Vacation rentals with a patio in Carroll County

Amazing view, close to everything.. Very responsive and clean..Plenty of extra parking on the lower level if you’re pulling a camper or trailer..Was my first time renting a airbnb and it was a great experience..

We have stayed here 3 times now. Anthony is one of the most responsive hosts I have communicated with. We love the location as it is right in Jackson, very close to all the outdoor activities in the area as well as North Conway. The apartment is clean, has everything you need and good space. It is always a treat to stay here and we look forward to going again.

Host was very responsive. Shower was awesome. A little tight for all 7 of us but it worked out fine. Guess we all take up more space than we realized. lol

Really enjoyed this AirBnB, right on the Rail Trail which was perfect for a few days of cross country skiing and it is also a short walking distance to into town. Although it snowed quite a bit, and the temps were single digits, we were cozy and warm with easy access to our car as the snow was frequently plowed and walkways were shoveled. Ruth’s place has a well stocked kitchen and the bathroom was immaculate. Bed was very comfy. Ruth was quick to respond to questions and communication was great. Will keep this as a favorite for future trips!

This condo was impeccably maintained and was very clean. Even the sheets smelt brand new! We were very pleased with our stay! We had an issue with our tv and the owners were on FaceTime with us late at night to try and rectify the issue without hesitation. 100% would stay here again.

Comfortable condo. Location convenient to Bank of NH, which was the reason for our trip to the area. The chairs on the balcony weren't comfortable to sit in, so we didn't really use it. If you have mobility issues, avoid booking a reservation at any of the condos in this complex. There are steep stairs down to the entrance, and then you have to go up the stairs into the condo. It wasn't a big deal for us. Otherwise, we would likely stay here again.

My family enjoyed the space - a separate bedroom for my son is the key for us. Everything’s clean - which I appreciate and it’s a must for an accommodation. Sean’s place is conveniently located in proximity to walking trails, a lake, and my son’s school. Will definitely stay here here again if given a chance. Thank you, Sean!

excellent location for getaways / vacations! very large and fit everything and everyone easily. you get more then what you paid for especially with town being a short 5ish minute drive from the property. Host left easy instructions and made sure to let us k ow to contact her if need be. Will definitely be considering thos property anytime I vacation in NH.

We have stayed at places in North Conway for many years and this property was the best by far! All the amenities were there as described, and Jeremiah & Lisseth were excellent hosts responding to my questions quickly and friendly !

From the moment we drove up and upon entering this beautiful place we felt like we were in our own "Happy Place". This is a place we would love to build for ourselves someday. Morning coffee & tea on the dock was very peaceful overlooking Paugus Bay and the fall foliage was very Beautiful. Christine and Corey are wonderful hosts and this was the second time we have rented one of their homes; we will definitely be back again to both locations and have been highly recommending them to our friends. We loved our stay here! The house was beautiful and clean. It had everything we needed and was the perfect size for 6 adults. The house is very private, with wonderful mountain views and even better stargazing at night! It's close to a few swimming areas (recommended by Rachel) that were way better than all the crowded popular places in the area. We definitely would stay here again!

We stayed here during a family wedding at a camp on the lake -- it was the perfect location, very peaceful, and fit our family (toddlers and infants included) more than comfortably. Colleen was a great host and extremely responsive to all our questions. Def recommend!

From booking to check-out, everything was seamless. The house was clean, had lots of amenities, and Caitlin was very responsive to my questions. We had an amazing time at our concert, Weirs Beach, and hiking in different areas. Looking forward to booking with her again. Thank you!

Jenn and Matt’s house is amazing! Everything you need. Very family/kid friendly. 2 minute walk to flatbread pizza, 5 minute walk to Zeb’s country store. Right in the heart of North Conway. Perfect location within minutes of Cranmore mountain. Beautiful home, beautiful location. Can’t wait to visit again!

I want to say Tim was great he responded right away with any questions. My family and I loved the location of the house, neighbors seemed super nice. The house was clean beds were so comfy. My favorite part was the downstairs space for the kids to hangout while adults prepared dinner. Yes it’s the little things. Kids favorite was the hot tub of course. We went during February vacation and ended up in a blizzard. The plow trucks came and even did the driveway for us and when we returned Tim already had his crew shoveling it was great we didn’t even have to ask it was like he read our minds. Tim was a great host and we were lucky to have him. We will definitely be returning next year!

After a long day of driving from New York, and hikes at Franconia Notch State park, Julianne’s condo was a perfect getaway to stay in Laconia with backyard lake views to die for. The condo was clean and cozy. The highlight of the stay was watching the sunset from the balcony and admiring the stars at the private sandy beach. The host was very responsive. Thank you for the clear and precise instructions beforehand, everything was simple and straightforward. I would 100% recommend this place! :)

We had a fantastic vacation at Lake Winnipesaukee! The lake was stunning, and the surrounding area offered so many activities to enjoy. The accommodations were comfortable, and we loved the peaceful atmosphere. Despite a few rainy days, we made the most of our time and can’t wait to return. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway!

My partner and I had the best time here! We loved every second of it and didn’t want to leave. It was the perfect size and very cozy. Joshua was an extremely nice host. He responded to my concerns or questions in a timely manner, and was just overall really nice and welcoming. Would definitely book again!

This was our second stay at Bill's Airbnb, and it was just as fantastic as the first! The location is great, and Nordic Village Resort has lots of amenities for families. Bill's condo is clean and comfortable, with a cozy fireplace and a spacious king-size bed. We loved the updated bathroom, especially the jacuzzi tub! We’re looking forward to staying here again in the future.

Great place to stay as it’s close to many ski resorts. Condo is warm with the gas fireplace and has everything you need. This is our third year at this condo. Thank you so much!

Great accomodations at a great price especially during ice fishing derby weekend. Within minutes to Belmont Beach and Ahern State park for lake access and 20 mins to Derby HQ on main lake Winni. Centrally located to plenty of activities. Cozy accomodations and host was super informative pre-checkin or anything we needed. Although the game room is closed during winter, we are excited to come back in summer to utilize.

The perfect spot for a solo traveler or couple in North Conway. Easy walk to downtown with great hosts.
