by Rosa each morning with delicious local delight. The surroundings are perfect for a peaceful getaway in nature. Well certainly come back and would 300% recommend this hidden gem.

We only have two repairs to do: the dining area is very small. The kitchen is limited for a group like ours. The 22 people who made up the group had great difficulty in preparing meals because they could not fit more than 3 people in the kitchen. There were also not enough dishes, cups and cups, if we take into account that the maximum capacity is for 24 people. Consequently, the dining space also did not give to the 22 people at the same time. The other repair is about the power of electricity that is not enough, and when we used more appliances in the kitchen, the table below. But, moreover, everything excellent and communication with those responsible was always very good and fast.

In the guide Nelson shared with me, he described the "Casa da Ti Vina" in one word, LOVE. And actually that's right. Ti Vina's house is LOVE, in detail, to the history and the people of Atalaia. Nelson and Vina are of a unique generosity, because only someone so absolutely generous and luminous can share a space like this. The house breathes quiet and peace. Strictly nothing missing from a tsunami of sunshine flooding the room on a cold reverse morning, to the open fireplace, so genuine and cozy for a serene reading will be. Atalaia offers silence but also the detached conversation with those who pass and live there. Alto Alentejo is one of the most beautiful regions of Portugal and the landscape is not roamed there. I will always return, because the Casa da Ti Vina already knows me to mimo. I can only really recommend and thank you. Thank you Vina and Nelson.

Casa das Pedras is a great place to stay on a visit this way. It is a very calm and quiet area, perfect for relaxing. We only stayed for one night and it was a pity, because the house invites us to have some good days to disconnect and rest. Márcia is an excellent hostess, always present and ready to help. I strongly advise this place and I feel like repeating!

This tiny house is so charming that you feel directly at home. Erica is really welcoming (and her dogs too 😁). I loved my stay in every single details. The kitchen has everything you might need, the bathroom is amazing and the bed so comfy. Nevertheless, my favorite spot was the covered terrace and his fireplace where I spent most of my time. I will definitely go back there someday!

Aida was an amazing host. She was very helpful, communicative and was very flexible with our check-in/check-out times and our intention for our stay. The place is incredible with a very large field in the countryside. It's a great place if you want to be in a peaceful place or if you want to bring your pets alongside you. Definitely recommend staying here.

Everything was amazing, from start to finish, thank you Lois and Igor! The tiny house is super well laid out, everything is well thought out, it doesn't feel cramped and the kitchen is super well equipped. Regarding the place, it's beautiful, in front of a lake with sheep all around and full of walks possible around but also in the area. We had a stay with our 2-year-old son who loved it and we can't wait to visit again.

James is a really friendly host and excellent at communication. He has two cute dogs that greeted us warmly when we arrived. The house is clean and spacious with style which we enjoyed a lot. We also found a cafe near his house that serves excellent cakes.

Great place to stay. Near the main square, walkable to many of the main locations. Great host. Really a wonderful time.

We loved our stay at Quinta do Miradouro! The house is equipped with everything needed for a short stay and great moments of relaxation, it is very spacious and very quiet, only the herds and birds were heard. The trail around the house is very beautiful to make, with beautiful views. The house was very clean, with everything tidy and smelling! The host Sónia always responded quickly, maintained good communication and flexibility at check-in and check-out. Alternative accesses were shown by Sónia (due to poor floor conditions). I only have to mention the fact that the second bathroom is not easily accessible from one of the rooms, having to cross the entire house or cross the contiguous room. For the rest, we loved and recommend Quinta do Miradouro!

This was a beautiful house with gorgeous surroundings! The house is super clean, and very well stocked with everything you’d need. The two kitchens were great! María is very helpful, responsive, and flexible with check in/check out. We had a lovely weekend, and would be glad to come back!!
