The apartment is nicely furnished, spacious and clean. Check in is very easy, large private parking space behind the fence. The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures. Irene is really friendly and caring and very responsive. I like the quiet surroundings and of course the excellent starting point, where you can walk from the apartment to the train station etc.. I will definitely come back. P.S. For those who value the quality of bed, I can say that you won't be disappointed, because it's great. Irene thank you for everything 😊

A big thank you to Roberta and Antonio, the accommodation was perfect for our family! Our three children enjoyed the garden, animals and trampoline. We found Venice to be easily accessible by bus (10 minutes). We stayed in winter and the accommodation was very well heated and very sunny, which was very nice. Both toilets were very convenient, the beds comfortable and everything was very clean. And thank you again for your lovely gifts!

We absolutely loved this house, it was off a small canal and close to two squares where there were places to eat. Everything was easy to walk to. Great recommendations for food and things to do. Coffee provided is we wanted it for mornings. Rooms were good size, house was clean. Chiara gave us a little bag of cookies for our departure. We loved the hosts as much as the house! Spoke great English. I would absolutely stay here again if we visit.

the accommodation is located a short distance from the bus station and the trains, ideal if you want to get around without using a particular car. The apartment is quite spacious for large groups and the super comfortable rooms. we will be happy to stay again in the future

Great accessibility. Accommodation right on the canal, the perfect atmosphere to enjoy Venice. Misto is quiet, but you walk down the street and you are in the center of the action. It was an amazing four days. Thank you.

Excellent place, very quiet, spacious, extremely clean, and 4min away on foot from the Mestre station. The hostess was very kind and responsive and explained all little things a visitor had to know about the house but also some info about the city. I would definitely stay there again!

This is a whole floor in a nice looking villa on Lido, spacious, with a character and charm. Located perfectly between the beach and Vaporetto to Venice old town, and right next to multitude of bars (check out Olfa Soul), restaurants, gelaterias and groceries (Coop and Conad). If you want to spend several days wandering through Venice and at the same time spend calm evenings on the beach – the location is fantastic. Hosts are responsive and every aspect of us being there (two families with kids) was pretty awesome. Only warning: this is a second floor with a relatively steep staircase, people with limited mobility may experience issues getting in, and you can't roll a stroller into the apartment. The area around the villa, however, is kids friendly and very accessible.

Very clean apartment, great for families. Close to the beach, has a pool and small snack bar on premises. About a 10 minute walk to the bus that takes you to the ferry in San Marco.

It was a very nice stay again. The apartment is well furnished and spacious and the campsite offers everything the (children's)heart desires. In the restaurant you can also eat great with children and the supermarket at the campsite can be reached quickly and has everything necessary. The package also includes loungers by pool and beach with great location. The hosts are extremely friendly, straightforward, and help where they can. Great recommendation, especially for holidays with young children!
