I highly recommend Julien's place, very convenient with a reserved parking space in the basement. Julien welcomed us and took the time to detail us the most of his apartment. We spent five carefree days, quiet and restful nights. We'll definitely be back. Ghislaine.

Conveniently located in the city center, public transit and shops. Lively neighborhood so a little noisy at night. The apartment is very nice and clean, good bedding and well-equipped. The host was very nice and responsive. We recommend it.

We had a great extended weekend in the heart of Nantes. To do this, the apartment is conveniently located near the most visited sites and shops. The apartment is very original, spacious, comfortable with an amazing view. Amenities are all available for cooking and briefly working remotely. We enjoyed this beautiful place as a family. Séverine and Timothee were superb hosts. The photos on the airbnb don't do the house justice- it's truly lovely. The swimming pool although described as a salt pool barely felt like one (so don't let that stop you from booking this place). Easy to get into Nantes on the bus and great boulangeries in walking distance from the house - perfect!

Apartment just as described and shown in pictures. Located in a neighborhood away from busy areas, but right on a bus line that takes you into the city center. Several shopping options nearby for groceries. Loved having the patio/outdoor space. Apartment was very nice, not super child friendly as there are a lot of breakables and I was always terrified my kids would accidentally break something. Very well stocked to be able to cook. Didn’t realize at the time I booked that there was no air conditioning, and when we arrived it was very hot so we bought a fan and that cooled it off some. Totally my error but if you went it in the summer something to be mindful of. WiFi was great. Host responsive. Highly recommend.
