Waterfront vacation rentals in Carleton County

Deborah's apartment is located in under her home, not a basement as the house is on a hill and the main unit is like on the second floor. There is no separate bedroom, but the unit is spacious and has everything you need. Deborah is super friendly and ready to assist with any questions and we felt so welcome and at home while visiting. We had a wonderful weekend at Cindy and Gordon’s house. They were very helpful and tended to all our needs. The apartment was clean and tidy and lacked nothing. This place is highly recommended.

Family of 5 stayed here for a quick weekend getaway. We were all very comfortable and staying here versus a hotel was the best decision. Plenty of room, 2 bathrooms, linens and a washer and dryer were so helpful. We even got surprise snow and our boys enjoyed sledding down the small hills on property (we brought our own sleds). The place felt like home and if we return to Presque Isle for another family getaway, we would definitely stay here again.

Mark's place was easy to find and check into. It was very clean and exactly as described. The pull out couch was neat. I had all the pans and things I needed to cook a quick meal. My oldest said the bed was comfortable too. Definitely a good deal for a quick trip.

Kelley and Norm made us feel right at home. Their place is located on a wonderful lake, was very clean, and well appointed. A wonderful spot!

This place is such a delight. Convenient, comfortable, well kitted out, and so nice to just look out at the river while drinking coffee every morning. We will definitely be back again!

It was a really cute place. clean and everything we needed. Very quiet even though it was on a busy street.

We were in the area to visit family over Christmas who didn't have space so we booked this house for a place to sleep. Can't comment on things to do in the area or walkability, etc, but it was nice, modern, with comfortable beds, and we'd definitely book again.

Very close to the curling rink and the golf course. Large rooms to sit and talk with friends. Kitchen very nice and clean. Even had eggs, popcorn and coffee available.

Tina was a great host. Very responsive to questions. The cabin was beautiful and perfect for our group. We had a great time! I would definitely look to book with Tina again.

We had a girls night here and it was the perfect spot for it! The kitchen had alot of space for us to cook. The highlights for me were the view of the water, the hottub and the cozy at home feeling we felt. It was very comfortable and spacious. 10/10

We had a group stay here for a softball tournament. It had everything we needed and the host was very responsive and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.
