We had a great week staying in Richard’s appartement. It was clean and spacious and easy to acces. Richard was very kind and sent us tips for things to do around the city. He responded quick and was very pleasant. Would definitely recommend this appartement!

We had a great stay, the apartment is very clean, great location and Travis is highly responsive! A few blocks from Prospect park and many great places to eat. We’ll definitely come back!

We were looking for a place in Bergen County for a family of 5 for a few weeks. The house was perfect for us, with big rooms, equipped kitchen and clean bathrooms. It is in a nice neighborhood, quiet but close to everything we needed. The place felt like home. Ossi was very responsive and easy to communicate. She was very accommodating and was a great help. We highly recommend.

Pedro's place is immaculate. Cannot say enough, Very tidy, clean and homey and most of all Pedro is one of the nicest people I have ever met. He goes over an beyond for his guest. This condo is extremely nice and well appointed. Accommodations were exactly as described. It worked out very well for to have our sons join us while we visited our daughter for Christmas

We really enjoyed our stay. Micaela was very responsive and accommodating. The location is perfect!! We enjoyed the privacy, tranquility, and especially the wildlife on property. Our dogs were comfy and loved walking the neighborhood. This is a lovely, quiet, safe area. Everything is nearby and only takes a short drive or quick Uber ride. We will definitely want to return here for our future visits.

The Apartment was in Greenpoint and the views were amazing although not exactly the Appartement in the pictures. It was as Food as the ohne Shown. It is a Bit rare that you only get to Know the adress in the last minute but it worked well. Maybe that is due to NYC Airbnb politics

Ave Union is our home in NJ. We always stay here whenever we come to NJ and it has always been the best and still is the best! Everything stated on the descriptions are true and even way better. Nicole has been very attentive and kind to us, including every staff there. I didn't get everyone's names but they all have been the best. We love staying at Ave, it's a very safe location where you could also stroll or jog at the same time, perfect train access right outside the place. Going to NYC has been so easy! We are proud to say that we always will choose Ave, it's got all the things you need and the entire place is so cozy. We are so grateful for everyone's kindness and appreciate you all. I definately recommend this to anyone coming to NJ or NYC. It has always felt like a home and you can even hangout downstairs for some hot drinks. Thank you so much Ave, Nicole, and all the staff and neighbors. See you guys soon again. You guys take care always!

Great place to stay. This was the perfect place for our group to stay for a Christmas New York Trip. Host even had the house decorated for Christmas. Easy walk to the 154x bus that is a 25 min ride to the Port Authority. Street parking with a parking pay stall just around the corner at the library super easy and convenient.

our stay nothing short of AMAZING, beautiful rental easy check in & check out. He was able to accommodate our early check in with no problem ! The host responded quickly to any & all questions we had. I would highly recommend booking with Lathan ! & If ever in NY again I will be booking with him 100% ! Super close to the airport & food // stores making our stay smooth & simple. 10 / 10 recommend!!!!

Staying at Camila’s place was an absolute delight! The home is spotless, well-equipped, and located in a safe, quiet neighborhood – everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Camila is a fantastic host – super responsive, friendly, and full of great local tips and recommendations that made our trip even better. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!

My friend and I had a wonderful time. As two woman, we felt safe in the area and had such easy transportation to the city. the ferry was just a 10 minute walk from the apartment and 20 bucks which we thought was reasonably priced to not have to drive into the city!!! the place was just as it stated. the only complaint I would have is the fact that the shower had a ton of soap scum built up. that pinkish color in all the grout crevasses. I'd just suggest that the cleaner do a better job. But overall this place was fabulous!!!! I would recommend to anyone. being able to walk just a few shorts steps and see the NYC skyline was absolutely fabulous.

I had a wonderful stay at Colleen’s Airbnb! The space was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully designed. Colleen was an excellent host, always responsive and accommodating, making sure I had everything I needed throughout my stay. My family and I had to stay here for a few days as our house was under construction. They had a comfortable time! I was very happy for a parking spot and it being pet friendly because we have to move our cats! Maria was responsive with instructions. Thank you!!!

The place was good, clean, and easy to find. It was nice having a Free parking especially in New Jersey. The host was very friendly and communicative. Would definitely like to stay here again!

Very convenient and nice place to stay while visiting NYC, we really enjoyed it and also we had bedroom with our own area with kitchen, tv, bathroom and mini-hall way. 3-4 min walking to the closest bus station then train to get to Manhattan. Thank you.
