Hey, and this Airbnb is shockingly. The coziest place and the most high quality Airbnb I saw so far in portugal. A plenty of card games, every single essential for cooking you ever need to use, plenty of towels, even scissors, checkin is smooth, the host send a whole guide for area for restaurants to visit! The best experience! I extended on as much as I could on the other places this person hosts and if I ever travel to the countries where the host has airbnbs now I’m going to Switzerland feeling excited, wishing she had Airbnb there also

We had the opportunity to stay at A Capella for an entire week and we are thrilled we did! The house, grounds and location are top-notch! The host is one of the best we've ever had (and we have stayed at AirBnB's around the world). The house was spotlessly clean. Clearly the host and owner have taken great pride in the decorations and stocking of the house (they made sure to leave us an umbrella when they saw it could rain!!!). It was comfortable and well appointed with everything we needed. The location, with the lovely little breakfast cafe down the street is also fantastic. We had a wonderful time in Sintra and really enjoyed the fact that we could walk everywhere and really experience the town and all it had to offer. We've been home for 2 weeks but already discussing a return to A Capella and Sintra! I cannot recommend this property enough, book it!

Great spot. It’s not massive, however perfect for a family of four. We also had in-laws with us who stayed in the separate house which suited us all just fine. Pool is lovely, easy to access the surrounding area (by car!) Don’t hire an estate though - narrow driveway means a 10 point turn! Great place for a fortnight - thank you

We loved staying here. It’s so spacious and clean. The host had great communication with us and was very proactive. We had 2 babies on this trip and the host was super kind and helpful. It’s at a great location - close to restaurants, cafe’s and not far from a surfing beach we went to daily. Recommend to stay 10/10.

Great place and very clean and very responsive to our needs. Loved the house and modern amenities but the shower in master bathroom would overflow onto the bathroom floor often and with ease that needs to be repaired. The directions from the Airbnb link was wrong unfortunately but the host sent us the correct location and we found it with no problem.

We enjoyed our stay at Maria’s so much. It was beautiful, very clean, walking distance to the shops and restaurants. She even left us a delicious treat in Halloween! She was extremely responsive and always helpful. The kitchen had everything you need to cook proper meals and then some. Would absolutely come back.

We had a spectacular weekend in this amazing space. It's exactly the same as the photos, even better live. Host Cláudio was great, received us in person, super friendly and available, helped us with several issues during the stay, we could not ask for more. The space is pleasantly decorated with very good taste, in a quiet area that invites you to relax due to its tranquility. It has a small garden with organic products that we tried during the stay, inside it has all kinds of utensils and equipment that we may need and some extra ingredients that were super useful. The welcome basket gave an even more special touch to our arrival in space. I confess that we didn't even go out to the beach or eat out, the pool and the grills on the outside made our treats. Congratulations on all the work, the wonderful space you have and thank you for having welcomed us so well. See you soon.

it was perfect although our trip to an awards event was raced we did not have time to present the beauty and comfort of the house, as we were only there to welcome professionals to get us ready and makeup and TBM to go but it was amazing

Great, comfortable house with everything you need. Very suitable for our party of 7 adults. All the space, we definitely didn't get in each other's way. Very common host, who tried to make us happy in all kinds of ways. We certainly also took advantage of his extensive tips, including when choosing restaurants. In short, we have enjoyed our stay in Lisbon and recommend Joana and João's Airbnb without hesitation!

We really enjoyed our time. The house was super comfortable and equipped with everything needed. Also the kitchen had everything we could wish for. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. We would come back.

Quinta da Bella Vista exceeded expectations. Dinesh, who checked us in, truly set the mood for our elopement with welcoming jazz music, wine, and cheese. The space was much larger than we anticipated, perfect for our pre-wedding prep. We loved it so much, we added an extra day to soak it all in! Aline and Dinesh's hospitality went above and beyond – their responsiveness to our needs made everything seamless. We couldn't resist adding the delicious breakfast each day (highly recommend!), fueling our explorations of the charming town within walking distance. Evenings were spent enjoying deliveries via the Glovo app, perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure. The Quinta itself is breathtaking – stunning grounds, incredible views, and beautiful architecture. It couldn't have been a more magical place to celebrate our elopement. Quinta da Bella Vista holds a very special place in our hearts, and we'll definitely be back for anniversaries and any other excuse we can find!

This stay was everything and more ! The hosts were so amazing and responsive. Any questions were answered immediately. The house itself is spacious and the backyard is amazing to watch sunsets. The walk to the beach was also amazing. I recommend this to anyone who is staying with a big group as it is spread out with plenty of room. I would defintiely rent this property again!

We (a group of 10 friends) stayed in this property for 3 nights. Carlos and his wife Alexandra were responsive, friendly and very welcoming, meeting us open arrival and checking in throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. The property looks exactly like the pictures, with features such as multiple fridges and pool plus bath towels meaning it is very well set up for a large group. Additional perks such as a coffee machine and shower gel were very much appreciated! We had a great few days at the property and had everything we could possibly need. We will definitely be back - thank you to Carlos and Alexandra for your hospitality!

Impeccable exterior for this kind of rental, sun, swimming pool, terrace, fireplace-barbecue, house "like at home" with everything you need to live there, well equipped with household electronics, quiet despite the "Portuguese" dogs who often bark at night but almost not in our case, quiet in the neighborhood, the market 100m from the house and supermarkets that are not very far either, my favorite beach (Princesa) 5 minutes by car.

We absolutely loved our stay at Carlos’ house. The land is gorgeous, and the sunsets are absolute magic. Everything was perfect: comfortable beds, cozy fireplace, well-equipped kitchen. The house is so beautiful and exudes the love and intention that went into building it. We’ll definitely be back!!

Excellent villa. Very spacious with brilliant outdoor space including shaded dining area with BBQ as well as further area to eat by the pool with awning. Kitchen had everything you would need and more. Short walk from villa to large supermarket and also to the sea. From there, it’s a lovely walk along the coast into Cascais town. Would stay again.

The joining instructions were clear and we were able to check in early which was very helpful. The property was very well equipped and we had some tasty surprises in the fridge on arrival. The owners came and cooked a local tasty snack for us which was very much appreciated. As we visited over the Christmas festivities the rooms had heaters and we were comfortably warm. The outside amenities were used and enjoyed by the children although the pool was too cold for them to be more than immersed further than up to their knees (pool is heated in summer), they still enjoyed a bit of a splash about. We would not hesitate to recommend the villa for any time of year to stay.
