Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Carcavelos

This house has been remodeled-very nice. Beautiful kitchen. Close to the market and many restaurants. Walkable to the major attractions. Having a parking spot at the house was very helpful. The outside areas to sit around the house are very nice. We enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful house, with lots of space and a beautiful garden. 30 minutes drive from Lisbon center, very close to the beaches (5min) and close to super nice walking path. Great for families, thank you to Suzanna for her welcome and this comfortable accommodation.

Situated in a quiet area of town, local supermarket only a short distance and a lovely peaceful walk to the centre of the bustling, beautiful town of Cascais. Accommodation was clean, spacious and perfectly suitable self catering. The small pool was a bonus

We had a great stay here, it was perfect for our family vacation. The house is beautiful and very well taken care of, with spacious bedrooms, a large family room and well-equipped kitchen. The garden and pool were also lovely - private and quiet and a great place to hang out. The beach and train station were both a short walk, and Estoril is well-situated for trips to Lisbon and Cascais or to explore towns along the coast. Catarina was a fantastic host and Dona Gilda helped with anything we needed during the stay.

We had a fantastic stay at Rosa’s place. The house is beautifully situated, clean and cosy. Rosa went above and beyond to make us feel right at home. She communicated clearly and went out of her way to facilitate our holiday. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

The apartment was ideal for our needs. Small ,easy , very clean, close to the beach and natural environment . Our second time staying here. We enjoyed the walks along the amazing coastline and meals in the fantastic restaurants on the beach . Beautiful for a short break , the apartment had everything we needed including a couple of beach towels thank you .Lots of Decaf coffee pods for me ! We loved staying at Vanessa's place - it was a very peaceful spot to rest and relax in for a few nights in Lisbon! The terrace is spectacular and has a beautiful view overlooking the river - in nice weather, it's perfect to spend time with friends and enjoy a glass of wine. If you're with a group, you may fight over who gets to stay in the master bedroom, but everyone was comfortable in their beds. We had a little bit of trouble finding the place at first (I think just a small typo in the address) and then locating which apartment (look for the piano on the landing!), but Vanessa responded quickly and was very helpful and accommodating in allowing us to drop off our bags before check-in time. The apartment was very clean and well-stocked, and the neighborhood is great - much more of a local feel, away from the touristy areas. I hope to be able to stay here again in the future.

Apartment with lots of space located a 15-minute walk from Sintra’s historic city center. Free parking was a plus. Alexandra is super friendly, responded quickly, and she made sure that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Great property that fit our needs perfectly. Property was as advertised. Luis, the property manager, was very responsive and easy to work with. The pre-stay experience was also good as everyone on the CadenzaLux team was helpful. The property location puts Estoril and Cascais at your fingertips. Would stay here again.

We loved our stay at Maria’s place! For a family of four it was the perfect size and in a fabulous location close to everything. Check in was smooth and the apartment had everything we could need. Highly recommend!

In a word: perfect. Lydia arranged the accommodation for our 3 children to sleep in the same room by freeing up the living room. Very comfortable accommodation and adapted to our needs and desires. Outside Lisbon, close to the sea, very well equipped! We even had a barbecue on December 31st! A big thank you to Lydia who answered our calls and questions! A tip: it's best to have a car in low season for shopping and getting around (beach, sightseeing, activities outside the residence).

Lovely place for a group of friends, we had a wedding close by and the location worked perfect for us. There are some nice bars and places to visit an easy Uber ride away. Host was really helpful and responsive. Very clean accommodation and beds super comfy with black out shutters to get some good sleep! House was very clean and had everything we needed!

Perfect house for a family and friends. Very close to central Lisbon and the beach. Tristan and the housekeeper always responded promptly to my questions. Strongly recommend staying at this house when visiting Lisbon with your family or friends.

For anyone that enjoys beautiful views and being surrounded by birdsong and nature, this place is a treasure. We really loved our stay and João and his family were super attentive and helpful. The New Years Eve dinner we asked them to prepare was delicious and the table setting was lovely. Very much worth the 5 star review. It may be useful to know you do need to bring your own shower gels, shampoos etc and things like olive oil and salt and pepper!

We loved staying here. It’s so spacious and clean. The host had great communication with us and was very proactive. We had 2 babies on this trip and the host was super kind and helpful. It’s at a great location - close to restaurants, cafe’s and not far from a surfing beach we went to daily. Recommend to stay 10/10.

Was a very nice place to stay and ideal for two families

We were a group of 8 and the size of the villa was optimal! Two rooms of the five bedrooms are more luxuriously equipped. There are also four bathrooms, which was a big plus! The pool is nice and big, unfortunately the hot tub didn't work. The villa is well located, we had rental cars and were able to get around Lisbon well within 20-30 minutes. You can also get there very quickly and cheaply to Uber! Unfortunately, what bothered us a lot were the noisy dogs in the area that were permanently barking. All in all, we can really recommend the villa and would come back!
