A great place to stay with driving distance of Great Douro wineries, miradouro with an incredible view of the valley. Very clean, large and more beautiful than the photos show. Vitor and Marilia are great hosts, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there..

The house was even more beautiful than expected and cleaned to a wonderful standard. The place felt homely and spacious with enough amenities provided ie towels, kitchen utensils, food items etc. Pool and grounds were well kept by Fernando who helped us out with some queries during the week. The ruins on the property have the place an authentic and rustic feel. This is the perfect spot to get away from it all for some peace and quiet in the beautiful countryside.

Everything was wonderful. The house is perfect and we have made the stay pleasant and the procedure very easy. Totally recommended.

Great place with an amazing view. The hosts are very welcoming. We had fruit, water, milk and port on arrival Well located near the city of Pinhao. Namely, there is a dishwasher in the apartment not mentioned in the listing ( very convenient). Thank you for hosting us Nathalie

We stayed a few days for 4 adults, the accommodation is very nice with its 2 suites, the 2 bedrooms have 2 separate entrances with an airlock where each shower room is located and a large closet. Very quiet accommodation, the only noises heard are a few cars (normal, accommodation located in the heart of a village) and the nice sound of the church (the accommodation is right next door, the church emits a small music before ringing the hours from 6:00 am to 9:00 p.m. or 10:00 p.m.). We would recommend this listing without worry with a very friendly owner.

Quiet and Peaceful Atmosphere: This Airbnb offers a serene environment, perfect for unwinding after a day of sightseeing. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Porto, Portugal. This place is an absolute gem! I can’t wait to return.

Our stay at Joao's house and his family will remain an unforgettable break. Our 3 generations loved this idyllic place,a beautiful estate where everything was perfect: the hospitality, the comfort, the cleanliness, the space and the discreet but caring presence of Isabel. Adults enjoyed the nature,the calm,and the authenticity of the place. The little ones loved the pool,the games,the gardens and the animals. Communication with Joao is very simple. He is very quick to respond to questions from hosts. We strongly recommend this place to families,or friends who want to have a dream vacation.
