The guesthouse is situated in a quiet and peaceful area of the kingdom, and is also only a 15 minute drive to Tralee. Tom was very friendly and helpful. While I was staying at Airbnb there was a snowstorm, Tom cleared the path for us and made himself available to provide helpful instructions. The guesthouse is a private space and because it is located beside the hosts you get the benefits of being welcomed and looked after while also having your own area. The guesthouse is very cosy and the beds are nice and comfortable. Myself and my dad especially enjoyed the fireplace in the living room. Fantastic stay, can’t recommend enough

Geraldine’s home was so welcoming and homely. All the rooms were clean and comfortable. Enough room around the house for 7 of us to comfortably relax between the living room and the dining room as well as outside space. So peaceful and scenic and only 5 minute walk to a beautiful beach. Geraldine very kindly left us milk, orange juice, bread and eggs which was such a lovely touch. She left a sheet with information about important details such as WiFi code, heating and water, local amenities. Geraldine was so responsive to any queries we had both before and during our stay. Thank you for enhancing our lovely break away.

The house is located at the end of a private road. It is very private .It commands wonderful views of both the mountains and the sea. The house is large and spacious. The kitchen is fully equipped and there are several options for dining. The house is beautifully furnished and very comfortable. It is ideally situated for exploring nearby beaches, Dingle, Tralee and the surrounding areas. John was an attentive and supportive host. We had a great holiday there and would highly recommend it.

5 star luxury in the heart of Miltown Malbay. Perfect location for discovering west county Clare and enjoying all the amenities the town has to offer. Central location in town to pubs, restaurants and shopping. 40 minute drive to Cliffs of Moher, Bunratty Castle, and Kilkee. Hosted by wonderfully warm and welcoming people, house was pristine and comfortable. Would definetly recommend and will return.

Graham and I liked that Bernie was a very responsive host, he was flexible and allowed us to make the change we needed with our arrangements before we arrived. Instructions for getting into the house were clear and the house was cozy and comfortable. We were lucky to get accommodation in the area as the Listowel races were on and the town was booked out. It was a quiet area and a short drive to get to places we needed to visit. Thank you Bernie and thank you Siobhan for checking us in.

This is a beautiful home and served our group' s needs extremely well. Karen was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Even beyond what we would hope to experience with our host, she went above and beyond by providing some chauffer services to town for members of our group. I would highly recommend staying at this wonderful property to anyone playing golf at Ballybunion or just visiting the general area.
