Our 18th century cottage/ smallholding is in beautiful surroundings with views to hills at the front and black mountains at back! King bed and private ensuite room is upstairs. Breakfast is provided as early as you want it! Homemade cake is provided daily We feel rural but supermarkets and restaurants short drive away. plenty of parking and bikes can be parked under cover ! 5 mins drive to BMW and triumph bike experiences and walking distance to pub where course meets for dinner.

Good location for visiting the castles of Carmarthenshire and the coastal resorts of Cardigan bay Within walking distance of the local town is Carmarthen ( the oldest town in Wales) and Glangwili hospital. We offer a continental breakfast with complimentary tea and coffee in the bedroom Please we do not accept pets as the garden is not enclosed and there is also local livestock. Check in is between 4-6pm but maybe possible outside of these times by prior agreement. Check out is by 11am. Hide

Noyadd Trefawr is a characterful Grade II* listed Welsh gentry house dating back to the C15th but extensively remodelled in 1820. It sits in 10 acres of parkland looking over a lake and ancient woodland and old quarries. It is very peaceful and beautiful, with land to explore, birds to watch and different garden areas. It is 5 miles from Aberporth and Tresaith beaches and 10 minutes drive to either Cardigan or Newcastle Emlyn for cafes and shops and adventures on the beautiful river Teifi.

We have 2 comfortable bedrooms for guests to stay in that we have separate listings for. This listing is our most recent addition for the spacious double room which includes a very comfortable king size bed. The guest bathroom is shared between the 2 guest rooms only. We are on the edge of town, 2 minutes walk into the pretty market town of Lampeter, University and other amenities.

We provide an organic continental breakfast including home made bread, home made yogurt, granola and fruit salad. Fresh tea and coffee is always on hand. Please note that there is no TV in the room but we have good WiFi for your devices. We would hope that your stay with us would be summarised by there being a good bed, good food and good conversation!
