Vacation rentals with a patio in Carmel

Location is convenient. Close to restaurants. The unit was quiet and comfortable. Plenty of space for the two of us. The king sized bed was comfy. We didn’t cook but the kitchen seemed to have the necessities. Overall, a wonderful stay.

The private parking was fantastic and Samantha gave great instructions on how to get there.

Booked for my son’s basketball tournament. So much better than a hotel. Clean, spacious, accommodating, everything our family needed, and exactly like the pictures and description. VERY responsive host and check-in was a breeze. Would definitely stay again.

Josh was the best host, he is extremely responsive and addresses questions quickly. We ended up extending our stay from 3 nights to 9 nights and Josh gave us a great rate for remainder of our stay. We appreciated it very much. The home was comfortable, clean, and cozy, we enjoyed our stay. We will be back to rent in the future, if not the same home, other Airbnb properties that Josh hosts because he is a prime example of how a Superhost should be and will purposely look for Josh’s properties.

Beautiful space for our family to gather while in town for a family wedding! The kitchen was well equipped for a brunch we made on Saturday morning. It's location was convenient to coffee shops, restaurants & the event venue for the wedding reception. Thanks Jeff!

This beautiful, pristine home was the perfect spot for my family to stay over the holidays! We appreciated the many thoughtful touches Christine and Michael included. The house has everything a guest could ever need. From the well-stocked coffee bar to the thoughtfully curated selection of spices and pots and pans, the home has everything you need to cook a meal and enjoy it in their lovely dining room area. Most importantly for me, the house was spotless - I so appreciated knowing that they put so much time and effort into maintaining a clean and pristine home. We also really appreciated how responsive she was and how easy she made it to check in. It is clear that this home is owned by folks who are extremely thoughtful about their guests and who want their guests to have a spectacular stay.

Aaron was a great host. Very quick to respond to questions. The house was just as the photos showed. Had everything we needed for our stay. The outdoor space was great for our dogs. Lots of room.

Nice and quiet home. We stayed here for a weekend and it was a quick ride downtown and to other local places. Would definitely recommend this house to anyone traveling to Indy that wants a spacious quiet location.

We were looking for a quiet place to just hang out with friends kid-free for a weekend getaway, and this house was perfect! Quiet neighboorhood, but still close to the places we chose to visit. Rideshare to and from downtown on a Friday night made it quick and easy to enjoy our planned outings. And multiple seating options made it easy for us to relax and play games when we returned. The kitchen had most basic small appliances and a decent selection of utensils/plates/cups, making it easy to prep and cook meals. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would likely book here again if the opportunity would arise to be in the area.

Really great house in a quiet neighborhood and close to restaurants and our comedy show at Gainbridge. Beds were so comfortable and house was very well decorated. Hot tub was very clean and well maintained. Nick was so responsive when I had questions. Highly recommend!

Perfect overnight stay for the Big 10 Championship game! Sparkling clean and in a great location! They are the best hosts and provided many snacks and drinks which was so nice after a long day of travel. And the beds were very comfortable - we slept well!! Thank you for everything.

There’s not enough good things to say about this place. It was close to Lucas Oil Stadium and downtown. The place itself was adorable, sparkling clean, and comfortable. We felt really safe during our stay. The most spectacular part of this experience was Lystina coming up with a plan that really benefited us when we were running late for our concert. The communication was clearly, friendly, and helpful! I would recommend this place to everyone !

My friends and I traveled to Indianapolis for the Taylor Swift concert and Ruby's place was close enough to the city for us to travel in for the show, yet far enough from downtown to not be in all the chaos. There were so many wonderful amenities nearby from walking distance coffee shop and not too far groceries and restaurants. Ruby's home was clean and organized - it was the perfect spot for our Swiftie getaway!

Amanda’s place was so clean and nice. The veranda was huge and open. Fabulous area to walk to everything. The condo was so clean and comfortable. Highly recommend

Thank you for a wonderful place to stay for the Taylor Swift Concert! Ellie was VERY responsive and helpful. She made me feel comfortable with the listing and everything was a described. Parking on the street was very easy and always available. Ellie recommended Leviathan Bakehouse, just at the end of the street-- it was delicious! The Garage Food Hall is also in walking distance and fun atmosphere. Easy to get downtown by car for the concert. Ellie was always willing to help. When we only had 2 towels, she helped to bring more. Price was high, but that was expected for the weekend we visited. Only downfall was strong use of vanilla air freshener and some corners were a little dusty, but I think that was just due to being an older flat. Thank you for helping make a wonderful and memorable weekend for 3 Swifties!

We will come back there! It is worth staying there.
