Sam is a wonderful host. She thought of absolutely everything and has a beautiful, comfortable and welcoming house. The position is perfect. So peaceful and close to the dog beach and walking paths and general store. Very safe for kids to ride bikes all day. And the man cave is a great addition for the men and kids especially the old school gaming console. This place is a perfect getaway for the fishing enthusiasts and a peaceful getaway. Sam is super responsive and helpful. We will def be back .

Beautiful property not far drive from the lake. Property is nicely renovated and clean. Bed is comfortable. Water temperature and pressure are spot on. The bath is lovely. The kitchen is nice and spacious. The A/C works really well, we survived the 2 hot days we were there. Fans and tissue boxes provided throughout which is thoughtful. The washing machine works well. Nothing to fault here. We felt right at home. Note: thanks to Ophelia amazing customer service, she responded promptly when we asked to borrow electric air pump and when we couldn't work out the ice machine. She also promptly delivered the air pump and a bag of ice. thanks for your hospitality. we had a great stay.

The place was very cosy and there was plenty of space in the yard. The trees out the back were a perfect shade on the back deck. The street was a very peaceful one. On the last night, we even heard a koala bellowing. We could walk from the house to the surf beach. Only about 5 minutes so there was no need to battle for parking spots on the hot days. And, in the mornings, a great walk along the beach into central Inverloch. Enjoyed our stay. Would definitely come back.

My family and I had a wonderful and relaxing stay at Jade's cottage. Everything was spotless and we loved waking up to the beautiful nature surroundings. The backyard is very big so plenty of space to play with the doggie. There is a local IGA and some local restaurants - about a 7 minute drive. Overall, I would stay again and recommend if you're looking for a relaxing getaway.

The Beach front home at Invy was a delightful escape from the hustle and bustle. Our bikes were safe in the laundry and we spent hours riding the trails. The inlet & beach just over the dune was a treat for humans and dog. The cottage was perfect for our doggo, both inside and outside- the smaller contained yard was fab. The retro bathroom with shower curtain took me back in time, and no wifi meant we really switched off. We loved sitting in the shade outside enjoying the perfect weather! Great AC. Bed is super comfy and all linens (& house) were exceptionally clean. We drove to the dinosaur dreaming site, caves and over to Venus bay for sunsets… everything was so picturesque and didn’t disappoint. The local cafes and shopping were lovely. Ella was responsive, I didn’t have questions as everything was pretty self explanatory.

As a family of four with young kids over the Christmas period the place served as a great place to stay. The cottage was excellent and fully self contained. The location is wonderful within short drive to the local beaches and also to fish creek. Would highly recommend.

The tiny home in Gruyere was perfect for a long weekend away stay. We received clear instructions from Stephen, who was very quick with messaging and incredibly friendly! The place was easy to find and close by to shops and restaurants in nearby Healseville or Seville. We ran into Stephen and his gorgeous little dog for a chat which made us feel right at home. The accommodation itself was equipped with everything you would need, very clean and outside the views were breathtaking. Sunrises and sunsets were picturesque and we were very happy with our stay here, and look forward to a repeat trip in the near future!

House is osum, beautiful views. What I liked the most was how everything was same as explained by Julie and same as photos. prett Julie is a great host. She offered us early check in and accepted our request for late check out. I will highly recommend Julie's place.

Roelie & Rob’s place was absolutely beautiful. Looks exactly like the photos if not better. Great location and lovely view. Felt very homey and had everything you need to get by. They were very informative with check in and out details and gave great instructions as to how to get in. They even recommended restaurants and where to go! Would 100% recommend this place. Thank you!

There are not enough words to describe how good Jim's place was. The next time I am in town for the Australian MotoGP, I will definitely book Jim's place again.

This stay was stunning, the views alone made it worth every penny. When we arrived the fridge in the main area wasn't working but Noelia was so responsive and gave us access to the fridge in the other half of the house immediately. This was doubly good as we'd bought all groceries for our stay as recommended in the listing and would have struggled to fit them as it's a very small fridge and no freezer space that we could see. It's worth noting that the only bedroom with cooling is the master and that the only toilet is the ensuite to the master bedroom which wasn't clear from the listing. From reading the listing it read as 1 bathroom and ensuite to the master. Fine for us as family but if travelling with friends could be challenging. Overall we loved it and were so appreciative of Noelia's swift responses and flexibility.
