Storme was an incredible host, with very prompt, friendly, professional, and helpful communication. The home is GORGEOUS! We felt so comfortable, very well looked after, and would thoroughly recommend staying at The Duchess to anyone looking into it. It’s very handy to get to places. Supermarkets and malls are close, great coffee nearby, gorgeous surroundings, VERY quiet, the pool is such a treat, and we just had the best time in this huge gorgeous home. Beautifully decorated and styled both inside and out, so many amenities, and the cleanest and tidiest property I’ve ever hired. Thank you so much, Storme, for making sure we were so well looked after and had everything we needed. Sad that our time at The Duchess has come to an end, but hoping to come back again one day. 10/10 for sure. Thank you!

Great place to stay. We were able to go to Australia Zoo but also theme parks. Hosts were great. We booked very last minute and they were able to accomodate. Enjoyable overall

Tammy's place was lovely. It is comfy, very clean and well equipped. We found the pool area fantastic and it's a great place to sit and enjoy the warm Queensland evenings or to cool off during the day. Tammy is a caring and friendly host, and she made our Christmas very special by accommodating our request to invite family over for Christmas lunch. We highly recommend staying and hope to return in the near future.

We enjoyed our stay at Mandy's, the one thing that really surprised us was how quiet the area is. This is a great location, plenty of amenities nearby an the unit itself has both a front and back area to sit outside and relax.

Jason and Andrea went above and beyond to make sure my arrival, stay and departure were all easy. The cottage is super well equipped and it feels like a home from home. It felt very safe for me as a solo traveller and I managed without a car as there are shops, restaurants and public transport all within easy walking distance.

If we could give this Airbnb 6 stars, we would. Nestled in a very peaceful part of Brisbane and right near Lone Pine, Barry and Lynn provide one of the nicest stays you could hope for. As hosts, they are both very friendly and helpful and ensure that your stay is as comfortable as possible. It was spotlessly clean and very spacious. We found it to be very well stocked with anything you could possibly need, even more than our own home! I'd you're planning to be in or near this area, we cannot recommend Barry & Lynn's place any more.

The hosts were wonderful and extremely helpful, the house was comfortable and well appointed, the gardens were magnificent with beautiful birds and a very friendly chicken! The property is well located to see everything. Can’t wait to come back again soon.

Beautiful tropical outdoor area for morning coffee and afternoon drinks. Comfortable beds, great location. We booked it over Christmas so Shane decorated with a Christmas tree for the kids. Welcomed with a lovely basket of snacks and drinks. Definitely recommend.

Plenty of space to cater for large family gathering. Perfect for our Christmas get together. Generous bedrooms. Excellent location - 4 min drive to large mall and easy to get onto motorway to get to all the fun attractions. We only had an overnight stay. The place was nice and accommodating for our group. Would recommend.

Good communication from Ole, including proactive suggestions. Nice location, we did lots of walking. Good range of equipment in kitchen and for BBQ. We had a great time at Ole’s place. Tip for a longer stay, Woolworths offers delivery onto the island, would work if well planned ahead (there is no supermarket on the island).

Beautiful traditional Queensland house. The ✨ best✨ location for walking to the West End with so much to do! We loved playing with the beautiful dog who lived downstairs, she's super friendly and just wants you to throw her frisbee all day long! Could have done with some more storage for clothes for longer stays. Had a lot of fun with the voice controlled lights tbf 😂 would recommend!

Fantastic property, extremely well appointed with everything you need for a longer stay. Huge kitchen plus large and 2 private outdoor areas (the back bbq and dining area are pretty special). Very comfortable and the host is very helpful. Had a great week long stay and will book again.

I stayed as a retreat, the interiors & outdoor space were gorgeous. I felt at home. The kitchen was perfect as I love to cook. The bathroom could use an update, but was not a detraction. The charm of the residence, handy location & such a helpful host made me sure I’ll return. In fact, I wish I had time to stay longer. If a guest can handle taking their luggage up the stairs the cottage is perfect. Typical Queenslander charm & very clean.

Kate was a fantastic host! We booked her home for a few employees who were working nearby. Due to changes happening on site, we had to make amendments to our booking. Kate was so understanding and helped us massively with changing the dates around for us. She couldn't have been more accommodating!! The employees were happy and had no complaints during their stay. We would definitely book again if back in the area. Highly recommend. Thanks again Kate! :)

Jacks place was the perfect setting for our creative family. The eclectic choices in decor and art made us feel right at home. With a wonderful outdoor entertainment area, it truly felt like a villa pool. Easy to walk to quaint cafes and shops or head into the city by train. Sandra and Andrew have created a lovely home away from home. From the moment you step inside you can tell they have put a lot of effort and love into this home. Nice and spacious, with many amenities. The bedrooms are decorated beautifully, the kitchen and laundry is well stocked, there’s a beautiful front deck and yard to enjoy the day. We really loved our time here and will definitely be coming back!
