We traveled for work for two weeks and were greeted by Leidiane and her husband Samuel who were super attentive and helpful to us at all times! New, spacious and airy apartment, new furniture. Despite the heat, it was fine to be alone with the 2 fans in the house. Quiet neighborhood! Great location! You can't walk to the center and markets, but it's about a 5 or 10-minute drive from everywhere we went to visit in the city. Near the bus station. Great value for money!

I was with my family in the apartment while visiting my mother in Caratinga during Christmas. There are four of us and we were very well accommodated. The place was perfectly clean, the beds are very comfortable and the shower is good. Lucas is a great host, always available and responding promptly to any questions.

Great location, centrally located, close to restaurants and shops in the center of the city. Easy check in and check out. Juliana was always well available to help with what it took. I appreciate the hospitality!

Cozy and smart apartment in the Center

Juliana was very responsive. The apartment is very practical and ideal for accommodating up to 4 people. There are pots and pans for cooking and supermarkets nearby. The beds have a hard mattress, for those who don't like it can be a problem. Note: Do not leave the windows open after 3pm as many mosquitoes enter.
