Had a fantastic stay. The house was cozy, well cared for, and immersed in the snow. The living room, with the fireplace, was ideal for relaxing after a day outdoors. A restorative experience in a quiet and magical place. We highly recommend it!

Property surrounded by greenery, with large lawns and large trees, a waterfall of fresh water from the mountains, a pond, all as per the listing description. We are a functional farm whose only flaw is the dirt road that runs along Lake Barrea. We'll be back for sure, both because the place is ideal for hiking in the area and then because our dogs didn't want to leave.

The house is brand new and very welcoming, the interiors are well cared for and clean. Really comfortable memory pillows.

Giovanni was super nice to me, and was very kind and nice! The village is adorable, so the flat. I definitely recommend.

Staying with Anna Maria and Matteo was corroborating, it allowed us to "unplug" and regain strength after a tiring period. The house welcomed us with warmth, the warm and familiar environment, thanks to the Christmas decorations, immediately put us at ease. The house was clean, the rooms were spacious, the kitchen was well equipped. The downstairs projector downstairs is a real treat, which made our family evenings special. We thank Matteo for his availability and culinary suggestions.

Truly one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a host on Airbnb. Giuseppe was flexible with check-in and was kind enough to stop by later to show us around. He also was incredibly responsive and provided helpful info regarding several questions we had about the area. The home itself is beautiful and incredibly peaceful. A great place to stay if you visit Gaeta.

Great accommodation, nothing was missing in terms of amenities, extremely beautiful location with great views, very dear hosts, always helpful and with tips for the area, also our dog was warmly welcomed and allowed to move freely on the property, thank you very much for the great time, we are very happy to recommend the accommodation!

Inside and outside an incredibly nice house. We are spoiled travelers but were completely impressed. Everything was there, clean, sufficient, good beds, nice sofas, top kitchen, nice pool. Completely private. Beautiful art and other stuff. The people of Novasol that let us in were so friendly. And Rosalia was so helpful. Everything above expectations!

Superb location. Peaceful setting. Well appointed villa. Comfy settees and bed. Well equipped kitchen. Effective Wi Fi but no TV. Ideally situated for getting train to Naples and Rome. 15 min drive to local railway station where parking cost 8€ a day. Managed to visit Herculaneum, Pompeii, Rome for two days , Monte Cassino which boasts the most beautiful cathedral, local beaches at Sperlonga are beautiful and old Gaeta town which is well worth a visit. Mary and Salvatore were superb, super responsive in addressing any queries we had. Welcome pack was greatly appreciated. You must have a car to be able to enjoy this villa. Highly recommended

A beautiful experience with my family, surrounded by nature , a true oasis of peace and relaxation. Lovely friendly staff, attentive and available to meet every need. I recommend it to those who want to get away from reality for a few days

Maria was very helpful and we had 5 great days with really nice sea views. It only takes 10 minutes by foot to get there. We would definitely recommend the place, very good value for money!

We stayed for a couple of weeks and had a wonderful time. The view from the garden is fantastic and made us smile until the end. If you come here make sure to hike the Monte Orso, eat some Tielle in Gaeta, visit Sperlonga (!) and if you are into a sports challenge rent some bikes at "World Bike Formia". There were a couple of small things that need fixing in the house (missing doorhandles, leaking faucet...), but whenever something actually bothered us it was quickly fixed. Marco was very helpful and put a lot of effort into making sure that our stay would be a pleasent one :-)

WOW, is all i can say!! As most of the other reviews have said, the photos of the villa and surrounds do not do the Villa justice, it is truly a special place. We were very late meeting to pick up the keys due to issues with car hire at the airport, but the hosts waited for us with no issues and were very kind and understanding. When we arrived at the villa we were shown around and our jaws continued to drop the more we were shown! Amazing large pool, amazing outdoors kitchen with bbq, pizza oven and sink all covered , perfect for alfresco dining. Lots of little places to sneak away and relax. All the rooms in the villa were spotlessly clean, the bedrooms most with their own balconies and en-suites were a great size. The kitchen was well stocked with all one needs for cooking / cleaning etc, and the added bonus of a laundry room meant to no washing at home! The hosts were fantastically responsive at all times, helping us locate shops / eateries etc. Cant wait to come back!!

Lovely house in a little village with 3 great pools, astro pitch, tennis court, playground, mini market, cafe/bar on site. Swim hats are required for the pools. House is well equipped with all necessities. Car required. Daniela a great host and always available to answer queries.

One night, with a child and a dog. The host was friendly and considerate of our dog. She gave us tips for the surrounding area. The decor is as described and the place was clean. We were offered breakfast. However, I would still like to mention: the neighbors' free-roaming dogs might have bothered us, but only for a longer stay - with their own dog. (Walks with a dog are only possible here to a limited extent) Plus: Parking directly in front of the property is possible. Overall we were really satisfied! Thank you!

Everything is very nice. Very spacious house, beautiful terrace, well-equipped bathrooms, nice garden with swing for children, lounge chairs and sun loungers available. Real direct access to the beach. The house is complete with everything, you only need towels for the sea. Ample space for cars on the property. Everything completely matches the description. Host available, punctual, and prompt. It was definitely a great experience!!

From the moment we entered through the gate, we felt we had the privacy and the spread for our family to relax together or spend a little alone time. The location just steps from the beach and a short walk to neighborhood markets & restaurants gave our stay even more of home feeling.

Alessandro is a super helpful host, friendly and very responsive in his responses. The apartment is easy to find, clean and equipped with any comfort: kettle, coffee maker, herbal teas, pots and dishes. Suitable for both short and long stays. Close to the slopes of Mount Pratello and other villages in the area. Highly recommended!

Plenty of space, well-equipped kitchen, everything was clean, and the place was very close to local beaches, shopping and restaurants (just a few minutes drive to the nearest beach). The owners were very friendly and responsive to our questions.

I was with my family (3 small children) at Barbara's place. It is about 400 MT from the sea and we had a good time because there is really everything you need and the house is very well maintained! The rooms are spacious and offer the necessary amenities. The area is quiet and there is a very close playground. It was a pleasure to meet Barbara and I want to emphasize her kindness and availability in meeting our needs, as well as the flexibility she gave us for check-in and check-out. A truly 5-star host! Beautiful stay. The apartment is a small favor in the center of Pescasseroli, cozy and comfortable. You can move around quietly on foot because it's very central, a stone's throw from the main square. Angela is impeccable in her communications and has helped and guided us in every request. Highly recommended. We'll be back soon.
