Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Carbis Bay

We had an amazing stay at Lisa’s beautiful home. The house had everything you would need. It even had enough pots and pans to cook a full Sunday dinner and all the trimmings on New Year’s Day for 6 hungry people (which hasn’t always been the case in other Airbnbs we have stayed in). The house was clean and you could see the love in the pictures and soft furnishings dotted around. Lisa was so helpful as I was worried about certain things as this was our first trip with our 8 month old. She reassured me and made sure I was kept up to date with everything I wanted to know. Overall an amazing stay and we will definitely be back! P.s. the hot tub was amazing and immaculately clean!!!

Beautiful modern house with brilliant views towards Penzance harbour and sea. Emma was very responsive with messages before our arrival and were made to feel at home and welcomed. The house was clean and comfortable and the hot tub was great. We would definitely go back. Thanks for our stay.

We have stayed in Cornwall quite a few times and we always enjoy coming back. The house lovely and spacious ! It was very clean and tidy, there was more than enough kitchen utensils to facilitate more than 8 people, and the dishwasher was helpful along with the complimentary cleaning items. There was 7 of us staying in the house with some doggies and we never felt like we didn’t have our own space…. The dogs loved it too. It’s a walkable distance to Newquay town and Fistral beach. Lusty glaze beach is about 10 minutes walk and this has a beautiful beach restaurant /cafe which is beautiful and dog friendly all year round. Staying here is a good base to explore different areas of Cornwall. Only thing that would be good would be a few lights around the hot tub area. We certainly will be returning. Had a great stay at Carnebo Holiday Barns. Perfectly located to explore Cornwall. Stayed as a family of 2 adults and 2 children (7 & 5). Kids loved the private hot tub which was well maintained twice a day, water changed weekly. We also enjoyed the outdoor heated pool, whilst it didn’t affect our enjoyment, the pool area looked like it could do with a freshen up but we stayed at the end of the season so to be expected. Overall we had a great stay and would be happy to stay again. Thanks Emma and Andy!

Southend, was ideally situated for a quick walk to two lovely beaches. The hotub was perfect in the evenings to relax and chill in after a fun day on the beach. ping pong table and games room for the kids was also perfect! highly recommend this place. thanks

This is a lovely place in a lovely town. We visited in the off season but the walk into town and to the beaches was a jolly part of our break. The lounge/diner/kitchen space is terrific and makes the place tick - huge, airy and we'll kitted out. The hot tub and pool table kept us busy.

So pleased to spend our Christmas holiday here which was superbly presented with exquisite Xmas decorations. Beautifully done! A first class property with first class facilities, couldn’t fault a thing. With the big windows, you could watch and embrace the outdoors in the winter weather. We did manage to enjoy Xmas lunch on the veranda. It was sublime ! The hot tub was a warm welcome each day after winter walks around the area and then to relax inside in front of a roaring fire - all in all, it was the epitamy of Christmas! Heartfelt thanks to Deborah and Martin who take such pride in their beautiful property so you can just sit back and relax !!

We spent 4 nights in here and absolutely loved every second. Lindsay and Kaye are lovely people, the place was wonderful enjoyed sitting in front of the warm fire. Despite not being able to use the main pizza oven due to being very damp outside we used the Ooni in the games room which was still a great experience. Hot tub under the stars was special. Comfortable beds and great decor. Toddler loved the space. Great couple of restaurants nearby including Flora cafe which Lindsey recommended which is outstanding a must eat. Us 9 from 7 to 70 had a really great holiday. Despite sometimes dodgy weather, we loved using the numerous house facilities. The sheltered from breeze,wellness area exceeded expectations, especially hot tub & sauna & was well maintained.Also much family football ! & basketball. The outdoor gym a good perk. Pizza oven good fun too. Indoors budding pianists explored their talents ! The conservatory was beautiful to relax & eat family meals in if we couldn't eat outside. Locally the walk to Porth beach for us was fine & walk to the island beautiful. We made use of the body boards & kids wetsuits at the house and all tried out paddle boarding at the Gannell ( again free because the house offered inflatable board ). So busy we only watched 1 film in the cinema / playroom, but it's a great asset to have, as was the annexe, a real little home. the lettuces growing if we wanted & just the huge space in & out. Unlike many places, upstairs was spacious & all fully carpeted, so very quiet.

I had the pleasure of staying at Polkanugga Farm and it was truly exceptional. Hidden in the middle of nature, this place offers the kind of peace and quiet that is hard to find. The property is very well-equipped with everything you might need. The hot tub was a real luxury, perfect for relaxing under the stars. The pizza oven was a delightful addition, making for memorable evenings with homemade pizzas. The gaming room was fantastic, with a good table tennis setup that provided much fun and entertainment for kids. Overall, this accommodation was a true gem. The quite atmosphere, combined with excellent amenities, made for an unforgettable stay. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to unwind in a beautifully equipped and peaceful retreat.

Just got back from a lovely stay here in ‘Rock the Kasbah’ house. House was beautiful, immaculately clean and lots of lovely touches - welcome hamper and treats, dog bowls and some treats for our furry friend and a dog bed which he took a shining too over his own that we brought with us! Communication was excellent and they managed to give us an early check in so we had plenty of time to settle and explore on our first night. Lovely short walk down to the beautiful beach which was lovely even in the middle of Winter. The public car park was busy with surfers but the beach is so big you hardly bump into anyone! Our primary reason for visiting was to see family in Hayle which was only a short car journey, along with the convenient shops there which was ideal. The hot tub and sauna were lovely to enjoy in the evening and the guide to the house was easy to use. Thanks for a lovely stay and we’ll probably be back in January next year!

Lovely luxury airbnb, spacious, clean and tidy. Shelley left clear instructions and a very responsive host. Lots of places to eat and drink in Porthleven, just a shame the weather wasn't great otherwise we would have spent more time visiting the different beaches.

Kim & Richard were amazing hosts. The cabin was so cosy and had everything we needed and more. The hottub was amazing at night time, the ducks were swimming beside us in the pond & the garden had loads of fairy lights. It was a really relaxing weekend, we would definitely come back!

We had a lovely weekend away with grassington holidays, the cabin was perfect and clean and had all the amenities you need for cooking etc as well as a outside fire available which we loved. The location itself is great if you want a peaceful relaxing atmosphere which was exactly what it brought also had a homely feel. Only a short drive away is St Ives bay with a lovely beach and other nice things to do within a short distance. Farm was very accessible and clear instructions were left which was extremely helpful. I couldn’t recommend this to my family and friends more as we had an amazing time thankyou to the owners :)

We had such a wonderful stay at Mudita's caravan in Cornwall. It was very last minute and nothing was too much trouble for Mudita, we even managed to have the hot tub filled the same day as booking! Thank you so much Mudita, we will be back!

A lovely stay in peaceful countryside. Perfect for a January reset. Cosy and clean interior and only a short drive to sandy beaches and quaint coastal villages. Would recommend!

We had such a fantastic stay at Willow Lodge! The location is breathtaking, and the cabin itself is beautifully designed with incredible attention to detail. Everything was thoughtfully laid out, and the kitchen had everything we could possibly need. It’s such a special place, and we’ll definitely be recommending it to everyone we know! We had a fantastic stay at this lovely lodge! It was exactly as described and perfect for our needs. Being dog-friendly was a huge bonus, and the lodge had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing break. The swimming pool, sauna, and Jacuzzi were just a 2-minute walk away, and we used them every day – such a treat! The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better place and would definitely return. Highly recommend!
