If I had to use one word to describe our stay it would be generous: Thank you so much for allowing us to use your lovely house as our base: It's gorgeous, roomy and homely. It's also well placed for getting around Melbourne. Griselda is also the most generous and responsive of hosts with lots of supplies for us when we arrived that were most were most welcome. The house is also very generous with all the space and things that make it feel like home. The house is much bigger than it appears on the photographs and has lots of different living areas internally and externally. We couldn't have been happier during our time here. It really was a home away from home for the weeks we have stayed. Thanks again and lovely to have visited:-))

Fran’s place was very convenient for us on a visit to Melbourne to visit family and attend an event. It’s a good size, neat and clean, and well priced for the location.

My mum had a great stay at Justin’s place in Fitzroy. Ideal location, and Justin was extremely helpful with everything.

Kali’s house in Fitzroy feels like you are really staying in someone’s home. If you like that sense of belonging to an area, this is a great place to stay. Very close to parks if you have a dog, which was fantastic and walkable to the city. I would happily recommend to anyone coming to Melbourne for a short or long stay. X

Julie was an absolute life saver and was able to host us at the last minute. She was very helpful and her place was comfortable and we had a great stay.

Had an excellent stay for 8 nights. Everything was exactly as described and perfectly clean. It was great to have condiments and everything needed for tea, coffee and breakfast - a lovely welcome touch. The area is peaceful and quiet during the day and night. Only a few minutes walk to the tram. Communication with the hosts was excellent both before and during our stay. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Melbourne.

Felt very comfortable in the house, close to the beach and to Cherry Lake

This is the perfect place if you're looking for a pleasant, semi rural location for a medium short or even a long stay. Alieh is the perfect host and the flat itself has everything you need. We were 2 Brits coming to OZ for a year and needed somewhere to stay for a month while finding out feet. This worked beautifully for us. The location is slightly out of the way which for us was fine as we could come back to our haven after job hunting and football training. Alieh was brilliant to deal with and took us under her wing. What a great find, close to the Botanic Gardens and all Melbourne offers! The apartment is spotless and cosy, just as described. The bed is very comfortable. I would definitely return and recommend it. Magda is the most wonderful, responsive and thoughtful host.

Such a great spot, so convenient being right next to Southern Cross Station, and easy movement around the city with the free tram zone. Very comfy bed, pool looked lovely (unfortunately was under maintenance for our stay), apartment was really nice to stay in. Would definitely stay again.

What fabulous hosts and an equally impressive Airbnb. Felt right at home - John and Jeane provide so many little extras - like extra towels, sauces, cooking ingredients, not that we used them but what a considerate thing to do, also lots of toilet rolls and things that other airbnbs do not usually have. They were also lovely to deal with and their place was absolutely spotless. They also provided stuff for our toddler - including toys and games, hugh chair etc. which made our stay much more enjoyable. We had a great trip and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property.

was able to stay for four nights with five people very comfortably. I've done this trip to Melbourne multiple times and found the price paid for the space and location to be the best I've had in comparison to some big name hotels. the ability to stay somewhere like this with all the amenities of a home as required is well worth the price. would definitely look at staying here again for future visits.

This was my second stay in Tikali's wonderful apartment, and will be my favorite home to return to when I come to Melbourne. Perfect location for my work, stunning apartment offers comfortable stay. Not to mention the view! Best kept secret to share with you!

What an amazing place to stay! Grantley's apartment was perfect for me in every way. It's clean, comfortable, stylish and located perfectly, so close to everything. I spent 3 weeks here and I didn't want to leave! It felt so much like home. Grantley met me for check in. He's a great guy, always available if needed. This was one of the best AirBnB apartments I've ever stayed in. I will definitely reserve Grantley's place again the next time I'm in Melbourne. Very highly recommend!

My friend and I booked overnight for our Graduation, but within only hours of being at the Airbnb we wish we had booked longer. There was so much included in the airbnb, and all of the amenities were fantastic. Especially being able to use the hot tub with the amazing view. Kitty was an absolutely amazing host. So responsive and accommodating. The price is also very reasonable for how much access you get to amenities. It was quiet and clean. Really close to a local shop and cafe. I would love to stay here again someday, and have already shared the listing to some of my friends. Thanks so much for such a wonderful stay! It feels like you have really thought of everything!

Hello Donna. I honestly can’t thank you enough for having Charlie and I. I was so hot and stressed when I arrived and you were honestly a breath of fresh air . It was so kind of you to have the air conditioning on for me on arrival. I have to say your guesthouse exceeded my expectations compared to other places I have stayed at this price level. So It’s very clear you do this because you love it. You’re definitely in your element and honestly you have gone above and beyond to make myself and I’m sure all your guest happy. Yes did not expect to be so lucky to find this gem . Also felt very private. To any guest wanting to stay here I wouldn’t hesitate. Donna doesn’t bother you unless you want to be bothered like myself haha!! She is soooo helpful! The space is spotless and very spacious . The bed is delicious and I fell asleep as soon as I hit the pillow. I also can’t get over how lucky I was to get such a beautiful place to stay in the most amazing location . See you in a month !

Maria’s house is beautiful, and certainly very spacious! Everything is incredibly comfortable, and it has a very relaxing atmosphere. The garden is huge, with a beautiful oak tree, and would be lovely to sit under in the warmer weather. It is in very quiet area that is close to Maling road, and would be easy to get to the city from. Maria is lovely to communicate with, and left us a little treat! We would thoroughly recommend staying here! Thank you :)

We absolutely loved Rebecca’s place! It is filled with character and has a wonderful outdoor entertaining area, perfect for the whole family. The house has plenty of natural light and has all necessary amenities. We also loved the location as it was just around the corner from many wonderful restaurants, coffee shops and the pier. Sues cottage was lovely, cozy and decorated with intriguing art. The bed was especially comfy which was welcome after a long 24hr travel day. There were many little generous touches that also made the stay lovely. The cottage is surrounded by lush greenery and it felt very peaceful being there despite being so close to a busy street with lots of excellent eating, drinking and shopping spots. Great location. A total gem. Would stay here again and definitely recommend.

Easy to check in. Very clean with cupboard of fresh clean towels and linen. Details such as washing and cleaning products and kitchen gear thought through. Beautiful walking track for dogs. Very central for shopping/ public transport. Friendly neighbours- nice vibe in neighbourhood. Fresh without clutter so well suited to visiting pets. Great house and location for family and pets.

Vincent is a low key person whose there for you when you need. Thank you for that. The place is amazing, has the vibes of quiet luxury while managed to make ones feel comfortable and cozy as a home, a wonderful way to see one's unique sense of aesthetics and artistic creativity are well articulated in every corner of the property. We had a very relaxing time there. An elegant serenity amidst the bustling city.
